Abstract

The invention provides a control console cover plate structure and a train control console with the same. The control console cover plate structure comprises a turnover cover plate, a left fixing panel and a right fixing panel; the left fixing panel and the right fixing panel are respectively arranged at two ends of the table top of the console; one end of the turnover cover plate is connected to the left fixing panel in a sliding mode, and the other end of the turnover cover plate is connected to the right fixing panel in a sliding mode, so that the turnover cover plate is arranged in a sliding mode along the front-back direction of the operating platform to open or close the table top of the operating platform. The control console is a control device for a train driver to drive a train, and when the train stops running, a movable cover plate is arranged on the conventional train control console to avoid ash falling on the control console; when the driver drives the train, the cover plate is opened, and when the train stops running, the driver closes the cover plate, so that dust is prevented from falling on the control console.
The edge of the inner side of the existing movable cover plate close to the operating platform is provided with a rotating shaft, and two ends of the rotating shaft are rotatably connected to the fixed bases on two sides of the operating platform, so that the movable cover plate can be turned over up and down on the operating platform to open or close the operating platform.
However, the existing movable cover plate needs to be turned upwards as a whole when being opened, the movable cover plate is heavy in weight and large in coverage area, great effort is required to be taken when being turned upwards, and the cover plate occupies a large cab space after being turned up and opened.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a control console cover plate structure and a train control console with the same, so as to solve the problem that a movable cover plate of the train control console in the prior art is labor-consuming to open.

In order to ensure that the two ends of the turnover cover plate 10 are balanced in the sliding process, further, two positioning sliders 40 are provided, one positioning slider 40 is slidably disposed on the left fixing panel 20, the other positioning slider 40 is slidably disposed on the right fixing panel 30, and the two positioning sliders 40 are respectively connected with the two ends of the rear portion of the turnover cover plate 10 through corresponding connecting hinges 50, so that the same acting force is applied to the two ends of the turnover cover plate 10, and the balance in the sliding process of the turnover cover plate 10 is ensured.
In order to ensure the smoothness of the sliding of the positioning blocks 40, further, the rear portions of the left and right fixed panels 20 and 30 are respectively provided with a slide rail 60, each slide rail 60 extends along the height direction of the console, and the two positioning blocks 40 are respectively slidably disposed on the corresponding slide rail 60 so as to slide up and down along the slide rail 60.

The front end surfaces of the left and right fixed panels 20 and 30 of the console are inclined surfaces, and in order to be adapted to the inclined surfaces of the left and right fixed panels 20 and 30, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the flip cover panel 10 further includes: the first plate body 11 is connected with the second plate body 12 through the transition plate body 13; wherein, the included angle between the transition plate body 13 and the first plate body 11 and the included angle between the transition plate body 13 and the second plate body 12 are both greater than 90 degrees, and the cleaning angle of the transition plate body 13 is parallel to the inclined planes of the left fixing panel 20 and the right fixing panel 30, so as to ensure the smoothness of the whole structure of the control console.
When the table top of the console is opened by the turnover cover plate 10, the first plate body 11 is located above the table top of the console, so that the function of shading light can be achieved, strong light is prevented from irradiating the screen on the console, and the brightness of the screen is prevented from being reduced. However, in order to prevent the first plate 11 from blocking the view of the operator when the operator stands up, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the front end edge of the first plate 11 has an arc structure recessed toward the transition plate 13, and the arc structure can effectively prevent the first plate 11 from covering a large area and blocking the view of the operator.
In order to lock the flip cover plate 10 in a state that the top of the console is opened or closed by the flip cover plate 10 and prevent the flip cover plate 10 from sliding back and forth freely under the action of inertia during high-speed running of a train, further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of positioning bolts 80 are respectively arranged on the first plate body 11 and the second plate body 12; when the table top of the console is opened by the flip cover plate 10, the flip cover plate 10 is fixed on the table top of the console by the positioning bolts 80 on the first plate 11; when the turn-over cover plate 10 closes the top of the console, the turn-over cover plate 10 is fixed to the top of the console by the respective positioning bolts 80 of the first plate 11 and the second plate 12.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a train console including a console cover plate structure of the above-described embodiment.
