本发明公开了一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,包括水平板状的底座,所述底座下方设置有滚轮,所述底座上设置有安装支架,所述安装支架上设置有淤泥处理箱,所述淤泥处理箱上分别设置有进泥口和出泥口,所述出泥口下方设置有上端开口设置的收纳箱,其特征在于,所述淤泥处理箱内设置有杂质过滤网,所述杂质过滤网位于所述进泥口下方,所述淤泥处理箱侧壁上设置有清淤口。本发明具有能够更好的对淤泥中的杂质进行处理,保证水稻机正常运行,减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率的优点。

一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置
技术领域
本发明涉及种植业技术领域,具体涉及一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置。
背景技术
水稻需要种植在淤泥地中,即种在泥沟里面。泥沟里面的淤泥中存在较多的石子、农作物秸秆、杂草以及各种生物等等,会影响水稻机的正常运行,导致水稻机在进行插秧时卡住不能工作,影响使用。但是现有的对淤泥里面的杂物进行清理的方式多是手工或者和是用铁耙将大块杂物进行收拢并处理,这样不仅导致工人劳动强度大,还会使得淤泥内的杂物清除不彻底,同样会影响水稻机的运行。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提供一种能够更好的对淤泥中的杂质进行处理,保证水稻机正常运行,减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率的水稻机淤泥除杂装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,包括水平板状的底座,所述底座下方设置有滚轮,所述底座上设置有安装支架,所述安装支架上设置有淤泥处理箱,所述淤泥处理箱上分别设置有进泥口和出泥口,所述出泥口下方设置有上端开口设置的收纳箱,所述淤泥处理箱内设置有杂质过滤网,所述杂质过滤网位于所述进泥口下方,所述淤泥处理箱侧壁上设置有清淤口,所述杂质过滤网由上向下间隔设置有两层;所述底座上方设置有水箱,所述水箱通过水管与淤泥处理箱连接,所述水管上设置有水泵,所述水管的出水端延伸至所述淤泥处理箱内并设置于所述杂质过滤网上方。
这样,在使用时,将泥沟里面的淤泥从进泥口倒入淤泥处理箱,淤泥经过杂质过滤网过滤后,进入收纳箱,再放回泥沟内,过滤得到的位于杂质过滤网上的杂质可以经过清淤口进行清除。本装置具有结构简单,使用方便,工作效率高,可以更好的减少工人的劳动强度,过滤杂质干净高效的优点;可以更好的对淤泥张红的杂质进行过滤;可以对杂质过滤网进行清洗,同时也可以调整淤泥的粘稠度,可以使得更对的淤泥返回到泥沟中,更好的种植水稻。
作为优化,所述杂质过滤网相对的两端通过水平设置的伸缩机构与所述淤泥处理箱侧壁固定连接。
这样,利用伸缩机构的伸缩,可以使得杂质过滤网振动,可以更好的对淤泥中的杂质进行过滤。
作为优化,所述水平伸缩机构为电动推杆。
这样,电动推杆结构简单,使用方便。
作为优化,所述淤泥处理箱内设置有能够沿竖直方向上下运动的压板,所述压板设置在所述杂质过滤网上方,且所述压板与所述杂质过滤网平行设置。
这样,设置有压板,可以对堆积在杂质过滤网上的淤泥进行挤压,更加高效快速的对淤泥中的杂质进行过滤,提高工作效率。
作为优化,所述压板上方通过竖向设置的液压缸与所述淤泥处理箱上侧壁固定连接。
这样,可以更好的使得压板对杂质过滤网上的淤泥进行施压,动作平稳无冲击。
综上所述,本发明具有能够更好的对淤泥中的杂质进行处理,保证水稻机正常运行,减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,包括水平板状的底座1,所述底座1下方设置有滚轮11,所述底座1上设置有安装支架12,所述安装支架12上设置有淤泥处理箱2,所述淤泥处理箱2上分别设置有进泥口21和出泥口,所述出泥口下方设置有上端开口设置的收纳箱3,所述淤泥处理箱2内设置有杂质过滤网4,所述杂质过滤网4位于所述进泥口21下方,所述淤泥处理箱2侧壁上设置有清淤口5。
这样,在使用时,将泥沟里面的淤泥从进泥口倒入淤泥处理箱,淤泥经过杂质过滤网过滤后,进入收纳箱,再放回泥沟内,过滤得到的位于杂质过滤网上的杂质可以经过清淤口进行清除。本装置具有结构简单,使用方便,工作效率高,可以更好的减少工人的劳动强度,过滤杂质干净高效的优点。
本具体实施方式中,所述杂质过滤网4由上向下间隔设置有两层。
这样,可以更好的对淤泥张红的杂质进行过滤。
本具体实施方式中,所述底座1上方设置有水箱6,所述水箱6通过水管61与淤泥处理箱2连接,所述水管61上设置有水泵62,所述水管61的出水端延伸至所述淤泥处理箱2内并设置于所述杂质过滤网4上方。
这样,可以对杂质过滤网进行清洗,同时也可以调整淤泥的粘稠度,可以使得更对的淤泥返回到泥沟中,更好的种植水稻。
本具体实施方式中,所述杂质过滤网4相对的两端通过水平设置的伸缩机构与所述淤泥处理箱2侧壁固定连接。
这样,利用伸缩机构的伸缩,可以使得杂质过滤网振动,可以更好的对淤泥中的杂质进行过滤。
本具体实施方式中,所述水平伸缩机构为电动推杆。
这样,电动推杆结构简单,使用方便。
本具体实施方式中,所述淤泥处理箱2内设置有能够沿竖直方向上下运动的压板7,所述压板7设置在所述杂质过滤网4上方,且所述压板7与所述杂质过滤网4平行设置。
这样,设置有压板,可以对堆积在杂质过滤网上的淤泥进行挤压,更加高效快速的对淤泥中的杂质进行过滤,提高工作效率。
本具体实施方式中,所述压板7上方通过竖向设置的液压缸8与所述淤泥处理箱2上侧壁固定连接。
这样,可以更好的使得压板对杂质过滤网上的淤泥进行施压,动作平稳无冲击。

1.一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,其特征在于:包括水平板状的底座,所述底座下方设置有滚轮,所述底座上设置有安装支架,所述安装支架上设置有淤泥处理箱,所述淤泥处理箱上分别设置有进泥口和出泥口,所述出泥口下方设置有上端开口设置的收纳箱,所述淤泥处理箱内设置有杂质过滤网,所述杂质过滤网位于所述进泥口下方,所述淤泥处理箱侧壁上设置有清淤口,所述杂质过滤网由上向下间隔设置有两层,所述底座上方设置有水箱,所述水箱通过水管与淤泥处理箱连接,所述水管上设置有水泵,所述水管的出水端延伸至所述淤泥处理箱内并设置于所述杂质过滤网上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,其特征在于:所述杂质过滤网相对的两端通过水平设置的伸缩机构与所述淤泥处理箱侧壁固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,其特征在于:所述水平伸缩机构为电动推杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻机淤泥除杂装置,其特征在于:所述淤泥处理箱内设置有能够沿竖直方向上下运动的压板,所述压板设置在所述杂质过滤网上方,且所述压板与所述杂质过滤网平行设置。
