Background
In the past, most precast piles are round piles, the shape of the round piles is symmetrical, the gravity center is round, the technology is mature for many years, and the round piles can be completely and vertically driven into the soil by hammering or high-frequency vibration at the circle center. Along with the progress of the times, the pile type of the sheet pile is more and more, the shape tends to be irregular, and the pile head area is larger and larger. The pile driver originally used for driving the round pile cannot adapt to the novel pile type, the pile driving effect is not ideal, the construction is difficult, the efficiency is low, and even the pile head is damaged, or the situations of inclination, displacement and the like which are difficult to correct are generated.
The prior groove-shaped and wave-shaped sheet piles are piled, the web plate parts of the wave-shaped sheet piles are clamped by a clamp, the vertical punching force is applied to the clamp by a pile driver, and the vertical punching force is transferred to the groove-shaped or wave-shaped sheet piles through the clamp, so that the sheet piles are integrally driven into the soil. The technology leads to huge impact force of the corrugated sheet pile on the web plate, the stress area is small, the stress is very uneven relative to the section of the whole groove-shaped or corrugated sheet pile, and the local stress leads to different degrees of damage and cracking of each part of the sheet pile in the piling process, so that the service life of the sheet pile can be shortened, and the integral attractiveness of the sheet pile after the construction is finished can be influenced. The application of eccentric stamping forces may also result in some degree of tilting or displacement in a horizontal direction after driving of the sheet pile, which is detrimental to the overall stress of the sheet pile enclosure, which may affect the overall stability of the sheet pile enclosure if the number of tilted sheet piles reaches a certain level.
Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to ensure that the sheet pile can be stressed uniformly and integrally as much as possible in the piling process, and the pile head is free from phenomena such as breakage, cracking and the like in the piling process. Meanwhile, the sheet pile is prevented from generating eccentric pressure in the piling process as much as possible, so that the phenomena of inclination, displacement and the like in the piling process are reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the multi-size adaptive pile driving hoop device for the sheet pile, which can enable the sheet pile to be stressed uniformly as much as possible in the driving process, prevent the pile head from being damaged, cracked and the like in the driving process, and simultaneously prevent eccentric pressure in the driving process, further reduce the phenomena of inclination, displacement and the like in the driving process, and adapt to the sheet pile with various sizes.
The invention is realized in the following way: a piling hoop device with multiple sizes of sheet piles comprises a hoop coaming and a connector; the hoop coaming is formed by sequentially connecting a left coaming, a middle coaming and a right coaming, and an opening surface is reserved to form a half open space; the sheet pile is positioned in the semi-open space, and the connector is arranged on the sheet pile.
The invention further comprises a resistance device which is forced transversely from the opening surface to press the sheet pile against the inner wall of the intermediate wall. The resisting device is a telescopic jack.
Further, the connector comprises a main body and a cover plate, wherein the cover plate is paved above the hoop top plate, the hoop coaming and the sheet pile, a sliding seat is arranged on the bottom surface of the main body, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding seat is arranged on the cover plate.

The cuff top plate 1 is positioned in the semi-open space A and laid on top of the sheet pile 200, and the sum of the thickness D of the cuff top plate 1 and the sheet pile height H1 is matched with the height H2 of the cuff coaming 2. One of the ferrule end plates 2 is provided with a plurality of ferrule top plates 1 having different thicknesses. As shown mainly in fig. 5, the ecological groove-shaped sheet piles are divided into different types according to the front-rear width W1 of the sheet piles, and 11 types of sheet piles are arranged from the width W1 of 200mm to the width 800 mm. Because the width W1 of the sheet pile is too large in span, each type of the sheet pile cannot be considered by using one hoop, the hoop coaming 2 is reserved with an opening surface 24 to form a half open space A, so that the width of the half open space A is not required to be exactly matched with the sheet pile 200, that is, the width W2 of the half open space A and the width W1 of the sheet pile can have proper errors. Three different types of hoops are adopted through analysis, so that the method can be suitable for all types of sheet piles. The sheet piles with the widths of 200-400mm, 400-600mm and 700-800 are respectively manufactured into one set of pile driving hoop device 100, so that only three different types of pile driving hoop devices 100 are needed to be suitable for 11 different types of sheet piles. The gravity center positions of the sheet piles of different types can be adjusted through the sliding seat 33 and the sliding rail 34 of the connector 3, so that the action point of the stamping force of the pile driver can always coincide with the gravity center of the sheet piles. Meanwhile, the position of the telescopic jack is also adjusted, the width of the sheet pile web plate is increased along with the increase of the sheet pile width, and the position of the telescopic jack is required to ensure that the sheet pile in the application range can be clamped in the telescopic range. Through the designs, the use effect that one hoop is applicable to various sheet piles and three hoops are applicable to all sheet piles is realized.
The sleeve hoop top plate is arranged, so that the sheet pile can be uniformly stressed as much as possible in the piling process, the pile head is free from damage, cracking and other phenomena in the piling process, and meanwhile, the sleeve hoop coaming and the resisting device are arranged, so that the sheet pile can be limited in the horizontal direction, eccentric pressure is not generated in the piling process, and further, the phenomena of inclination, displacement and the like in the piling process are reduced; in addition, the hoop coaming is reserved with an opening surface to form a half open space, so that the device can adapt to sheet piles with various width sizes, and the height of the half open space is adjusted through the thickness of the hoop top plate to match the sheet piles with various height sizes, so that the adaptability of the device is greatly enhanced, and the construction cost is effectively saved.
