Background
With the development of the age, the variety of precast sheet piles is increasing, the sheet pile area is relatively large, and the shape is irregular, so that a pile driver originally designed for driving round precast piles is not suitable for novel wave-shaped sheet piles. The existing pile driver can only apply vertical punching force to one part of the corrugated sheet pile, so that the whole sheet pile cannot be stressed, and the local stress of the sheet pile is the crime and the accident of the sheet pile caused by the damage and the cracking. Meanwhile, the irregular shape of the corrugated sheet pile causes that the gravity center of the corrugated sheet pile is not on the section of the sheet pile, and the sheet pile is eccentrically pressed no matter what part of the section of the sheet pile is subjected to the impact force for piling, so that the sheet pile is inclined, displaced and the like. Therefore, a method for ensuring the overall stress and average stress of the sheet pile and enabling the stamping force to act on the gravity center of the sheet pile must be found.
When piling, the prior wave plate pile uses a small clamp to clamp the web plate of the wave plate pile, the pile driver directly applies vertical stamping force on the clamp, and the whole wave plate pile is driven into the soil by applying the stamping force on the web plate. The technology is used for correspondingly reforming the original piling, so that the original piling can be used for piling the corrugated sheet piles, but the technical effect is poor, because the gravity center of the corrugated sheet piles is not arranged on the web plate of the corrugated sheet piles, the original piling is barely carried out, and a plurality of corrugated sheet piles are damaged to a certain extent after piling.
In addition, the web part of the corrugated sheet pile is clamped by the clamp, the vertical punching force is applied to the clamp by the pile driver, and the vertical punching force is transmitted to the corrugated sheet pile through the clamp, so that the corrugated sheet pile is integrally driven into the soil. The technology leads to huge stamping force of the corrugated sheet pile on the web plate, the stressed area is small, the stress is very uneven relative to the section of the whole corrugated sheet pile, and the partial stress leads to the corrugated sheet pile to be damaged and cracked to different degrees at each part in the piling process, so that the service life of the sheet pile can be shortened, and the integral attractiveness of the use of the sheet pile after the construction is finished can be influenced. The application of eccentric stamping forces may also result in some degree of tilting or displacement in a horizontal direction after driving of the sheet pile, which is detrimental to the overall stress of the sheet pile enclosure, which may affect the overall stability of the sheet pile enclosure if the number of tilted sheet piles reaches a certain level.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide the clamp for piling the corrugated sheet piles, which can ensure the whole stress and average stress of the sheet piles as much as possible.
The invention is realized in the following way:
a clamp for piling corrugated sheet piles comprises a thick steel plate, a first web support plate and a clamping device, wherein the first web support plate is perpendicular to the thick steel plate and used for supporting the outer side of a sheet pile web; the clamping device comprises at least one freely rotatable support plate I for supporting the outer sides of two wings of the sheet pile, a freely rotatable support plate II for supporting the inner sides of the two wings of the sheet pile, and a support plate III for supporting the inner sides of webs of the sheet pile, wherein the support plate III is parallel to the web support plate I; and the second support plate and the third support plate are fixed on the thick steel plate through a hydraulic tensioning device.
The hydraulic tensioning device comprises two hydraulic telescopic arms at two ends, the outer end of each hydraulic telescopic arm is connected with the second supporting plate through a ball chain, and the hydraulic tensioning device further comprises a jack perpendicular to the web supporting plate; the jack is vertically connected with the support plate three through a telescopic post rod of the jack.
According to the invention, the sheet pile is fixed by the hydraulic tensioning device, so that the sheet pile and the clamp can be effectively fixed, the sheet pile and the clamp are prevented from relative displacement in the horizontal direction in the piling process, meanwhile, the stress area of the wave-shaped sheet pile is increased, and the phenomena of damage, cracking and the like of the pile head in the piling process are effectively solved.
The jack can also use other hydraulic tensioning clamps to realize the function of fixing sheet piles, thereby improving work efficiency.
Preferably, the thickness of the thick steel plate is 200mm.
Preferably, the horizontal section of the thick steel plate is matched with the vertical section of the wave-shaped sheet pile body, and can cover the wave-shaped sheet pile body.

The clamp is designed for the corrugated sheet piles and can be suitable for all types of corrugated sheet piles.
The clamp can change the size and the section form of the clamp in the plane arrangement, and is suitable for other pile drivers; and the method is also applicable to other wave sheet piles without changing the pile driver.
