背景技术
传统的涂料固化通常是通过加热即物理干燥的方法除去高分子溶液中的溶剂,得到硬化的漆膜。UV固化则是利用紫外光的能量引发涂料中的低分子预聚体或齐聚体及作为活性稀释剂的单体分子之间的聚合及交联反应,得到硬化漆膜,实质上是通过形成化学键实现化学干燥。
PVC塑胶地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为轻体地材。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,风靡国外,PVC塑胶地板有聚氯乙烯卷材地板和聚氯乙烯块状地板两种,PVC塑胶地板是一个广泛的称谓。在室内家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、体育场馆等各种场所被大量的应用。
为了进一步的提高PVC塑胶地板的性能,如耐磨性能,抗菌性,需要在其表面喷涂涂层,而传统的涂料固化慢,而紫外固化涂料,在耐磨性能,抗菌性的方面表现较差。

Claims (5)

1.一种PVC地板塑胶抗菌型UV涂料,其特征在于:其组分及质量百分比如下:
光敏树脂 40%~50%;
交联剂 20%~30%;
光引发剂 5%~10%;
流平剂 1%~5%;
添加剂 5%~15%。
所述的光敏树脂的预聚体为环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、不饱和聚酯、水性丙烯酸酯、聚醚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板塑胶抗菌型UV涂料,其特征在于:所述的添加剂包括耐磨剂、防腐剂、强化剂,所述的耐磨剂为氧化硅颗粒,所述的防腐剂为炭黑颗粒,所述的强化剂为石墨碳纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板塑胶抗菌型UV涂料,其特征在于:所述的光敏树脂的制备方法为将预聚体和稀释剂混合并搅拌均匀,再加入聚羟基脂肪酸酯、光敏剂和添加剂,在40-50℃水浴中加热搅拌,并抽真空制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板塑胶抗菌型UV涂料,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板塑胶抗菌型UV涂料,其特征在于:所述的光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙基酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦、1-羟基-环乙基-苯基甲酮、安息香双甲醚、二苯甲酮中一种或多种。
