The invention discloses environment-friendly decorative paper which sequentially comprises an environment-friendly substrate layer, a substrate functional layer, a water-based ink decorative layer and a water-based protective layer from bottom to top. The environment-friendly decorative paper prepared by the invention is nontoxic and tasteless, can replace the traditional PVC decorative material to be applied to plane compounding, edge covering and coating and plastic uptake of various irregular contour shapes, and has excellent comprehensive performance. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly decorative paper, which has the advantages of low raw material cost, strong controllability of the preparation process, environmental protection, no toxicity and suitability for large-scale industrial production.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the increasing requirements of people on the attractiveness and practicability of furniture furnishings such as office tables, bookshelves, sofas, cabinets and the like, the PVC decorative material is produced at the right moment. The PVC decorative paper is well liked by people due to the good performance and the simple preparation process, and is accepted and accepted by more and more people. In the building industry, 40% of furniture is coated or plastic-absorbed by PVC decorative materials, and has the advantages of natural color, gorgeous color, various patterns and the like. However, the PVC decorating material has poor abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and weather resistance, and contains some toxic additives and plasticizers, and the content of the plasticizer is mostly above 20%. Therefore, carcinogenic dioxin gas is generated to pollute the atmosphere when PVC decorative material waste is incinerated, and the PVC decorative material contains chlorine, and chlorine is released when the PVC decorative material is heated and reacts with water in the air to generate hydrogen chloride gas which is toxic to human bodies. As a further improvement of the scheme, the environment-friendly base material layer comprises 70-80% of calcium carbonate powder, 10-29% of resin base material and 1-10% of auxiliary agent in percentage by weight of raw materials. Further, the resin base material is selected from at least one of polyethylene and polypropylene. The environment-friendly base material layer does not contain polyvinyl chloride, and is non-toxic and tasteless.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the water-based protective layer is formed by mixing water-based gloss oil and a curing agent, and the water-based gloss oil comprises, by weight, 65-75% of water-based polyurethane resin, 10-20% of modified acrylic resin, 0-5% of slipping agent, 5-10% of alcohol and 5-10% of distilled water. Further, the curing agent is an isocyanate prepolymer containing-NCO terminal groups. 3) printing a water-based ink decorative layer: uniformly mixing the raw material components of the decorative layer according to the weight percentage, diluting the mixture with distilled water until the printing viscosity of a Cheyne No. 3 viscosity cup is 18-30 s to obtain water-based ink, carrying out connection corona treatment on the upper surface of the substrate functional layer obtained in the step 2), then carrying out decorative pattern printing on the water-based ink through a gravure printing machine, and drying the water-based ink through a drying tunnel at the temperature of 80-100 ℃ to obtain a water-based ink decorative layer;
4) coating an aqueous protective layer: uniformly mixing the raw material components of the water-based gloss oil according to the weight percentage, adding a curing agent, diluting with distilled water until the printing viscosity of a Carn No. 3 viscosity cup is 18-40 s to obtain water-based protective oil, coating the water-based protective oil on the water-based ink decorative layer obtained in the step 3) by using a coating plate, and drying by using a drying oven at the temperature of 130-150 ℃ to obtain a water-based protective layer;
5) and (3) finished product: and (3) drying and rolling the environment-friendly base material layer with the base material functional layer, the water-based ink decorative layer and the water-based protective layer by an oven at the temperature of 150 ℃ to obtain the finished product of the environment-friendly decorative paper.
Specifically, the corona treatment in the preparation process of the invention can further improve the direct adhesion of the two layers.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the environment-friendly decorative paper prepared by the invention is nontoxic and tasteless, can replace the traditional PVC decorative material to be applied to plane compounding, edge covering and coating and plastic uptake of various irregular contour shapes, and has excellent comprehensive performance.
(2) According to the invention, the base material functional layer is arranged on the upper surface of the environment-friendly base material layer, so that the color of the decorative layer is more vivid, and the lower surface of the environment-friendly base material layer has good bonding performance, so that the environment-friendly base material layer is suitable for bonding various adhesives including cold glue and hot melt glue.
(3) The preparation method of the environment-friendly decorative paper has the advantages of low raw material cost, strong controllability of the preparation process, environmental protection and no toxicity, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