The using method of the clamp comprises the following steps:
before piling, moving and adjusting the movable connector according to the gravity center positions of the corrugated sheet piles of different types, and then connecting the movable connector with a pile driver; when piling, the thick steel plate contacts with the whole corrugated plate pile, when the two wings of the plate pile are pressed to the supporting plates on the two sides of the thick steel plate by pressure, the supporting plates automatically adapt to the included angles of the two wings for a while, and are tightly attached to the two wings; and when the hydraulic telescopic arm stretches to enable the second supporting plate to press the second supporting plate to the second supporting plate, the second supporting plate can automatically adapt to the included angle of the second supporting plate to be tightly attached to the second supporting plate, so that the second supporting plate and the first supporting plate are clamped between each other, and the web plate of the corrugated sheet pile can be clamped between the web plate supporting plate and the third supporting plate through the pressure applied by the jack.

The hydraulic tensioning device comprises two hydraulic telescopic arms 3 at two ends, the outer end of each hydraulic telescopic arm 3 is connected with the second support plate 2 through a ball chain 4, and the hydraulic tensioning device further comprises a jack 10 perpendicular to the web support plate 5; the jack 10 is vertically connected with the third supporting plate 11 through a telescopic post rod of the jack.
The thickness of the thick steel plate 7 is 200mm.
The upper part of the thick steel plate 7 is of a trapezoid structure, and two sides of the lower part are respectively provided with a horizontal bulge.
The first support plate 1 is connected with the thick steel plate 7 through a ball hinge 4.
The thick steel plate 7 further comprises two sliding rails 9 at the top and a movable connector 8 which can move along the sliding rails 9.
Before piling, the connector is connected with a pile driver, and then the whole clamp is connected with the corrugated plate pile. When piling, the vertical stamping force applied by the pile driver acts on the connector 8 and is transferred to the whole thick steel plate 7 through the connector 8, the thick steel plate 7 is contacted with the whole corrugated plate pile, and the stamping force provided by the pile driver is transferred to the whole plate pile, so that the whole stress of the corrugated plate pile in the piling process is ensured, and the damage and cracking of the pile head caused by the local stress of the plate pile in the piling process are avoided. Meanwhile, the movable connector 8 on the clamp can move up and down to adjust the position through the sliding rail 9 designed on the thick steel plate 7, and when the position is adjusted to a proper position, the connector 8 can be fixed on the thick steel plate 7 through an internal bolt. The movable connector 8 can be adjusted for the gravity center positions of the waveform sheet piles of different types, so that the stamping force of the pile driver can always act on the gravity center positions of the waveform sheet piles. In the whole, the whole sheet pile is subjected to the stamping force applied by the pile driver to the gravity center of the sheet pile, so that the problem of eccentric compression of the sheet pile is solved, and the damages of inclination, displacement and the like of the corrugated sheet pile in the pile driving process can be effectively reduced.
The unified clamp for the corrugated sheet piles can be designed into two sets of clamps, one set of clamps is used for corrugated sheet piles with the height of 300-450mm (the overall dimension of the thick steel plate 7 is 1100m long, 500mm wide and 200mm high), the other set of clamps is used for corrugated sheet piles with the height of 500-600mm (the overall dimension of the thick steel plate 7 is 1100m long, 670mm wide and 200mm high), and the two sets of clamps can be suitable for all types of corrugated sheet piles. The model of the wave plate pile is mainly determined by the height of the plate pile, the wave plate pile is different in height, the lengths of the two wings of the plate pile are changed, and meanwhile, the included angle between the two wings and the web is slightly changed.
The supporting plate I1 is connected with the thick steel plate 7 through the ball hinge 4, so that the thick steel plate can rotate at a certain angle in the horizontal plane without displacement, and when the two wings of the sheet pile are pressed towards the supporting plate I1 under pressure, the supporting plate I1 can automatically adapt to the included angle of the two wings through the adjustment of the angle of the ball hinge 4 and is tightly attached to the two wings. The hydraulic telescopic arm 3 is approximately vertical to the two wings of the sheet pile, and is fixed on the fixed end 6 of the hydraulic telescopic arm, and the fixed end 6 of the hydraulic telescopic arm is connected with the thick steel plate 7. The second supporting plate 2 is connected with the hydraulic telescopic arm 3 through the ball hinge 4, the second supporting plate 2 can also rotate at a certain angle on the horizontal plane to adapt to the change of the angles of the two wings of the sheet pile, so that the supporting surface of the second supporting plate can be always attached to the two wings of the corrugated sheet pile, and when the clamp works, the hydraulic telescopic arm 3 is stretched to apply pressure to the two wings of the sheet pile, so that the two wings of the sheet pile are clamped between the first supporting plate 1 and the second supporting plate 2, and the transverse fixation of the sheet pile and the clamp on the horizontal plane is realized. The web supporting plate 5 is directly fixed on the thick steel plate 7, and the top of the telescopic post rod of the jack 10 is provided with a supporting plate III 11 parallel to the web supporting plate 5. The jack 10 can clamp the sheet pile web between the web supporting plate 5 and the third supporting plate 11 by applying pressure, so that the sheet pile and the clamp are vertically fixed on the horizontal plane.
