Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸,由以下原料按照重量份组成:麦草浆40‑45份、漂白稻草浆35‑40份、绒毛浆10‑15份、硬脂酸2.5‑3.5份、柠檬枫树叶10‑12份、碳酸钙2.2‑2.5份、活性炭20‑40份。本发明添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,能够提高纸页的抗水和抗湿性能,降低吸水性,使纸页具有良好的不粘唇性能,添加悬浊液,不仅能够增加焦油的吸附量,而且安全无毒,具有薄荷香味,清新怡人,减少空腔异味,在悬浊液的表面镶嵌几道活性炭层,更加有利于焦油的吸附,降低焦油对人体的损害。

背景技术
针对世界卫生组织主持下达的国际公共卫生条约《烟草控制框架公约》及国家烟草专卖局“关于加强卷烟包装管理的意见”,遏制过度包装,推行节约生产、清洁生产,倡导采用环保可降解、可循环再生与可回收利用的包装材料,健康、安全、环保型产品的需求已成为新的发展趋势,而且水松纸要具有一定的防水性,否则,吸烟者很容易将烟嘴粘在嘴唇上,为此,我们提出一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸及其制作方法。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中提到的问题,本发明提供一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸,由以下原料按照重量份组成:
麦草浆40-45份、漂白稻草浆35-40份、绒毛浆10-15份、硬脂酸2.5-3.5份、柠檬枫树叶10-12份、碳酸钙2.2-2.5份、氧化铁黄2-3份、微孔淀粉2-3份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-1.5份、贡菊3-5份、柠檬冻干粉6-7份、粗孔硅胶2-3份、白土4-6份、薄荷精油1.2-1.8份、吐温1.5-2份、活性炭20-40份。
一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将柠檬枫树叶加入2-3倍的纯水进行煎煮,同时进行搅拌,煎煮40-60min后冷却过滤,滤液待用,取滤渣加入16倍重量份的浓度为1%的氢氧化钠浸泡6-7h,加热至沸腾,小火蒸煮2h,然后水洗不溶物至无色,再用浓度为5%的盐酸和浓度为4%的碳酸钠水溶液反复洗涤,直至不溶物的pH值为6.8-7.2,然后将不溶物放置于恒温干燥箱内保持温度在50-60℃干燥12-16h,得到植物纤维;
步骤2、将活性炭放入研磨机中研磨,首先过60目分子筛,然后再过120目的分子筛,分别得到60-120目的活性炭颗粒和大于120目的活性炭颗粒,备用;
步骤3、将贡菊、柠檬冻干粉、粗孔硅胶和白土单独粉碎成100-120目的粉末,然后将贡菊、柠檬冻干粉、粗孔硅胶和白土混合,加入少量纯水进行研磨,加热搅拌,在研磨的过程中慢慢滴加薄荷精油,保持加热温度40-50℃,搅拌10-20min后加纯水稀释成固含量为10-15%的溶液,然后加入吐温和步骤2中得到的大于120目的活性炭颗粒搅拌均匀,保持温度25-30℃,得到悬浊液,备用;
步骤4、将麦草浆、漂白稻草浆、绒毛浆和步骤1中得到的植物纤维放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机,打浆浓度控制在3.8-4.0%,叩解度在75-82°SR,制得浆料;
步骤5、将碳酸钙和氧化铁黄混合均匀,研磨成120-180目的粉末,加入微孔淀粉,搅拌15-20min制成混合料,然后在52-58℃下烘干1-1.5h待用;
步骤6、将硬脂酸、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和步骤5中制得的混合料加入到步骤4中制得的浆料中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤1中的滤液以及适量的水调浆至固含量为2.8-3.2%,加热至66-70℃,将调好的浆料经网部及压榨部脱水成行,湿纸页进入前干阶段,在表面均匀涂刷步骤3中得到的悬浊液,然后在悬浊液的表面压制镶嵌几道步骤2中得到的60-120目的活性炭颗粒,得到成型的半成品;
步骤7、在0.05-0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成型后的半成品进行抽吸脱水,然后电热鼓风干燥10-12min,电热温度为70-75℃,最后在光机上进行压光,取出后即得接装纸原纸。
优选的,所述步骤2中60-120目的活性炭颗粒与大于120目的活性炭颗粒的重量比为1:1。
优选的,所述步骤6中压制镶嵌的60-120目活性炭层的道数大于三道,且呈等距离排布。
优选的,所述步骤7得到的接装纸原纸中60-120目活性炭层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,能够提高纸页的抗水和抗湿性能,降低吸水性,使纸页具有良好的不粘唇性能,添加悬浊液,不仅能够增加焦油的吸附量,而且安全无毒,具有薄荷香味,清新怡人,减少空腔异味,在悬浊液的表面镶嵌几道活性炭层,更加有利于焦油的吸附,降低焦油对人体的损害。

