Abstract
一种线缆连接器,其包括上壳体、与上壳体互配的下壳体、收容于上壳体和下壳体之间的绝缘本体及复数个一体成型于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述导电端子沿纵长方向排列,所述上壳体设有上壳面、垂直于上壳面向下弯折的固持部及自固持部垂直延伸至下壳体上的焊接部,所述绝缘本体在线缆延伸侧设有向外突出的凸块,所述固持部上设有固持孔,凸块收容于固持孔,所述焊接部与下壳体电性相连。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种线缆连接器,尤其涉及上、下壳体的连接方式。
【背景技术】
与本发明相关的现有技术请参考2013年7月24日公告的中国第CN102035100B号专利,其公开了一种线缆连接器包括上壳体、下壳体、固持于上、下壳体之间的绝缘本体及复数个一体成型于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述导电端子沿纵长方向排列,上壳体纵长方向的中间位置设有接受部,绝缘本体纵长方向的中间位置设有与接受部相对的贯穿空间,下壳体纵长方向的中间位置设有突片,所述该突片向上延伸穿过贯穿空间至上壳体的接受部,再向接受部内注锡,通过焊锡将上下壳体焊接在一起,然而在注锡时,容易将焊锡溢出到连接器的别的地方,或者焊锡通过绝缘本体的贯穿空间从下方流出至其它地方。
因此,有必要针对这样的设计缺陷进行改进。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种线缆连接器,上、下壳体通过简单焊接方式实现电性相连。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种线缆连接器,其包括上壳体、与上壳体互配的下壳体、收容于上壳体和下壳体之间的绝缘本体及复数个一体成型于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述导电端子沿纵长方向排列,所述上壳体设有上壳面、垂直于上壳面向下弯折的固持部及自固持部垂直延伸至下壳体上的焊接部,所述绝缘本体在线缆延伸侧设有向外突出的凸块,所述固持部上设有固持孔,凸块收容于固持孔,所述焊接部与下壳体电性相连。
进一步所述焊接部上设有焊接孔,焊锡通过焊接孔渗透至下壳体,使上壳体和下壳体焊接相连。
进一步所述下壳体包括下壳面、自下壳面垂直向上延伸的突片,所述绝缘本体面对下壳体的一侧设有收容孔,所述突片收容于收容孔内。
进一步所述固持部自上壳面边缘向内撕裂一段距离后垂直向下弯折。
进一步所述固持部位于上壳体的纵长方向的中间位置,突片位于下壳体的纵长方向的中间位置,凸块和收容孔位于绝缘本体的纵长方向的中间位置。
进一步所述上壳体还设有垂直于上壳面的侧边,侧边在纵长方向的两端分别设有弹性抵持臂,该弹性抵持臂与绝缘本体干涉配合。
进一步所述绝缘本体垂直于纵长方向延伸出脚架,所述下壳体的两端相向弯折形成卡钩,卡钩卡持于脚架。
进一步所述导电端子包括第一接触部、连接部、第二接触部及垂直于第二接触部的焊接脚,所述第一接触部、连接部及第二接触部成U形结构,焊接脚与线缆相连。
进一步所述绝缘本体的一侧设有凸肋,第一接触部与第二接触部成型于凸肋上,焊接脚裸露于与凸肋相对的另一侧。
进一步所述绝缘本体位于焊接脚的一侧设有加厚部,所述加厚部位于一排导电端子的中间位置,所述凸块位于加厚部的侧边。
与现有技术相比,本发明的线缆连接器上下壳体只要通过简单的点焊就可以实现电性相连,不会造成焊锡外溢的现象。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1-3所示,本发明的一个实施方式,线缆连接器100包括上壳体10、与上壳体10互配的下壳体20、收容上壳体10和下壳体20之间的绝缘本体30、复数个一体成型于绝缘本体30内沿纵长方向排列的导电端子40及与导电端子40电性相连的线缆50。
