Abstract
The invention discloses a novel wear-resistant EVA sheet, which comprises an Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) copolymer layer and a polyurethane layer, and also provides a preparation method of the corresponding novel wear-resistant EVA sheet. Firstly, a raw material flow taking EVA as main body resin is extended into a sheet, then polyurethane slurry is coated on the surface of the EVA layer, and the wear-resistant polyurethane layer is obtained after drying and curing. The EVA sheet produced by the invention has excellent comprehensive performances such as good wear resistance, environmental protection, no toxicity, comfortable hand feeling and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a novel wear-resistant EVA sheet.
Background
The EVA material is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the content of Vinyl Acetate (VA) is 5-40%. Compared with polyethylene, EVA has low crystallinity, high flexibility, high impact resistance, high intermiscibility of stuffing and high heat sealing performance owing to the introduction of vinyl acetate monomer into the molecular chain.
The EVA sheet is one of the most widely used materials at home and abroad at present, is closely related to the basic industry of national economy, and along with the improvement of the quality of the living standard of people, the market scale growth rate of the EVA is also increased year by year. The EVA sheet mainly has the following advantages: the plasticity is strong, and the product can be processed into products with different colors, hardness, specification and size and other performances according to the requirements of customers; the appearance is good, the weight is light, the appearance is beautiful, the color is various, the thickness is uniform, and the surface is flat; good compatibility, capability of compounding, gluing, sealing and high elasticity; the safety is strong, and the flame retardant, the antistatic, the conductive, the shock absorption, the buffering, the sealing and the like are realized; high environmental protection degree, no toxicity, no odor, no pollution, no public nuisance, degradability and recyclability.
The EVA sheet has wide application range, and is suitable for photovoltaic module packaging adhesive films, shoe materials, handbags, adhesive products, electronic accessories, lamp decorations, artificial flower factories, computer mice, floor mat materials, toy gifts, sports equipment and the like. The method specifically comprises the following steps: EVA taekwondo mat, sports mat, EVA suede ground mat, luggage back mat, kneeling mat, EVA household goods, EVA craft promotion gift, stationery goods, travel goods, children toy, EVA packaging product, lining material of sports shoes, sports insole, outdoor sole, surfboard, sports protector, automotive interior, shoe material laminating and other wide fields.
The wide use of EVA sheets has been increasing, and the requirements for various properties of EVA sheets are also increasing, but because of the influence of the properties of EVA itself, the abrasion resistance of EVA sheets is relatively low, so how to improve the abrasion resistance of EVA sheets becomes a hot point of research. Such as the addition of anti-wear agents, etc. have been reported. However, no reports are found on coating a wear-resistant polyurethane coating on the surface of the EVA sheet, and the polyurethane has the advantages of high strength, large elongation, good rebound resilience, wear resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, low temperature resistance and the like, so that how to improve the wear resistance of the EVA sheet by using the polyurethane has important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a novel wear-resistant EVA sheet, which comprises an EVA layer and at least one polyurethane layer.
Preferably, the EVA layer contains more than 50 wt% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the other component comprises one or more of cross-linking agent, antioxidant, colorant, flame retardant, foaming agent, bridging agent, mold release agent, flame retardant, filler and other modifiers.
Preferably, the VA content of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in the EVA layer is 16-40%, and the purpose of increasing the adhesive force between the EVA layer and the polyurethane layer is to select a higher VA content.
Preferably, the thickness of the EVA layer is 0.05-15.0 mm.

As can be seen from the data in the table I, the novel wear-resistant EVA sheet provided by the invention comprises the EVA layer and the wear-resistant polyurethane layer, and the EVA sheet produced by the invention has excellent comprehensive properties such as good wear resistance, environmental protection, no toxicity, comfortable hand feeling and the like. Particularly, the polyurethane layer is two or more than two EVA sheets, and the grafting treatment layer is additionally arranged between the EVA layer and the surface polyurethane layer, so that the adhesive force between the EVA and the polyurethane can be better improved, and the wear resistance of the EVA sheets is better.

Claims (10)
1. The novel wear-resistant EVA sheet is characterized by comprising an EVA layer and at least one polyurethane layer.

The novel wear-resistant EVA sheet according to claim 1, wherein the EVA layer contains more than 50 wt% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and comprises one or more of a combination of modifiers such as a crosslinking agent, an antioxidant, a colorant, a flame retardant, a foaming agent, a bridging agent, a mold release agent, a flame retardant, and a filler.
3. The novel wear-resistant EVA sheet according to claim 1, wherein the VA content of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in the EVA layer is 16-40%.
4. The novel wear-resistant EVA sheet according to claim 1, wherein the EVA layer has a thickness of 0.05-15.0 mm.
5. The novel wear-resistant EVA sheet according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane layer main body resin is water-based polyurethane or solvent-free polyurethane.
6. The novel abrasion resistant EVA sheet of claim 1, which is composed of an EVA layer and a single polyurethane layer.
7. The novel abrasion resistant EVA sheet of claim 1, wherein the novel abrasion resistant EVA sheet comprises an EVA layer and at least two polyurethane layers.
8. The novel wear-resistant EVA sheet according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the wear-resistant polyurethane layer is 0.005-0.3 mm.