步骤1、将柠檬枫树叶加入2.5倍的纯水进行煎煮,同时进行搅拌,煎煮50min后冷却过滤,滤液待用,取滤渣加入16倍重量份的浓度为1%的氢氧化钠浸泡6.5h,加热至沸腾,小火蒸煮2h,然后水洗不溶物至无色,再用浓度为5%的盐酸和浓度为4%的碳酸钠水溶液反复洗涤,直至不溶物的pH值为7.0,然后将不溶物放置于恒温干燥箱内保持温度在55℃干燥14h,得到植物纤维;

步骤3、将贡菊、柠檬冻干粉、粗孔硅胶和白土单独粉碎成100-120目的粉末,然后将贡菊、柠檬冻干粉、粗孔硅胶和白土混合,加入少量纯水进行研磨,加热搅拌,在研磨的过程中慢慢滴加薄荷精油,保持加热温度50℃,搅拌20min后加纯水稀释成固含量为15%的溶液,然后加入吐温和步骤2中得到的大于120目的活性炭颗粒搅拌均匀,保持温度30℃,得到悬浊液,备用;
步骤4、将麦草浆、漂白稻草浆、绒毛浆和步骤1中得到的植物纤维放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机,打浆浓度控制在4.0%,叩解度在82°SR,制得浆料;
步骤5、将碳酸钙和氧化铁黄混合均匀,研磨成120-180目的粉末,加入微孔淀粉,搅拌20min制成混合料,然后在58℃下烘干1.5h待用;
步骤6、将硬脂酸、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和步骤5中制得的混合料加入到步骤4中制得的浆料中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤1中的滤液以及适量的水调浆至固含量为3.2%,加热至70℃,将调好的浆料经网部及压榨部脱水成行,湿纸页进入前干阶段,在表面均匀涂刷步骤3中得到的悬浊液,然后在悬浊液的表面压制镶嵌几道步骤2中得到的60-120目的活性炭颗粒,得到成型的半成品;
步骤7、在0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成型后的半成品进行抽吸脱水,然后电热鼓风干燥12min,电热温度为75℃,最后在光机上进行压光,取出后即得接装纸原纸。
步骤2中60-120目的活性炭颗粒与大于120目的活性炭颗粒的重量比为1:1,步骤6中压制镶嵌的60-120目活性炭层的道数大于三道,且呈等距离排布,步骤7得到的接装纸原纸中60-120目活性炭层的厚度为0.1mm。
为体现本发明的有益效果,做出如下实验:
实验1:按照实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的方法制得的接装纸原纸,在同机台、同烟丝等相同卷接条件下完成烟支卷制成型,标号分别为A、B、C,同时购买市场上的某D品牌和某E品牌的香烟,将烟丝抽掉,按照与实施例1等同条件下完成烟支卷制成型,标号为D和E,分别选取A、B、C、D和E规格的香烟各5支,放入到湿度为1000g/m3,温度60℃的同一密闭盒内,每隔5min取出一个不同规格的香烟,称重,然后减去未放入之前的重量,得到重量差,如下表1所示:

由表1可得,A、B、C三种香烟吸入的蒸汽重量远小于D、E两种香烟吸入的蒸汽重量,因此使用本发明的方法制得的接装纸装配后对烟丝的防潮效果远大于市场上的接装纸装配后对烟丝的防潮效果,本发明制得的接装纸防潮性能佳。
实验2:分别选取按照实验1方式制得的A、B、C、D和E规格的香烟各1支,将其点燃,用气管夹住烟嘴,然后用引风机吸,保持相同的时间和风速,燃烧完后撕开烟嘴部位,检测烟嘴部位的焦油量,如下表2所示:

