背景技术
热熔胶一般为热塑性聚氨酯,形态也以固态为主,产品在应用上有较多限制,强度和韧性也稍有欠缺。

由于热熔型水性聚氨酯为液体,可满足喷涂、滚涂、丝印等各种方式,因此本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,包括以下重量份的原料组分:多异氰酸酯50~70份,多元醇100~150份,第一扩链剂5~8份,有机铋催化剂0.05~0.1份,三乙胺3~6份,第二扩链剂3~5份,水200~300份。
优选地,多异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,6-己二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘-1,5-二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯和二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。

(6)真空脱出丙酮,得到热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂。
优选地,有机铋催化剂选自Coscat83、有机铋1610、有机铋2010、有机铋2810、有机铋2808中的一种或几种。
丙酮的作用为调整反应溶液的粘度,添加量可根据反应需要酌情添加。
多元醇以聚酯多元醇为主,因其贴合牢度强,各方面机械性能突出。
第二扩链剂来调整整个树脂的最终分子量达到最终性能。过少机械性能不够,过多产生过量交联不能热熔。
本发明还公开了一种所述热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂在服装布料贴合中的用途。所述用途为将所述热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂经增稠、润湿、消泡处理后,可直接涂布。上述所述增稠、润湿、消泡处理步骤均采用现有技术中常用方式进行。
本发明的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,能够用于贴合,其具有高的剥离强度、优良的耐水性能,极好的韧性和机械强度等特点。
本发明的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其在合成过程中通过多元醇的组合和多异氰酸酯基团与所述多元醇中羟基基团的摩尔数之比的合理设计,设计合理的分子量范围,达到了机械性能和热熔性能的平衡。

一种热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,包括以下重量份的原料组分:甲苯二异氰酸酯60份,聚己内酯二元醇125份,第一扩链剂(二羟甲基丙酸)6份,有机铋催化剂0.1份,三乙胺5份,第二扩链剂(乙二胺)4份,水250份。
上述热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂由以下步骤制得:
(1)将多元醇和多异氰酸酯在90℃下反应2.5h;
(2)加入第一扩链剂,同时加入丙酮,在80℃下反应2h;
(3)加入有机铋催化剂(Coscat83),在70℃下反应2.5h;
(4)降温至40℃,加入三乙胺中和;
(5)加入水,然后加入第二扩链剂,在45℃下反应2.5h;
(6)真空脱出丙酮,得到热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂。
实施例2
一种热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,包括以下重量份的原料组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50份,聚碳酸酯二元醇100份,第一扩链剂(二羟甲基丁酸)5份,有机铋催化剂0.1份,三乙胺3份,第二扩链剂(异佛尔酮二胺)3份,水200份。
上述热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂由以下步骤制得:
(1)将多元醇和多异氰酸酯在85℃下反应2h;
(2)加入第一扩链剂,同时加入丙酮,在75℃下反应1h;

(4)降温至35℃,加入三乙胺中和;

2.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述多异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,6-己二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘-1,5-二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯和二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述多元醇选自聚己内酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚酯醚多元醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述多元醇为二元醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述多异氰酸酯中多异氰酸酯基团与所述多元醇中羟基基团的摩尔数之比为0.6~0.8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述第一扩链剂选自二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸、二羟甲基戊酸和二羟甲基辛酸中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述第二扩链剂选自乙二胺、异佛尔酮二胺、己二胺、二乙烯三胺的一种或几种。
8.一种制备权利要求1-7任一项所述的热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将多元醇和多异氰酸酯在85~95℃下反应2~3h;
(2)加入第一扩链剂,同时加入丙酮,在75~85℃下反应1~3h;
(3)加入有机铋催化剂,在65~75℃下反应2~3h;
(4)降温至35~45℃,加入三乙胺中和;
(5)加入水,然后加入第二扩链剂,在30~60℃下反应2~3h;
(6)真空脱出丙酮,得到热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述有机铋催化剂选自Coscat83、有机铋1610、有机铋2010、有机铋2810、有机铋2808中的一种或几种。
10.一种热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂的应用,其特征在于:将所述热熔型水性聚氨酯树脂经增稠、润湿、消泡处理后,直接用于橡胶类材料和塑料类材料的贴合。
