Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a heating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be performed by the controller of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:

According to the embodiment of the invention, the sealing component is arranged on the commodity conveying device, and the sealing component can seal the heating box when the conveying device conveys the commodity into the heating box, so that the heating box is well sealed during heating, leakage is avoided, and the heating efficiency and the safety are improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the controller controls the first driving means to drive the transport means carrying the goods from the bottom up into the heating cabinet at 410. At 430, after the heating of the goods is completed, the first driving device is controlled to drive the conveying device to withdraw from the heating box from top to bottom.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the controller controls the first driving device to drive the conveying device for carrying goods into the heating box from top to bottom in 410. At 430, the controller controls the first drive means to drive the conveyor to withdraw from the heating tank from below to above.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vending machine which comprises an automatic heating system, and the vending machine heats the goods through the automatic heating system.
Specifically, the vending machine may further include: the goods shelf is used for storing goods; a controller; and the mechanical arm is used for taking out the commodity from the goods shelf according to the user instruction after the user purchases the commodity under the control of the controller and transmitting the commodity to the automatic heating system for heating. Claims (16)

1. An automatic heating system, comprising:
At least one heating device, wherein each of the at least one heating device comprises a heating tank for heating the commodity; the conveying device is used for bearing the commodity and conveying the commodity into the heating box; a first driving device for driving the conveying device;
The controller is used for controlling the first driving device to drive the conveying device to enter the heating box, controlling the heating box to heat the commodity, and controlling the first driving device to drive the conveying device to withdraw from the heating box after the commodity is heated, wherein the conveying device comprises a sealing component and is used for sealing the heating box when the conveying device enters the heating box.
2. The automated heating system of claim 1, wherein the conveyor further comprises: a first conveying member for carrying and conveying the commodity, the first conveying member being fixed to the sealing member, the self-heating system further comprising: and the second driving device is used for driving the first conveying component to convey the commodity out of the conveying device under the control of the controller after the conveying device is withdrawn from the heating box.

The automated heating system of claim 2, wherein the heating device further comprises: and the controller controls the second driving device to drive the first conveying component to convey the commodity to the second conveying component after heating is finished, and the second conveying component is used for conveying the commodity to an outlet of the automatic heating system.

The automated heating system of claim 2, wherein the controller sends a signal to activate a heating function of the heating tank when the sealing member completes sealing of the heating tank, and wherein the controller controls the first driving device to drive the conveying device and the heating tank out when heating is completed.
5. The automated heating system of claim 2, wherein the second drive device is further configured to drive the first transport member under control of the controller to adjust the heating position of the article.
6. The automated heating system of claim 2, wherein the heating cabinet has an opening, and the sealing member is engaged with the opening, and the sealing member is moved in a direction perpendicular to the opening by the first driving means to seal the heating cabinet.
7. The automated heating system of claim 6, wherein the heating tank opening is located at the bottom of the heating tank and the first transfer member is stacked on top of the sealing member.
8. The automated heating system of claim 6, wherein the heating cabinet has an opening at a top of the heating cabinet, the first transfer member is secured to a lower portion of the sealing member, and a gap is left between the first transfer member and the sealing member for receiving the commodity.
9. The automated heating system of any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the heating cabinet is heated microwaveably and the sealing member is configured to shield microwaves.
10. The automatic heating system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the heating cabinet is heated by steam and/or barbecue.
11. The automated heating system of any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first drive comprises a scissor lift mechanism.
12. The automated heating system of any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the at least one heating device comprises a plurality of heating devices disposed in parallel.
13. An automatic heating method, comprising:
controlling the first driving device to drive the conveying device for bearing the commodity into the heating box;
Controlling the heating box to heat the commodity;
And after the commodity is heated, controlling the first driving device to drive the conveying device to withdraw from the heating box, wherein the conveying device comprises a sealing part for sealing the heating box when the conveying device enters the heating box.
14. The automated heating method of claim 13, wherein controlling the first drive to drive the commodity-carrying conveyor into the heating cabinet comprises:
