C. Removing the mold: after 20h, the concrete panel should not be damaged by dismantling.
(2) Paving the concrete mixture:
A. the paving thickness is in consideration of the reserved height. Controlling the loose coefficient of the mixture to be between K =1.1-1.25, and taking a higher value when the material is dry; otherwise, take the lower value.
B. Adopts manual spreading, and strictly forbids throwing and raking.
(3) Vibrating:
A. for the corner parts, an inserted vibrator is used for vibrating in sequence, and then a flat vibrator is used for supporting and vibrating in a crisscross mode.
B. The duration of the vibration of the vibrator at each position is determined by that the mixture stops sinking, no bubbles are generated and cement mortar is discharged, and the vibrator is not suitable for over-vibration.
C. During vibration, manual material supplement is required, the vibration effect, the displacement, deformation, loosening, slurry leakage and other conditions of the template, the pull rod, the dowel bar and the reinforcing steel bar are checked at any time, and the conditions are corrected in time.
D. When leveling, the filling material should be selected from a thinner mixture, and pure mortar is strictly forbidden to be used for filling and leveling. The top surface of the template is required to be kept neat during leveling, and the surface of the inserting position is smooth.
(4) Vibrating the beam to compact:
A. 1 vibrating beam is used on each lane of pavement, the vibrating beam has enough strength and quality, coarse aggregate compaction teeth of about 3mm are welded at the bottom of the vibrating beam, and the thickness of (3 +/-1) mm of surface mortar is ensured.
B. The vibration beam should be dragged along the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the central line of the road surface for 2-3 times to make the surface slurry turn uniformly and smoothly.
(5) And leveling the facing:
A. each lane should be equipped with 1 roller. After the vibrating beam is compacted, the rolling bar is dragged to reciprocate for 2-3 times to extract and level. The first time uses short distance to push or support the roller slowly, then needs longer distance to support the roller evenly, and drives the cement paste in front of the roller.
B. The surface after rolling is preferably leveled by a 3m scratch board in length and breadth 1 time or compacted and leveled by a blade type or disc type plastering machine 2-3 times.
C. After finishing the operation of the plastering machine, edge cleaning and seam trimming, viscous paste cleaning, edge deletion and corner drop repairing are carried out.
(6) And (3) constructing an anti-sliding structure: after the concrete compressive strength reaches 40%, hard grooving can be carried out, and the concrete compressive strength can be finished within two weeks. The grains are in accordance with the direction of the transverse seams, the width of the grains is 3mm, the depth of the grains is 4mm, the distance between the grains is 15-25 mm, and the grains are randomly arranged.

Claims (6)

1. The construction method of the roller compacted concrete road is characterized by comprising the following steps:
construction lofting;
treating a base course of the pavement: removing broken stones on the roadbed and the pavement, and using plain concrete to re-pave; meanwhile, the expansion joint plates are transversely separated, and the expansion joint plates are vertically aligned with the expansion joints and the contraction joints of the road surface;
installing a template: installing templates on two sides of a road; water pipes are evenly inserted into the middle of the road at intervals along the extending direction of the road, the water pipes are steel pipes, the water pipes are of structures with openings at two ends, the bottom ends of the water pipes are inserted into the pavement base layer, and the top ends of the water pipes are ensured to be positioned above the pavement after concrete is poured;
pouring concrete; pouring prefabricated concrete on the roadbed, and ensuring that the concrete cannot be poured into the water pipe;
rolling: compacting the road by a road roller; after the pavement is compacted, constructing an isolation strip in the middle of the road, wherein the isolation strip comprises two rows of vertically arranged baffles, the baffles extend along the extending direction of the road, a planting area is formed between the two rows of baffles, a water pipe is positioned in the planting area, and soil is paved in the planting area to cover the water pipe with the soil; connecting pieces are arranged on two sides of the water pipe, and the bottom end of the baffle is connected to the concrete pavement through the connecting pieces; the connecting piece comprises a flat pipe and a connecting piece which are connected, one end of the flat pipe is of an opening structure, the flat pipe is provided with a top plate and a bottom plate, and the flat pipe is also provided with a side edge for connecting the top plate and the bottom plate; the flat pipe is provided with a pin hole which penetrates through the top plate and the bottom plate; the connecting sheet is strip-shaped, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the connecting sheet, and the length direction of the strip-shaped hole is consistent with that of the connecting sheet; the connecting sheet is also provided with a connecting hole; one end of the connecting sheet is inserted into the flat tube, so that the strip-shaped holes are positioned in the flat tube, and the connecting holes are positioned outside the flat tube; the flat pipe and the connecting sheet are connected through a connecting pin, the connecting pin penetrates through pin holes of the bottom plate and the top plate, and the connecting pin penetrates through the strip-shaped hole; the side of the connecting piece is separated from the side so that the connecting piece can rotate around the connecting pin.

The roller compacted concrete road construction method according to claim 1, wherein one end of the flat pipe close to the water pipe is provided with a connecting ring, and the connecting ring is sleeved outside the water pipe; the section of baffle is the L type, and the bottom of baffle is the flat board, the flat board passes through bolted connection on the concrete road, just the bolt passes the connecting hole.

The method of constructing a roller compacted concrete road according to claim 2, wherein a collecting pipe is provided on top of the water pipe before soil is laid in the planting area; the collecting pipe comprises a main pipe arranged horizontally, a connecting pipe connected to the bottom of the main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes connected to the top of the main pipe; the main pipe is a structure with openings at two ends, the connecting pipe is perpendicular to the main pipe and is communicated with the interior of the main pipe, and the branch pipes are perpendicular to the main pipe and are communicated with the interior of the main pipe; the connecting pipe is inserted in the water pipe; the top end of the water pipe is not more than 3cm higher than the concrete road; and covering the collecting pipe by soil when the soil is laid.

The roller compacted concrete road construction method according to claim 3, wherein the formworks are installed stably, smoothly, flatly and without distortion when the formworks are installed, and the connection between the adjacent formworks is tight and smooth, so that slurry leakage, front and rear stubbles and high and low slab staggering are not caused; the template should ensure that no shifting occurs during load travel, shock and vibration of the paving, tapping and leveling equipment.

The roller compacted concrete road construction method according to claim 4, wherein before each set of mixture is mixed with concrete, a proper amount of concrete mixture or mortar is mixed with the mixture, the mixture is discarded after being mixed, and then the mixture is mixed according to a specified mixing ratio; the charging sequence of the stirrer comprises sand, cement and gravel, and water is added while stirring; the stirring time is at least 90 s.
6. The roller compacted concrete road construction method according to claim 5, wherein the formwork installation height is consistent with the thickness of the concrete slab; the plane position and elevation of the vertical mold meet the design requirements, slurry leakage does not occur when the template joint and the template are in contact with the base layer, and an isolating agent is coated on the surface of the template in contact with concrete; and removing the formwork after concrete pouring for at least 20 h.
