本发明公开了一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,本发明通过将茶皂素、纳米二氧化硅与聚乙烯醇溶液进行复配,得到牛皮纸内层涂料;通过过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠引发偏氯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和淀粉悬液的接枝共聚反应,与颜料混合研磨均匀后得到牛皮纸外层涂料,先将内层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的一面,干燥后再将外层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的另一面,干燥后得到双面涂布牛皮纸。本发明生产的双面涂布牛皮纸兼具优良抗菌防霉性能以及阻气、阻湿性能,对产品具有优良的防护能力,卫生性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及牛皮纸生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法。
背景技术
牛皮纸主要采用硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料,经打浆,在长网造纸机上抄造而成,柔韧结实,耐破度高,能承受较大拉力和压力不破裂,广泛适用于各种包装用品,如纸袋、手提袋、彩盒、礼品盒等。由于具有无毒、无味、无污染的特性,符合国家环保标准,而且可降解、可回收再利用,在环保日益成为趋势的当今,牛皮纸已经成为国际上最受欢迎的包装材料之一。
近年来,随着食品工业快速发展,对产品质量的要求越来越高,而牛皮纸的卫生、环保为其在食品包装中提供了广阔的市场。为了延长食品的保质期,对其包装材料的阻气、阻湿性要求较高,而单纯牛皮纸材料由于存在较多空隙、易于渗透,其阻气、阻湿性难以达到使用要求,从而限制了牛皮纸在食品包装领域的应用。同时,由于牛皮纸的原料为天然纤维材料,存在变质、发霉的可能性,对食品的卫生性能有潜在的威胁。为了提高牛皮纸在食品包装领域的竞争力,有必要对现有的牛皮纸生产技术作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种兼具优良抗菌防霉性能以及阻气、阻湿性能的双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯醇加入水中于90-95℃加热直至完全溶解,得到质量分数为5-10%的聚乙烯醇溶液,然后加入相当于聚乙烯醇溶液重量0.5-1%的纳米二氧化硅和相当于聚乙烯醇溶液重量0.1-0.15%的茶皂素并分散均匀,得到内层涂料;
(2)将淀粉加入相当于淀粉重量3-5倍的水中搅拌分散均匀得到淀粉悬液,然后加入相当于淀粉重量10-20%的偏氯乙烯、相当于淀粉重量3-5%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和相当于淀粉重量0.5-1%的乳化剂搅拌10-15min,然后加入引发剂,在通入氮气条件下于50-60℃反应4-6h,再加入相当于淀粉重量20-30%的颜料混合并研磨至≤10μm,过滤后得到外层涂料;
(3)先将步骤(1)得到的内层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的一面,干燥后再将步骤(2)得到的外层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的另一面,干燥后得到双面涂布牛皮纸。
所述淀粉为玉米淀粉或木薯淀粉。
所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
所述引发剂由过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠组成,其中过硫酸钾与亚硫酸氢钠的重量比为(2-3):1。
所述步骤(3)中干燥温度为60-80℃。
所述步骤(3)中内层涂料的涂布量为5-10g/m2
所述步骤(3)中外层涂料的涂布量为20-30g/m2
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过将茶皂素、纳米二氧化硅与聚乙烯醇溶液进行复配,得到牛皮纸内层涂料,涂布后赋予牛皮纸内层抗菌、防霉的良好卫生性能;通过过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠引发偏氯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和淀粉悬液的接枝共聚反应,与颜料混合研磨均匀后得到牛皮纸外层涂料,利用偏氯乙烯对淀粉的接枝改性提高涂料对气、液的阻隔性,利用甲基丙烯酸甲酯对淀粉的接枝改性提高涂料的抗老化能力,涂布后赋予牛皮纸外层优良的阻隔能力和耐老化性能。生产时,先将内层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的一面,干燥后再将外层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的另一面,干燥后得到双面涂布牛皮纸。本发明生产的双面涂布牛皮纸兼具优良抗菌防霉性能以及阻气、阻湿性能,对产品具有优良的防护能力,卫生性高。
具体实施方式
一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯醇加入水中于90℃加热直至完全溶解,得到质量分数为5%的聚乙烯醇溶液,然后加入相当于聚乙烯醇溶液重量0.5%的纳米二氧化硅和相当于聚乙烯醇溶液重量0.1%的茶皂素并分散均匀,得到内层涂料;
(2)将淀粉加入相当于淀粉重量3倍的水中搅拌分散均匀得到淀粉悬液,然后加入相当于淀粉重量10%的偏氯乙烯、相当于淀粉重量3%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和相当于淀粉重量0.5%的乳化剂搅拌10min,然后加入引发剂,在通入氮气条件下于50℃反应4h,再加入相当于淀粉重量20%的颜料混合并研磨至≤10μm,过滤后得到外层涂料;
(3)先将步骤(1)得到的内层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的一面,干燥后再将步骤(2)得到的外层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的另一面,干燥后得到双面涂布牛皮纸。
所述淀粉为玉米淀粉。
所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
所述引发剂由过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠组成,其中过硫酸钾与亚硫酸氢钠的重量比为2:1。
所述步骤(3)中干燥温度为60℃。
所述步骤(3)中内层涂料的涂布量为5g/m2
所述步骤(3)中外层涂料的涂布量为20g/m2

Claims (7)

1.一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯醇加入水中于90-95℃加热直至完全溶解,得到质量分数为5-10%的聚乙烯醇溶液,然后加入相当于聚乙烯醇溶液重量0.5-1%的纳米二氧化硅和相当于聚乙烯醇溶液重量0.1-0.15%的茶皂素并分散均匀,得到内层涂料;
(2)将淀粉加入相当于淀粉重量3-5倍的水中搅拌分散均匀得到淀粉悬液,然后加入相当于淀粉重量10-20%的偏氯乙烯、相当于淀粉重量3-5%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和相当于淀粉重量0.5-1%的乳化剂搅拌10-15min,然后加入引发剂,在通入氮气条件下于50-60℃反应4-6h,再加入相当于淀粉重量20-30%的颜料混合并研磨至≤10μm,过滤后得到外层涂料;
(3)先将步骤(1)得到的内层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的一面,干燥后再将步骤(2)得到的外层涂料均匀涂覆于牛皮纸原纸的另一面,干燥后得到双面涂布牛皮纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述淀粉为玉米淀粉或木薯淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂由过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠组成,其中过硫酸钾与亚硫酸氢钠的重量比为(2-3):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中干燥温度为60-80℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布牛皮纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中内层涂料的涂布量为5-10g/m2