根据表2可知,A、B、C三种香烟烟嘴的含焦油量远多于D、E两种香烟烟嘴的含焦油量,说明本发明制得的接装纸的内圈具有较强的吸附性能。
本发明添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,能够提高纸页的抗水和抗湿性能,降低吸水性,使纸页具有良好的不粘唇性能,添加悬浊液,不仅能够增加焦油的吸附量,而且安全无毒,具有薄荷香味,清新怡人,减少空腔异味,在悬浊液的表面镶嵌几道活性炭层,更加有利于焦油的吸附,降低焦油对人体的损害。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸,其特征在于,由以下原料按照重量份组成:
麦草浆40-45份、漂白稻草浆35-40份、绒毛浆10-15份、硬脂酸2.5-3.5份、柠檬枫树叶10-12份、碳酸钙2.2-2.5份、氧化铁黄2-3份、微孔淀粉2-3份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-1.5份、贡菊3-5份、柠檬冻干粉6-7份、粗孔硅胶2-3份、白土4-6份、薄荷精油1.2-1.8份、吐温1.5-2份、活性炭20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将柠檬枫树叶加入2-3倍的纯水进行煎煮,同时进行搅拌,煎煮40-60min后冷却过滤,滤液待用,取滤渣加入16倍重量份的浓度为1%的氢氧化钠浸泡6-7h,加热至沸腾,小火蒸煮2h,然后水洗不溶物至无色,再用浓度为5%的盐酸和浓度为4%的碳酸钠水溶液反复洗涤,直至不溶物的pH值为6.8-7.2,然后将不溶物放置于恒温干燥箱内保持温度在50-60℃干燥12-16h,得到植物纤维;
步骤2、将活性炭放入研磨机中研磨,首先过60目分子筛,然后再过120目的分子筛,分别得到60-120目的活性炭颗粒和大于120目的活性炭颗粒,备用;
步骤3、将贡菊、柠檬冻干粉、粗孔硅胶和白土单独粉碎成100-120目的粉末,然后将贡菊、柠檬冻干粉、粗孔硅胶和白土混合,加入少量纯水进行研磨,加热搅拌,在研磨的过程中慢慢滴加薄荷精油,保持加热温度40-50℃,搅拌10-20min后加纯水稀释成固含量为10-15%的溶液,然后加入吐温和步骤2中得到的大于120目的活性炭颗粒搅拌均匀,保持温度25-30℃,得到悬浊液,备用;
步骤4、将麦草浆、漂白稻草浆、绒毛浆和步骤1中得到的植物纤维放入水力碎浆机碎解,再经打浆机,打浆浓度控制在3.8-4.0%,叩解度在75-82°SR,制得浆料;
步骤5、将碳酸钙和氧化铁黄混合均匀,研磨成120-180目的粉末,加入微孔淀粉,搅拌15-20min制成混合料,然后在52-58℃下烘干1-1.5h待用;
步骤6、将硬脂酸、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和步骤5中制得的混合料加入到步骤4中制得的浆料中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤1中的滤液以及适量的水调浆至固含量为2.8-3.2%,加热至66-70℃,将调好的浆料经网部及压榨部脱水成行,湿纸页进入前干阶段,在表面均匀涂刷步骤3中得到的悬浊液,然后在悬浊液的表面压制镶嵌几道步骤2中得到的60-120目的活性炭颗粒,得到成型的半成品;
步骤7、在0.05-0.08Mpa的真空条件下对成型后的半成品进行抽吸脱水,然后电热鼓风干燥10-12min,电热温度为70-75℃,最后在光机上进行压光,取出后即得接装纸原纸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中60-120目的活性炭颗粒与大于120目的活性炭颗粒的重量比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤6中压制镶嵌的60-120目活性炭层的道数大于三道,且呈等距离排布。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有颗粒物的防潮接装纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤7得到的接装纸原纸中60-120目活性炭层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
