Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly water-permeable material and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of building materials.
Background
With the progress of urbanization, water permeable pavements have become an important part of road drainage design as an important method of 'ecological drainage'. However, the existing permeable materials applied to the colored environment-friendly permeable pavement have certain problems in color presentation:
1. the water-permeable material is colored by adding a toner, such as red iron oxide or yellow iron oxide, to the water-permeable material. When the added toner changes color, the color of the water-permeable material also changes, namely the color of the water-permeable material is the color of the toner, and the water-permeable material has no diversity.
2. Spraying a colored paint on the surface of the water-permeable material to make the surface of the water-permeable material have a color, such as spraying an acrylic paint, a polyurethane paint, etc. on the surface of the water-permeable material. When the colored coating is sprayed on the surface of the water-permeable material, the color presented on the surface of the water-permeable material is single, and the colored coating sprayed on the surface of the water-permeable material only forms a color layer with the thickness of about 100 microns, so that the problem of color fading is easy to occur.
3. Regarding the elution type colored water permeable material, the surface layer is washed with water to expose the colored stone before the water permeable material is finally set, and the surface is sprayed with a transparent protective agent. When the washing-out type water permeable material is used, since the water permeable material is not completely solidified, the adhesion between the stones is extremely easily broken during the water washing process, and finally the surface layer stones are peeled off.
Therefore, how to research a novel environment-friendly water permeable material to solve the defects of the prior art is a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly water permeable material, which can effectively solve the problems of single color and easy fading of the water permeable material in the prior art.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly water permeable material, and the environment-friendly water permeable material is prepared by confirming the proportion of the base material and the reinforcing material and the preparation process.
The invention provides an environment-friendly water permeable material, which comprises a base material and a reinforcing material; wherein,
the base material comprises natural colored stone, artificial colored stone, broken stone and slag;
the reinforcing material is polyurethane modified by nano silicon dioxide.

In the preparation process of the environment-friendly water permeable material, the ratio of the base material to the reinforcing material is (15-16.5): (0.1-0.2).
In the preparation process of the environment-friendly water permeable material, the mixing and stirring speed of the base material and the reinforcing material is 60-100 rpm/min.
The invention also provides an application of the environment-friendly water permeable material in a colored environment-friendly water permeable pavement. The environment-friendly water permeable material has high compressive strength and wear resistance, and can be widely applied to pavements, parks, squares, schools, home decoration and other pavements and grounds.
Compared with the permeable material in the prior art, the permeable material is environment-friendly, and the problems that the existing permeable material is single in color and easy to fade are solved.

Example 3
An environment-friendly water permeable material comprises a base material (a mixture of artificial colored stone and natural colored stone) and a reinforcing material (nano silicon dioxide modified polyurethane); wherein the weight ratio of the artificial colored stone to the natural colored stone in the mixture is 1: 1; the weight ratio of the mixed material to the nano-silica modified polyurethane is 16: 0.15.
Example 4
An embodiment 1 is a method for preparing an environment-friendly water-permeable material, comprising: the base material and the reinforcing material are mixed and stirred to form the environment-friendly permeable material.
In this example, the mixing and stirring speed of the base material and the reinforcing material is 60 rpm/min.

Example 6
An embodiment 3 is a method for preparing an environment-friendly water permeable material, comprising: the base material and the reinforcing material are mixed and stirred to form the environment-friendly permeable material.
In this example, the mixing and stirring speed of the base material and the reinforcing material is 100 rpm/min.
The environment-friendly permeable material prepared in the embodiment 6 can be applied to colored environment-friendly permeable pavements.
Comparative example 1
An environment-friendly water permeable material comprises a base material (natural colored stone) and a reinforcing material (epoxy resin); wherein the weight ratio of the natural colored stone to the epoxy resin is 15: 0.1.
In this comparative example, the mixing and stirring rate of the base material and the reinforcing material was 80 rpm/min.
The environment-friendly permeable material prepared in comparative example 1 can be applied to a colored environment-friendly permeable pavement.

As can be seen from Table 1:
1. the permeability coefficient and tensile strength of the environmentally friendly water permeable materials of examples 1-3 were significantly higher than those of the environmentally friendly water permeable material of comparative example 1.
2. The environment-friendly water-permeable materials of examples 1 to 3 were less likely to be discolored than comparative example 1.

the base material comprises natural colored stone, artificial colored stone, broken stone and slag;
the reinforcing material is polyurethane modified by nano silicon dioxide.
2. The environment-friendly permeable material of claim 1, wherein the base material is one or more of natural colored stone, artificial colored stone, crushed stone and slag.
3. The environmentally friendly water permeable material of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the base material to the reinforcement material is (15-16.5): (0.1-0.2).
4. A method for preparing the environmentally friendly water permeable material of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the method comprises: the base material and the reinforcing material are mixed and stirred to form the environment-friendly permeable material.
5. The method for preparing environment-friendly water permeable material according to claim 4, wherein the ratio of the base material to the reinforcing material is (15-16.5): (0.1-0.2).
6. The method for preparing environment-friendly water-permeable material according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the mixing and stirring speed of the base material and the reinforcing material is 60-100 rpm/min.
7. Use of the environmentally friendly permeable material of any one of claims 1 to 3 in colored environmentally friendly permeable pavements.
