背景技术
刹车片一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦块构成,钢板要经过涂装来防锈,涂装过程用SMT-4炉温跟踪仪来检测涂装过程的温度分布来保证质量。
刹车的工作原理主要是来自摩擦,利用刹车片与刹车碟(鼓)及轮胎与地面的摩擦,将车辆行进的动能转换成摩擦後的热能,将车子停下来。一套良好有效率的刹车系统必须能提供稳定、足够、可控制的刹车力,并且具有良好的液压传递及散热能力,以确保驾驶人从刹车踏板所施的力能充分有效的传到总泵及各分泵,及避免高热所导致的液压失效及刹车衰退。车子上的刹车系统分为碟式和鼓式两大类,但是除了成本上的优势外,鼓式刹车的效率远比不上碟式刹车,因此所讨论的刹车系统将仅以碟式刹车为主。

具体地,所述酚醛树脂为腰果壳油三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂、橡胶改性酚醛树脂、硅改性酚醛树脂中的一种或者多种与钼酚醛树脂、钡酚醛树脂的混合物。
具体地,所述碳纤维为浓硫酸氧化碳纤维。
具体地,所述人造石墨粉为石墨化程度为98%的100目人造石墨粉。
具体地,所述按重量份将6.3份酚醛树脂、5份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、60份氧化天然石墨、12份纳米二氧化硅、7.3份纳米二氧化钛、5.2份纳米氧化铝、6份正硅酸乙酯和3.5份苯基三乙氧基硅烷加入100份乙醇中混合均匀,在常温下搅拌2h,升温70℃,搅拌33min后蒸发、烘干,然后粉碎,经350目筛过滤后得到所述复合改性石墨。
具体地,所述纳米二氧化硅的平均粒径为20-35nm;所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为35-50nm;所述纳米氧化铝的平均粒径为30-60nm。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:采用的材料无昂贵的材料,且制备过程简单不复杂,制备出的刹车片耐高温效果好。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
一种耐高温汽车刹车片,包括钢背和贴在钢背上的摩擦材料,摩擦材料的原料按重量份包括:酚醛改性树脂25-35份、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶15-30份、丙烯酸酯橡胶5-15份、丁腈橡胶粉5-10份、复合改性石墨1-8份、矿物纤维5-15份、片状钛酸钾5-15份、碳纤维5-10份、钢纤维10-25份、碳化硅纤维5-10份、钼纤维2-5份、人造石墨粉3-8份、硅酸锆3-5份、氧化铝1-2份、硫酸钡3-8份、硫化锡2-5份、八苯基倍半硅氧烷1-3份、六方氮化硼3-8份;
上述复合改性石墨的制备是按重量份将5-15份酚醛改性树脂、2-8份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、50-65份天然鳞片石墨、5-10份纳米二氧化硅、3-10份纳米二氧化钛、1-5份纳米氧化铝、3-8份正硅酸乙酯和1-5份苯基三乙氧基硅烷加入100份乙醇中混合均匀,在常温下搅拌1-2h,升温至55-70℃,搅拌20-40min后蒸发、烘干,然后粉碎,经350-400目筛过滤后得到上述复合改性石墨。具体地,所述钢背上的摩擦基材的原料中,酚醛改性树脂、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、丁腈橡胶粉的重量比为25-35:15-30:5-15:5-10。
所述复合改性石墨优选的重量份为:将6.3份酚醛树脂、5份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、60份氧化天然石墨、12份纳米二氧化硅、7.3份纳米二氧化钛、5.2份纳米氧化铝、6份正硅酸乙酯和3.5份苯基三乙氧基硅烷加入100份乙醇中混合均匀,在常温下搅拌2h,升温70℃,搅拌33min后蒸发、烘干,然后粉碎,经350目筛过滤后得到所述复合改性石墨。
所述摩擦基材的原料中,矿物纤维、片状钛酸钾、碳纤维、钢纤维、碳化硅纤维、钼纤维的重量比为5-15:5-15:5-10:10-25:5-10:2-5。
另一种配方为摩擦基材的原料按重量份包括:酚醛改性树脂25份、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶15份、丙烯酸酯橡胶10份、丁腈橡胶粉5份、复合改性石墨8份、矿物纤维8份、片状钛酸钾15份、碳纤维5份、钢纤维18份、碳化硅纤维4份、钼纤维5份、人造石墨粉5份、硅酸锆6份、氧化铝1.5份、硫酸钡8份、硫化锡5份、八苯基倍半硅氧烷4.2份、六方氮化硼7份。
所述酚醛树脂为腰果壳油三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂、橡胶改性酚醛树脂、硅改性酚醛树脂中的一种或者多种与钼酚醛树脂、钡酚醛树脂的混合物。
所述碳纤维为浓硫酸氧化碳纤维。
所述人造石墨粉为石墨化程度为98%的100目人造石墨粉。
所述纳米二氧化硅的平均粒径为20-35nm;所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为35-50nm;所述纳米氧化铝的平均粒径为30-60nm。
Claims (9)
1.一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:包括钢背和贴在钢背上的摩擦材料,所述摩擦材料的原料按重量份包括:酚醛改性树脂25-35份、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶15-30份、丙烯酸酯橡胶5-15份、丁腈橡胶粉5-10份、复合改性石墨1-8份、矿物纤维5-15份、片状钛酸钾5-15 份、碳纤维5-10份、钢纤维10-25份、碳化硅纤维5-10份、钼纤维2-5份、人造石墨粉3-8份、硅酸锆3-5份、氧化铝1-2份、硫酸钡3-8份、硫化锡2-5份、八苯基倍半硅氧烷1-3份、六方氮化硼3-8份;
上述复合改性石墨的制备是按重量份将5-15份酚醛改性树脂、2-8份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、50-65份天然鳞片石墨、5-10份纳米二氧化硅、3-10份纳米二氧化钛、1- 5份纳米氧化铝、3-8份正硅酸乙酯和1-5份苯基三乙氧基硅烷加入100份乙醇中混合均匀,在常温下搅拌1-2h,升温至55-70°C,搅拌20-40min后蒸发、烘干,然后粉碎,经350-400 目筛过滤后得到上述复合改性石墨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:所述钢背上的摩擦基材的原料中,酚醛改性树脂、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、丁腈橡胶粉的重量比为25-35:15-30:5- 15:5-10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:所述摩擦基材的原料中,矿物纤维、片状钛酸钾、碳纤维、钢纤维、碳化硅纤维、钼纤维的重量比为5-15:5-15: 5-10:10-25:5-10:2-5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:所述摩擦基材的原料按重量份包括:酚醛改性树脂25份、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶15份、丙烯酸酯橡胶10份、丁腈橡胶粉5份、复合改性石墨8份、矿物纤维8份、片状钛酸钾15份、碳纤维5份、钢纤维18份、碳化硅纤维4份、钼纤维5份、人造石墨粉 5 份、硅酸锆6份、氧化铝1.5份、硫酸钡8份、硫化锡5份、八苯基倍半硅氧烷4.2份、六方氮化硼7份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:所述酚醛树脂为腰果壳油三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂、橡胶改性酚醛树脂、硅改性酚醛树脂中的一种或者多种与钼酚醛树脂、钡酚醛树脂的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:所述碳纤维为浓硫酸氧化碳纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温汽车刹车片,其特征在于:所述人造石墨粉为石墨化程度为98%的100目人造石墨粉。
