Abstract

本发明涉及一种永磁棒吸附Janus颗粒油珠的循环剥离装置,属于油田用永磁棒循环吸附Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置的辅助配套装置,同步运转中刮油器由上而下的夹持永磁吸油棒撸挂吸附油滴的Janus颗粒下落回收,本发明与现有以人工间断连续剥离永磁吸油棒附油的工艺相比,具有无须设人辛勤劳作,连续运转效率,清除彻底等优点,为通过对Janus颗粒进行親油改进性和磺化处置的科研成果应用于油田含油污水,污泥处理的规模化,产业化提供了更多更好可能和途径。

一种永磁棒吸附Janus颗粒油珠的循环剥离装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及油田含油污水,污泥治理,具体的说涉及一种永磁棒吸附Janus颗粒乳化油珠的循环剥离装置。
背景技术:
实验室技术证实,改性和磺化的Janus颗粒,具有很好的亲油性和磁响应性,能够在短时间内直接吸附污水,污泥中的油珠。永磁棒循环吸附Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置,为油区处置含油污水,污泥提供了一种无污染,低能耗的产业化途径。但在如何实现永磁棒吸附油污分离上,存在用人多,劳动强度大,工作效率低的不足,限制了该装置的推广应用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述问题和不足,提供一种低能耗和高效率的一种永磁棒吸附Janus颗粒乳化油珠的循环剥离装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种永磁棒吸附Janus 颗粒乳化油珠的循环剥离装置,包括牙盘,链条,牙盘轴,滑动杆,定向键,滑轨,开口器,永磁吸油棒和刮油器,刮油器还包括滑动块,夹杆,固定夹,活动夹,开口器槽,拉簧和绒擦垫,其特征是本装置为油田用永磁棒循环吸附Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置同步联动运转的辅助配套装置,其具体特征是在两根平行的牙盘轴两端设置固定的两个牙盘及两条平行运转的链条,其中一根牙盘轴为与永磁棒循环吸附Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置牙盘同电机带动,同步运转的主动轴,另一根为被动轴。两条链条之间等距固定设置滑动杆,每条滑动杆上套装一套由定向键限定垂直外伸的刮油器,在环形运转中刮油器的滑动块受固定位置的环形滑轨限逼在滑动杆上上下滑动,刮油器升至高位时,夹杆的开口器槽受固定于链条的开口器挤胀,活动夹向外张开,下滑时脱离开口器,在拉簧作用下活动夹与固定夹闭合并夹持永磁吸油棒下滑,内衬的柔性绒擦垫撸刮永磁吸油棒上的附油Janus颗粒下落回收。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有无须设专人间断清理效率低,连续清理劳动强度高,工作效率和质量受人为因素影响等弊端,为通过对Janus颗粒进行亲油改性和磺化处置的科研成果应用于油田含油污水,污泥处理的规模化,产业化提供了更多,更好可能和途径。

具体实施方式
结合说明书附图对本发明作以下进一步的详细说明:
本发明在东营雅努斯新材料科技有限公司研制并实施。
如图1,图2所示,在两根平行的牙盘轴3两端固定设置上下两个牙盘1及两条平行运转的链条2,一根牙盘轴3为与永磁棒循环吸附 Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置牙盘同电机同步运转的主动轴,另一根为被动轴。在两条链条之间设置等距固定连接的滑动杆4,滑动杆4上设有固定滑动块801的定向键401。每条滑动杆4上套装一套刮油器8。滑动块801在运转中受环状纵斜向固定安装的滑轨5 限逼,在滑动杆4上作上下滑动。刮油器8在定向键401限定始终处垂直向外状态。
如图3、图4所示,刮油器8还包括滑动块801、夹杆802、固定夹 803、活动夹804、开口器槽805、拉簧806和绒擦垫807。其滑动块 801为与滑动杆4,定向键401相匹配中间设孔,孔内外两侧设键槽,与滑轨5相匹配内外两端向外突出,与滑道等宽等斜度,可在滑动杆4上上下滑动,在滑轨5内斜向移动。夹杆802为与滑动块801 一体,于基部单侧铰连分为固定夹803和活动夹804,活动夹804的内侧面设置一开口器槽805,与焊接于滑动杆4上端相对处链条5上的契形开口器6相配合对应。于开口器槽805外侧的夹杆上设置一贯通固定夹803和活动夹804的孔洞安置拉簧806,在固定夹803和活动夹804的末端设置半圆形,内衬绒擦垫,可包绕永磁吸油棒7的刮头808。

1.一种永磁棒吸附Janus颗粒油珠的循环剥离装置,包括牙盘,链条,牙盘轴,滑动杆,定向键,滑轨,开口器,永磁吸油棒和刮油器,刮油器还包括滑动块,夹杆,固定夹,活动夹,开口器槽,拉簧和绒擦垫,其特征是本装置为油田用永磁棒循环吸附Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置同步联动运转的辅助配套装置,其具体特征是在两根平行的牙盘轴两端设置固定的两个牙盘及两条平行运转的链条,其中一根牙盘轴为与永磁棒循环吸附Janus颗粒乳化油滴治理含油污水装置牙盘同电机带动,同步运转的主动轴,另一根为被动轴。两条链条之间等距固定设置滑动杆,每条滑动杆上套装一套由定向键限定垂直外伸的刮油器,在环形运转中刮油器的滑动块受固定位置的环形滑轨限逼在滑动杆上上下滑动,刮油器升至高位时,夹杆的开口器槽受固定于链条的开口器挤胀,活动夹向外张开,下滑时脱离开口器,在拉簧作用下活动夹与固定夹闭合并夹持永磁吸油棒下滑,内衬的柔性绒擦垫撸刮永磁吸油棒上的附油Janus颗粒下落回收。
