Abstract
本发明提供了一种稀土锌钢绞线单片分组式收线装置,包括主轴,主轴两端为镶套调心轴承固定于支撑座上,支撑座由螺丝固定在底板上;主轴上串有若干单片导丝轮,导丝轮包括导丝轮外壳和高温轴承。本发明实现了可调分组收线数量和收线速度,在保证多规格钢丝同时镀锌生产时的产品品质,也提高了生产计划安排的灵活性、实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢绞线处理装置领域,具体是一种稀土锌钢绞线单片分组式收线装置。
背景技术
钢丝自锌液面上引至第一级变形导丝辊,与第一级反方向引至第二级变形导丝辊,再与第二级反方向引至第三极变形导丝辊,最后与第三极反方向引至过线天辊,后续钢丝在常温状态下进行冷却,逐级导丝,直至收线卷筒收线。
目前镀锌生产线使用的变形导丝辊与过线天辊均为整轴式转动导丝辊,由于镀锌成品钢丝和镀锌钢绞线的产品规格达几十种,而同轴转动的导丝辊和过线天辊,导致钢丝同步走线、收线速度相同,这种情况在钢丝镀锌生产时最多只能满足锌层重量要求相近的两种规格钢丝同时生产。如果同时生产三种规格钢丝,上锌量难以控制均衡,至少一种规格钢丝上锌量过高,造成锌消耗增加,加大产品成本;上锌量不足,镀锌成品钢丝锌层指标不合格,产生废次品,造成浪费。受在线生产的规格数量限制,无法满足产品规格的销售计划需求,导致供货时间不能按时完成。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种稀土锌钢绞线单片分组式收线装置,实现了可调分组收线数量和收线速度,在保证多规格钢丝同时镀锌生产时的产品品质,也提高了生产计划安排的灵活性、实用性。
本发明包括主轴,主轴两端为镶套调心轴承固定于支撑座上,支撑座由螺丝固定在底板上;主轴上串有若干单片导丝轮,导丝轮包括导丝轮外壳和高温轴承。
所述的导丝轮外侧通过细丝螺纹和细丝螺帽紧固。
所述的导丝轮的高温轴承与主轴之间设有垫片。
本发明有益效果在于:
1、与现有导丝辊收线方式不同,单片分组式收线是针对钢丝镀锌收线环节采取了不同的收线速度,依据不同规格钢丝锌层标准,进行收线速度的调节,促使不同规格钢丝上锌量的均衡,保障产品质量稳定,生产成本得到有效控制。
2、与现有导丝辊收线方式不同,单片分组式收线可满足三种以上钢丝规格同时在线生产,拓宽了产品品种、规格生产范围,根据销售计划、交货时间要求,生产部门可以随时进行在线生产的钢丝规格的调整,大大提高了生产安排的灵活性、机动性,保障产品供货的及时性。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明结构如图1所示,包括主轴1,主轴1两端为镶套调心轴承2固定于支撑座3上,支撑座3由螺丝4固定在底板5上;主轴1上串有若干单片导丝轮6,导丝轮6包括导丝轮外壳和高温轴承7。
所述的导丝轮6外侧通过细丝螺纹8和细丝螺帽9紧固。
所述的导丝轮的高温轴承7与主轴1之间设有垫片10。
单片分组式收线装置技术,实现了可调分组收线数量和收线速度。在保证多规格钢绞线11同时镀锌生产时的产品品质,也提高了生产计划安排灵活性、实用性

1.一种稀土锌钢绞线单片分组式收线装置,其特征在于:包括主轴,主轴两端为镶套调心轴承固定于支撑座上,支撑座由螺丝固定在底板上;主轴上串有若干单片导丝轮,导丝轮包括导丝轮外壳和高温轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稀土锌钢绞线单片分组式收线装置,其特征在于:所述的导丝轮外侧通过细丝螺纹和细丝螺帽紧固。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稀土锌钢绞线单片分组式收线装置,其特征在于:所述的导丝轮的高温轴承与主轴之间设有垫片。
