Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic aligning and trimming machine for a pressure vessel end socket, which comprises an end socket placing seat, an aligning device and a trimming device, wherein the aligning device and the trimming device are arranged at the outer edge of the end socket placing seat, the aligning device is provided with a roller and an infrared control switch, the roller and the infrared control switch can move towards the center of the end socket placing seat, the center of the roller can form a circle concentric with the end socket placing seat, and the roller synchronously moving towards the center of the end socket placing seat stops when the infrared control switch is in contact with the end socket. The ovality error of the 700 end sockets finished by the method is controlled within +/-1.5 mm, and the gap between the profiling sample plates is controlled within 2 mm.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pressure container manufacturing, in particular to an automatic alignment edge trimmer for a seal head of a large pressure container.
Background
At present, in the process of processing and manufacturing end sockets of large-sized pressure containers, after the end sockets are pressed by an arc pressing die of a hydraulic machine, the straight edges of ports are uneven or have skirt edges and other problems, the end sockets need to be aligned and cut, the existing cut edges are all formed by a manual alignment method, the manual alignment working strength is high due to the large mass (about 3 m in diameter) of the end sockets, the alignment effect is poor, the height error of the straight edges after the cut edges can be generally controlled to be about 10mm, and the subsequent welding and sealing of the pressure containers are further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic alignment edge trimmer for a seal head of a large pressure container, which aims to solve the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses an automatic aligning and trimming machine for a pressure vessel end socket, which comprises an end socket placing seat, an aligning device and a trimming device, wherein the aligning device and the trimming device are arranged on the outer edge of the end socket placing seat, the aligning device is provided with a roller and an infrared control switch, the roller and the infrared control switch can move towards the center of the end socket placing seat, the center of the roller can form a circle concentric with the end socket placing seat, and when the infrared control switch is in contact with the end socket, the roller synchronously moving towards the center of the end socket placing seat stops.
Furthermore, three universal balls for supporting the end sockets are arranged on the edge of the end socket placing seat.
Furthermore, three electromagnetic chucks for adsorbing and fixing the seal heads are arranged on the seal head placing seat and positioned at the edge of the seal head placing seat.
Furthermore, the rollers of the aligning device are driven by the same motor to move towards the center of the head placing seat.
Furthermore, the number of the idler wheels on any one of the aligning devices is two, and the centers of all the idler wheels are concentric with the center of the seal head placing seat.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the head of the automatic alignment cutting device is supported by three universal balls on the circular head placing seat, the adjustment of the head is easily realized by the alignment device driving idler wheels, the alignment work can be automatically completed when each infrared control switch contacts the surface of the head, the full automation of the alignment work is realized, and the efficiency of alignment cutting is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic aligning and trimming machine for end sockets of pressure vessels, which comprises an end socket placing seat 1, an aligning device 2 and a trimming device 3, wherein the aligning device 2 and the trimming device 3 are arranged on the outer edge of the end socket placing seat 1, a roller 4 and an infrared control switch 5 which can move towards the center of the end socket placing seat 1 are arranged on the aligning device 2, the center of the roller 4 can form a circle concentric with the end socket placing seat 1, and when the infrared control switch 5 is in contact with an end socket 6, the roller 4 which synchronously moves towards the center of the end socket placing seat 1 stops.
The operating principle of the device is that three aligning devices 2 which are provided with rollers 4 and are arranged on the periphery of the end socket 6 drive the rollers 4 to synchronously move at a constant speed towards the direction of the circle center, wherein the rollers 4 are always on a circular arc line, the three rollers 4 are all provided with infrared control switches 5, when the three rollers 4 all touch the surface of the end socket 6, the lamps of the infrared control switches 5 are all on, the rollers 4 are automatically closed to move at the same time, the automatic alignment of the end socket 6 is completed, and then the edge cutting is started. The ovality error of the 700 seal heads 6 finished in the mode is controlled within +/-1.5 mm, and the gap between the profiling sample plates is controlled within 2mm, so that the efficiency of aligning and cutting edges is improved, and the processing quality is improved.
In this embodiment, the head placing seat 1 is provided with three universal balls 7 for supporting the head 6 at the edge thereof, so that friction can be reduced, and the wear of the surface of the head 6 can be conveniently aligned.

In this embodiment, the number of the rollers 4 on any one of the aligning devices 2 is two, and the centers of all the rollers 4 are located concentrically with the center of the end socket placing seat 1, when the position offset of the end socket 6 is large, firstly the rollers 4 on the aligning devices 2 contact with the end socket, and the stress on the end socket 6 is more uniform through the two rollers 4.
In this embodiment, 1 is provided with the carousel 10 that holds up and drive head 6 rotation on the seat is placed to the head, and through the regulation of limit rotation limit, the ovality error of head 6 can be transferred to the minimum.
