本发明涉及一种切片装置,尤其涉及一种光伏电池片的切片装置。
背景技术
光伏电池片是太阳能光伏组件的重要组成部分,在太阳能组件,特别是太阳能小组件的生产过程中,需要将整个光伏电池片切割成一小块一小块的光伏电池片片。一般采用的加工方法为,先利用激光机,对整个光伏电池片进行激光切割,在整个光伏电池片上形成具有一定深度的激光痕迹。在激光切割过程中,不直接将光伏电池片切断,原因在于,整个光伏电池片是置于平台上进行激光切割的,如果直接切断,则会对平台造成损坏,所以,为了得到一块块小的光伏电池片片,需要多一个对光伏电池片进行拨片的工序,使得光伏电池片片沿着激光痕迹进行切断。现有一般采用人工进行操作,要求用力不能太大或者太小,工人注意力需要高度集中,劳动强度大,生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种光伏电池片的切片装置,能够自动实现对光伏电池片进行切片,从而降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种光伏电池片的切片装置,包括用于输送待切片光伏电池片的输送带,输送带上设置有用于检测待切片光伏电池片的位置传感器,其特征在于:所述输送带上设置有用于对待切片光伏电池片进行定位压紧的定位压紧组件以及用于对待切片光伏电池片进行切断的切片组件,所述定位压紧组件包括竖立于待切片光伏电池片两侧的支撑柱、转动设置于支撑柱上的定位辊、与该定位辊连接的驱动电机,定位辊的横截面为凸轮截面,该凸轮截面包括在转动时与待切片光伏电池片保持一定距离的圆弧段以及用于压紧待切片光伏电池片的压紧弧段,定位辊转动一周待切片光伏电池片向前移动一个光伏电池片的长度距离,同时,压紧弧段压紧于待切片光伏电池片的激光切割的痕迹处,所述切片组件包括设置于待切片光伏电池片之上的安装板,安装板的下方设置有向下开口用于光伏电池片通过的凹槽,所述安装板上竖向设置有上滑道和下滑道,上滑道内滑动设置有上滑块,下滑道内滑动设置有下滑块,安装板上位于上滑道上方设置有一切片电机,该切片电机的输出轴连接有一曲柄,曲柄和上滑块之间设置有一摆杆,所述安装板上位于上滑道和下滑道之间铰接有左连接杆和右连接杆,所述左连接杆的一端与第一连接杆的一端铰接,第一连接杆的另一端和上滑块铰接,左连接杆的另一端与第二连接杆的一端铰接,第二连接杆的另一端和下滑块铰接,所述右连接杆的一端和第三连接杆的一端铰接,第三连接杆的另一端和上滑块铰接,右连接杆的一端和第四连接杆的一端铰接,第四连接杆的另一端和下滑块铰接,所述下滑块的下端横向布置有切条。
