本申请为申请号201310054708.0、申请日2013-02-21、发明名称为“一种电线电缆导体”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电线电缆导体适用于各种电压等级的电线电缆。
背景技术
现有的电线电缆行业为了提高载流量、降成本,提出了高强度铜包铝电缆导体、扩径钢芯铝绞线、空心电缆、高压空心电缆、组合导体结构电力电缆、多分裂铜或铝母线。但还是没找到一个更有效果的降成本、提高载流量的办法。上述系列产品的导体采用是铜、铝、铜包铝、铜铝之间有绝缘隔离的导体,其缺点:
①铜载流量小,温升高,成本高。
②铝载流量小,温升高,铝导电率与铜比相对较差及易氧化。
③铜包铝载流量小,温升高,铜包铝工艺复杂,是治金结合(现有技术铜与铝的配合使用必须是冶金结合,不然有电化学反应),铜铝的粘合性是铜与铝不分层,是一个整体,电流密度分布不均匀。等径的铜线与铜包铝线相比,铜线比铜包铝线载流量大,等径的铜包铝电缆与铜电缆相比不节能,并且废旧铜包铝电线电缆在回收中,铜铝分离工艺复杂,污染严重。
④多分裂铜或铝母线的缺点:载流量小,温升高,铜铝之间有绝缘隔离,铜铝电化学反应解决了,但铜、铝是两个独立导体,不等电位,两个导体间的电磁场相互干扰,相互降低载流量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提出保留铜与铝合金的本体氧化层(氧化层很薄,电阻很小)做为隔离保护层,防止电化学反应,铜与铝合金(如铝镁合金、稀土铝合金)配合是搭接结合,通过隔离保护层的分裂,铜、铝合金形成两个相对独立但电位相等的导体,相互之间不会产生电磁干扰,电流密度分布均匀效果大大提高。
实现本发明目的的技术方案:本发明一种电线电缆导体是用于:导体采用外层导体是铜、内层导体是铝合金,用铜、铝合金的本体氧化层做为隔离保护层,导体结构有铜套铝合金棒(大直径为棒,直径小于5mm为线)、铜绞铝合金线、扩径铜绞铝合金绞线、铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线、扩径铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线;上述导体根据电压等级需要可在导体上外加绝缘层或屏蔽绝缘层。
本发明的有益效果是:一种电线电缆导体是用铜与铝合金的本体氧化层做为隔离保护层,铜与铝合金配合是搭接结合,电流密度分布均匀效果比铜、铝、铜包铝(铜铝冶金结合)、铜铝之间有绝缘隔离的导体要好。①等径的铜线与铜套铝合金线相比,铜套铝合金线载流量大,温升低;②等径的铜棒与铜套铝合金棒相比,铜套铝合金棒载流量大,温升低;
③等径的铜绞线与铜绞铝合金线相比,铜绞铝合金线载流量大,温升低。一种电线电缆导体比铜、铝、铜包铝、铜铝之间有绝缘隔离的导体载流量大,温升低。金属氧化层做隔离保护层的应用实现了提高载流量、温升低、降成本的节能效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种电线电缆导体,制作铜套铝合金棒、线的方法:保留铜套(1)与铝合金棒(2)的本体氧化层,将铜套(1)套在铝合金棒(2)上,通过轧管机将铜套(1)与铝合金棒、(2)机械结合,铜套(1)与铝合金棒(2)要面接触。上述铜套(1)还可用铜带做材料,用铜带均匀包覆在铝合金棒上,将铜带的缝焊接成铜套(1)。所述的铜套(1)的壁厚根据电流大小而定(0.1mm-10mm),铝合金棒(2)的直径根据电流大小而定(1mm-100mm)。上述导体根据电压等级需要可在导体上外加绝缘层或屏蔽绝缘层。
按上述方法的生产过程,铜套铝合金棒可以制作成套管、母线,铜套铝合金线可以制作成电线。
如图2所示,本发明的一种电线电缆导体,制作铜绞铝合金线的方法:保留铜绞线与铝合金绞线的本体氧化层,在铝合金线(2)上绞合铜线(1),铜线(1)的截面积根据电流大小可占铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。上述导体根据电压等级需要可在导体上外加绝缘层或屏蔽绝缘层。
按上述方法的生产过程,铜绞铝合金线可以制作成电缆、软母线。
如图3所示,本发明的一种电线电缆导体,制作扩径铜绞铝合金线的方法:保留铜绞线与铝合金绞线的本体氧化层,扩径的材料采用发泡塑料(3),做成圆条、也可以做成管,在圆条上绞合铝合金线(2),在已扩径的铝合金线(2)上绞合铜线(1),铜线(1)的截面积根据电流大小可占扩径铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。扩径的截面积占扩径铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。上述导体根据电压等级需要可在导体上外加绝缘层或屏蔽绝缘层。
按上述方法的生产过程,扩径铜绞铝合金线可以制作成电缆、软母线。
如图4所示,本发明的一种电线电缆导体,制作铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线的方法:保留铜绞线与钢芯铝合金绞线的本体氧化层,在钢绞线(4)绞合铝合金线(2),在已绞合完成的钢钢芯铝合金绞线上绞合铜线(1)。铜线(1)的截面积根据电流大小可占钢芯铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。上述导体根据电压等级需要可在导体上外加绝缘层或屏蔽绝缘层。
按上述方法的生产过程,铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线可以制作成软母线、架空线。
如图5所示,本发明的一种电线电缆导体,制作扩径铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线的方法:保留铜绞线与钢芯铝合金绞线的本体氧化层,在钢绞线上(4)上挤出发泡塑料(3)用作圆形扩径,在圆形扩径发泡塑料(3)上绞合铝合金线(2),在已扩径的铝合金线(2)上绞合铜线(1),铜线(1)的截面积根据电流大小可占扩径钢芯铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。扩径的截面积占扩径钢芯铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。上述导体根据电压等级需要可在导体上外加绝缘层或屏蔽绝缘层。
按上述方法的生产过程,扩径铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线可以制作成软母线、架空线。

1.一种电线电缆导体,其特征:电线电缆导体为铜绞钢芯铝合金绞线,保留铜绞线与钢芯铝合金绞线的本体氧化层,在钢绞线绞合铝合金线,在已绞合完成的钢钢芯铝合金绞线上绞合铜线;铜线的截面积根据电流大小占钢芯铜绞铝合金线总截面积的1%~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电线电缆导体,其特征:导体根据电压等级需要在导体上外加绝缘层。