如图4-5所示,所述绝缘本体30在其纵长方向的中间位置设有块状的加厚部31,导电端子40分布于该加厚部31的两侧,加厚部31位于导电端子40的中间位置。所述加厚部31的侧边突出有凸块32,所述凸块32沿线缆50的延伸方侧向外突出。所述上壳体10也为纵长形,其设有上壳面11、位于上壳体10的中间位置设有自上壳面11向下弯折的固持部12及自固持部12垂直延伸至下壳体上的焊接部13。所述该固持部12自上壳面11的边缘开始向内撕裂一段距离后垂直向下弯折。所述固持部12设有固持孔120,绝缘本体30上的凸块32收容于固持孔120内,所述焊接部13上设有焊接孔130,焊锡通过焊接孔130渗透至下壳体20,将上壳体10和下壳体20简单的点焊在一起。所述下壳体20也为纵长形,其设有下壳面21及自下壳面21垂直向上延伸的突片22,所述突片22位于下壳体20的纵长方向的中间位置。所述绝缘本体30在加厚部31的相反侧,且与加厚部31对应的位置即绝缘本体30在纵长方向的中间位置处设有一收容孔33,所述突片22收容于该收容孔33内,这样进一步加固了下壳体20和绝缘本体30的互配结构。
所述上壳体10还包括垂直于上壳面11的侧边14,所述侧边14在纵长方向的两端分别设有向内弯折的弹性抵持臂140。所述侧边14自弹性抵持臂140继续向两端延伸出一U形脚部15,所述U形脚部15的相对面上都设有锁定孔150,该锁定孔150与对接连接器锁扣配合。所述绝缘本体30在注塑成型有导电端子40的部分的两端分别延伸有端部34,所述端部34与凸块32的同一侧设有一凹槽340,当上壳体10安装于绝缘本体30时,弹性抵持臂140与绝缘本体30干涉配合,U形脚部15位于侧边14相对面的部分收容于该凹槽340。所述端部34上还设有垂直于纵长方向延伸出的脚架341,所述下壳体20的两端设有相向弯折成的卡钩23,卡钩23的一侧与下壳面21共面,另一侧与下壳面21平行。所述卡钩23卡持于脚架341
所述绝缘本体30在下壳体20的同一侧设有凸肋35,所述导电端子40一体成型在该凸肋35上。所述导电端子40包括第一接触部41、第二接触部42、连接第一、第二接触部41、42的连接部43及垂直于第二接触部42的焊接部44。所述第一接触部41、第二接触部42及连接部43成U形结构,且裸露于绝缘本体30的凸肋35的表面,所述焊接部44成型于绝缘本体30的另一侧,表面裸露在绝缘本体30的表面便于与线缆50焊接。

Claims (10)
1.一种线缆连接器,其包括上壳体、与上壳体互配的下壳体、收容于上壳体和下壳体之间的绝缘本体及复数个一体成型于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述导电端子沿纵长方向排列,其特征在于:所述上壳体设有上壳面、垂直于上壳面向下弯折的固持部及自固持部垂直延伸至下壳体上的焊接部,所述绝缘本体在线缆延伸侧设有向外突出的凸块,所述固持部上设有固持孔,凸块收容于固持孔,所述焊接部与下壳体电性相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部上设有焊接孔,焊锡通过焊接孔渗透至下壳体,使上壳体和下壳体焊接相连。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述下壳体包括下壳面、自下壳面垂直向上延伸的突片,所述绝缘本体面对下壳体的一侧设有收容孔,所述突片收容于收容孔内。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部自上壳面边缘向内撕裂一段距离后垂直向下弯折。
5.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部位于上壳体的纵长方向的中间位置,突片位于下壳体的纵长方向的中间位置,凸块和收容孔位于绝缘本体的纵长方向的中间位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述上壳体还设有垂直于上壳面的侧边,侧边在纵长方向的两端分别设有弹性抵持臂,该弹性抵持臂与绝缘本体干涉配合。
7.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体垂直于纵长方向延伸出脚架,所述下壳体的两端相向弯折形成卡钩,卡钩卡持于脚架。
8.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括第一接触部、连接部、第二接触部及垂直于第二接触部的焊接脚,所述第一接触部、连接部及第二接触部成U形结构,焊接脚与线缆相连。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的一侧设有凸肋,第一接触部与第二接触部成型于凸肋上,焊接脚裸露于与凸肋相对的另一侧。
10.如权利要求9所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体位于焊接脚的一侧设有加厚部,所述加厚部位于一排导电端子的中间位置,所述凸块位于加厚部的侧边。
