Abstract
本发明公开了一种单相透气布制造方法利用打孔机,在基层上打若干透气孔,透气孔均匀分布;将内层粘附在基层的背面;利用打孔机,在阻挡层上打出若干瓣膜,同时瓣膜与阻挡层不分离,瓣膜与阻挡层可转动,瓣膜的数量和位置与透气孔相同,瓣膜的面积大于透气孔的面积;步骤四:将阻挡层通过胶粘或者热压方式与基层的正面紧密贴在一起,瓣膜对应透气孔位置,瓣膜能完全覆盖透气孔,形成半成品;在外层的背面点胶,形成凸柱;将外层背面的凸柱与步骤三的半成品阻挡层进行粘接,凸柱避开瓣膜位置,得到成品。本发明的优点是:让带有瓣膜的阻挡层尽量少经历工序,保护瓣膜不受损,同时给瓣膜以足够的活动空间,保证瓣膜能正常实现其单向打开的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单相透气布制造方法。
背景技术
单向透气布应用广泛,比如应用于衣服上,可以让体内热气排出而阻止外部空气通过布料进入,但是目前的单向透气布,都是利用化学纤维来实现单向透气,但是却不是真正意义上的单向透气,只是气体更容易忘一侧流通,但是还是会有少量气体会逆向进入。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种单相透气布制造方法,能够有效解决现在单向透气布任然会有大量气体逆向进入的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种单相透气布制造方法,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:利用打孔机,在基层上打若干透气孔,透气孔均匀分布;
步骤二:将内层粘附在基层的背面;
步骤三:利用打孔机,在阻挡层上打出若干瓣膜,同时瓣膜与阻挡层不分离,瓣膜与阻挡层可转动,瓣膜的数量和位置与透气孔相同,瓣膜的面积大于透气孔的面积;
步骤四:将阻挡层通过胶粘或者热压方式与基层的正面紧密贴在一起,瓣膜对应透气孔位置,瓣膜能完全覆盖透气孔,形成半成品;
步骤五:在外层的背面点胶,形成凸柱;
步骤六:将外层背面的凸柱与步骤三的半成品阻挡层进行粘接,凸柱避开瓣膜位置,得到成品。
优选的,步骤一中透气孔按0.5*0.5mm或者1*1mm均匀分布,尺寸太大透气效果不好,尺寸太小过于密集不利于瓣膜的控制。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:让带有瓣膜的阻挡层尽量少经历工序,保护瓣膜不受损,同时给瓣膜以足够的活动空间,保证瓣膜能正常实现其单向打开的功能。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
一种单相透气布制造方法的实施例,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:利用打孔机,在基层上打若干透气孔,透气孔按0.5*0.5mm或者1*1mm均匀分布;
步骤二:将内层粘附在基层的背面;
步骤三:利用打孔机,在阻挡层上打出若干瓣膜,同时瓣膜与阻挡层不分离,瓣膜与阻挡层可转动,瓣膜的数量和位置与透气孔相同,瓣膜的面积大于透气孔的面积;
步骤四:将阻挡层通过胶粘或者热压方式与基层的正面紧密贴在一起,瓣膜对应透气孔位置,瓣膜能完全覆盖透气孔,形成半成品;
步骤五:在外层的背面点胶,形成凸柱;
步骤六:将外层背面的凸柱与步骤三的半成品阻挡层进行粘接,凸柱避开瓣膜位置,得到成品。
让带有瓣膜的阻挡层尽量少经历工序,保护瓣膜不受损,同时给瓣膜以足够的活动空间,保证瓣膜能正常实现其单向打开的功能。
按上述方法得到的单向透气布,包括内层1、基层2和外层3,所述内层1为透气层,所述基层2上开有若干透气孔4,所述基层2上设有一层阻挡层5,所述阻挡层5上对应每个透气孔4设有瓣膜6,所述瓣膜6覆盖在透气孔4上且大于透气孔4的面积,所述瓣膜6与阻挡层5转动连接,所述外层3设置在阻挡层5上且与瓣膜6之间留有间隙7。
内部有气体要透出时,如图1所示,内部的气流将顶开瓣膜6,气体从内层1经透气孔4从外层3留出,当外部有气体要流进时,外部的气体将使瓣膜6紧贴透气孔4,将透气孔4封闭,阻挡外界气体进入。阻挡层5需要采用不透气的材料制造,如PE材质等。

Claims (2)
1.一种单相透气布制造方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:利用打孔机,在基层上打若干透气孔,透气孔均匀分布;
步骤二:将内层粘附在基层的背面;
步骤三:利用打孔机,在阻挡层上打出若干瓣膜,同时瓣膜与阻挡层不分离,瓣膜与阻挡层可转动,瓣膜的数量和位置与透气孔相同,瓣膜的面积大于透气孔的面积;
步骤四:将阻挡层通过胶粘或者热压方式与基层的正面紧密贴在一起,瓣膜对应透气孔位置,瓣膜能完全覆盖透气孔,形成半成品;
步骤五:在外层的背面点胶,形成凸柱;
步骤六:将外层背面的凸柱与步骤三的半成品阻挡层进行粘接,凸柱避开瓣膜位置,得到成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单相透气布制造方法,其特征在于:步骤一中透气孔按0.5*0.5mm或者1*1mm均匀分布。
