Abstract
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种羊毛染色助剂,由聚乙烯醇、烷基醇酰胺、甲酸、去离子水、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、拉开粉、氯化稀土、乙内酰脲、氨基已酸钠、苯甲酸苄酯组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇40‑50份、烷基醇酰胺20‑30份、甲酸5‑10份、去离子水10‑100份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2‑8份、拉开粉5‑10份、氯化稀土2‑3份、乙内酰脲4‑8份、氨基已酸钠2‑5份、苯甲酸苄酯2‑3份。本发明所得到的一种羊毛染色助剂,可以对羊毛表面进行改性处理,形成容易与染料相结合的活性基团,缩短染色时间约50%,减少能源消耗约25%。本发明的助剂适用于活性染料、酸性染料和中性染料,适用面广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种羊毛染色助剂。
背景技术
羊绒、羊毛、兔毛等动物纤维作为高档纺织原料特别是羊绒作为一种纺织软黄金,如何保持这类高档纤维在染色过程中不受损伤,保持它们应有的可纺性和手感,从而提高纺织品的内在质量以及纺织品的整体质量。
在目前的染色过程中,如何采用新助剂降低“三高”、节能减排、降低成本、提高经济效益,当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种羊毛染色助剂,能提高染色性能,减少染色用水,节能减排。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种羊毛染色助剂,由聚乙烯醇、烷基醇酰胺、甲酸、去离子水、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、拉开粉、氯化稀土、乙内酰脲、氨基已酸钠、苯甲酸苄酯组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇40-50份、烷基醇酰胺20-30份、甲酸5-10份、去离子水10-100份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2-8份、拉开粉5-10份、氯化稀土2-3份、乙内酰脲4-8份、氨基已酸钠2-5份、苯甲酸苄酯2-3份。
作为优化,其由聚乙烯醇45份、烷基醇酰胺25份、甲酸8份、去离子水90份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵4份、拉开粉6份、氯化稀土2份、乙内酰脲6份、氨基已酸钠3份、苯甲酸苄酯3份组成;以上份数均为质量份数。
本发明所得到的一种羊毛染色助剂,可以对羊毛表面进行改性处理,形成容易与染料相结合的活性基团,缩短染色时间约30%,减少能源消耗约25%。本发明的助剂适用于活性染料、酸性染料和中性染料,适用面广。

本实施例描述的一种羊毛染色助剂,由聚乙烯醇、烷基醇酰胺、甲酸、去离子水、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、拉开粉、氯化稀土、乙内酰脲、氨基已酸钠、苯甲酸苄酯组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇40份、烷基醇酰胺20份、甲酸5份、去离子水10份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2份、拉开粉5份、氯化稀土2份、乙内酰脲4份、氨基已酸钠2份、苯甲酸苄酯2份。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种羊毛染色助剂,由聚乙烯醇、烷基醇酰胺、甲酸、去离子水、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、拉开粉、氯化稀土、乙内酰脲、氨基已酸钠、苯甲酸苄酯组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇50份、烷基醇酰胺30份、甲酸10份、去离子水100份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵8份、拉开粉10份、氯化稀土3份、乙内酰脲8份、氨基已酸钠5份、苯甲酸苄酯3份。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种羊毛染色助剂,由聚乙烯醇、烷基醇酰胺、甲酸、去离子水、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、拉开粉、氯化稀土、乙内酰脲、氨基已酸钠、苯甲酸苄酯组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇45份、烷基醇酰胺25份、甲酸8份、去离子水90份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵4份、拉开粉6份、氯化稀土2份、乙内酰脲6份、氨基已酸钠3份、苯甲酸苄酯3份。

1.一种羊毛染色助剂,其特征是:由聚乙烯醇、烷基醇酰胺、甲酸、去离子水、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、拉开粉、氯化稀土、乙内酰脲、氨基已酸钠、苯甲酸苄酯组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇40-50份、烷基醇酰胺20-30份、甲酸5-10份、去离子水10-100份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵2-8份、拉开粉5-10份、氯化稀土2-3份、乙内酰脲4-8份、氨基已酸钠2-5份、苯甲酸苄酯2-3份。
