本发明公开了一种阻尼铰链,包括外筒,外筒内设有转轴,转轴上设有阻尼叶片,转轴开有控制孔,转轴上开有放置槽,阻尼叶片的尾部设置在放置槽内,放置槽的底部开有通孔,每片阻尼叶片设有穿过通孔的连杆,连杆与通孔滑动设置,连杆的前部伸入控制孔内的部分开有环槽,环槽上套有卡环,连杆上在卡环和控制孔内壁之间设有回位弹簧,控制孔内设有气囊,控制孔开口端设有调节螺栓。本发明的优点是:通过拧动调节螺栓控制气囊所占体积大小来调节阻尼叶片伸出或者回收,从而实现阻尼力的调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻尼铰链。
背景技术
阻尼铰链是常用的五金件,用于两个物体的连接,如门和柜体,一般由外筒和转轴组成,外筒内充入阻尼油,转轴上设有阻尼叶片,通过阻尼叶片与阻尼油的相互作用,实现阻尼效果,但是现有的阻尼铰链往往不能调节阻尼力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供阻尼铰链,能够有效解决现有阻尼铰链无法调节阻尼力的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:阻尼铰链,包括外筒,所述外筒两端封闭,外筒内设有空腔,空腔内设有阻尼油,所述阻尼油的体积小于空腔的体积,沿外筒的轴线设有穿过外筒的转轴,所述转轴位于空腔内的部分设有阻尼叶片,所述阻尼叶片有至少两片,且在转轴周向均匀分布;
所述转轴沿轴线开有控制孔,所述转轴的外壁上开有放置槽,所述阻尼叶片的尾部设置在放置槽内,所述放置槽的底部开有通孔,每片所述阻尼叶片靠近转轴的一端均设有穿过通孔的连杆,所述连杆与通孔滑动设置,所述连杆的前部伸入控制孔内的部分开有环槽,所述连杆的环槽上套有卡环,所述连杆上在卡环和控制孔内壁之间设有回位弹簧;
所述控制孔内设有气囊,所述连杆的前端顶在气囊上,所述控制孔的开口端内壁上设有内螺纹,所述控制孔的开口端设有调节螺栓。
优选的,所述阻尼油的体积小于空腔体积的1/2。
优选的,所述阻尼叶片纵截面为圆弧形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:通过拧动调节螺栓,来控制气囊内的体积,当气囊所在空间减小时,气囊在把连杆向外顶,此时阻尼叶片伸出转轴的长度变长,阻尼力加大,而反向操作调节螺栓,气囊所在空间变大,由于回位弹簧的作用,阻尼叶片向回收,阻尼力变小,本方案结构简单,通过拧动调节螺栓就可以很方便的调节阻尼铰链的阻尼力。
阻尼油的体积小于空腔体积的1/2,留出足够的空间让阻尼叶片发挥更好的阻尼效果。
所述阻尼叶片纵截面为圆弧形,增大阻尼叶片与阻尼油的接触面积,提供足够的阻尼力。
所述控制槽为螺旋槽,螺旋槽能较好的适配控制杆通过旋转方式来调节阻尼叶片伸出长度,相对较为省力。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2、图3为本发明阻尼铰链的实施例,阻尼铰链,包括外筒1,所述外筒1两端封闭,外筒1内设有空腔2,空腔2内设有阻尼油3,所述阻尼油3的体积小于空腔2的体积,沿外筒1的轴线设有穿过外筒1的转轴4,所述转轴4位于空腔2内的部分设有阻尼叶片5,所述阻尼叶片5有至少两片,且在转轴4周向均匀分布;
所述转轴4沿轴线开有控制孔6,所述转轴4的外壁上开有放置槽7,所述阻尼叶片5的尾部设置在放置槽7内,所述放置槽7的底部开有通孔8,每片所述阻尼叶片5靠近转轴4的一端均设有穿过通孔8的连杆9,所述连杆9与通孔8滑动设置,所述连杆9的前部伸入控制孔6内的部分开有环槽,所述连杆9的环槽上套有卡环10,所述连杆9上在卡环10和控制孔6内壁之间设有回位弹簧11;
所述控制孔6内设有气囊12,所述连杆9的前端顶在气囊12上,所述控制孔的开口端内壁上设有内螺纹,所述控制孔的开口端设有调节螺栓13。
通过拧动调节螺栓13,来控制气囊12内的体积,当气囊12所在空间减小时,气囊12在把连杆9向外顶,此时阻尼叶片5伸出转轴的长度变长,阻尼力加大,而反向操作调节螺栓13,气囊12所在空间变大,由于回位弹簧11的作用,阻尼叶片5向回收,阻尼力变小,本方案结构简单,通过拧动调节螺栓13就可以很方便的调节阻尼铰链的阻尼力。
阻尼油3的体积小于空腔2体积的1/2,留出足够的空间让阻尼叶片5发挥更好的阻尼效果。
所述阻尼叶片纵截面为圆弧形,增大阻尼叶片5与阻尼油3的接触面积,提供足够的阻尼力。
需要调节阻尼力的时候,拧动调节螺栓13,缩小气囊12占用空间,让气囊12将连杆顶出,增大阻尼力,而反向操作调节螺栓13,则增大气囊12占用空间,减小阻尼力,调节方式简单方便,易于操作,在连杆9与通孔8之间可以设置密封元件,用来阻止阻尼油3进入到控制孔6内。

1.阻尼铰链,其特征在于:包括外筒(1),所述外筒(1)两端封闭,外筒(1)内设有空腔(2),空腔(2)内设有阻尼油(3),所述阻尼油(3)的体积小于空腔(2)的体积,沿外筒(1)的轴线设有穿过外筒(1)的转轴(4),所述转轴(4)位于空腔(2)内的部分设有阻尼叶片(5),所述阻尼叶片(5)有至少两片,且在转轴(4)周向均匀分布;
所述转轴(4)沿轴线开有控制孔(6),所述控制孔一端设有开口,所述转轴(4)的外壁上开有放置槽(7),所述阻尼叶片(5)的尾部设置在放置槽(7)内,所述放置槽(7)的底部开有通孔(8),每片所述阻尼叶片(5)靠近转轴(4)的一端均设有穿过通孔(8)的连杆(9),所述连杆(9)与通孔(8)滑动设置,所述连杆(9)的前部伸入控制孔(6)内的部分开有环槽,所述连杆(9)的环槽上套有卡环(10),所述连杆(9)上在卡环(10)和控制孔(6)内壁之间设有回位弹簧(11);
所述控制孔(6)内设有气囊(12),所述连杆(9)的前端顶在气囊(12)上,所述控制孔(6)的开口端内壁上设有内螺纹,所述控制孔(6)的开口端设有调节螺栓(13)。
