本申请是申请日2014年4月2日,申请号201480031892.X(PCT/US2014/032710),发明名称为“对弹力纱线进给的牵伸控制的过程”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用于在纺织品的生产掺入弹力纱线的期间通过控制弹力纱线的牵伸而使利用率最大化的方法。
背景技术
包括弹力纱线的纺织品,如织物和非纺织物可由于纱线在喂入纺织品或纱线加工设备时的张力不一致而经受产品的变化。已经做出数次尝试来通过试图提高纱线在从纱线卷装退绕并喂入到纱加工设备之后的张力的一致性来提供质量一致的纺织品。
例如,在Hartzheim(“Hartzheim”)的美国专利申请公布号2007/0152093 A1中解决了张力的变化的忧虑。Hartzheim通过引进张力控制装置解决这个问题,所述张力控制装置减少从使弹力纱线退绕到将纱线引入到纱线加工设备中的纱线张力的变化。这通过单回路张力控制系统完成。
在Barea(“Barea”)的国际申请WO2007/00611 A1中发现张力控制的另一个实例。Barea也提供纱线加工中张力控制的解决方案,其通过提供用于提供纱线的一致张力的双回路张力控制装置而提高。
发明内容
尽管张力控制装置可用于维持弹力纱线张力的一致性,但是它们不适应用于张力的变化可提供商业上可接受的产品的情况。对于可包括如卫生用品和尿布的织物或非织物的某些纺织产品,最大化和维持弹力纤维的一致牵伸(其最大化利用率和产品)是同等并在一些情况下更重要的目标。需要一种方法,其实现使弹力纱线的牵伸最大化的同时也减少或消除纱线加工设备因纱线张力中不可接受的峰值引起的断裂而产生的停机时间的目标。
当在选择的牵伸下使用纱线时,纺织品制造商具有使纺织产品的产量最大化的能力。这允许每一个纱线卷装的最有效使用。因此,在张力达到不可接受的低水平的情况下,可增加纱线的牵伸。
在监测和适应张力峰值时或在纱线中的张力达到临界水平的情况下,可通过使弹力纱线从纱线卷装退绕以用于纱线加工来最大化弹力纱线的牵伸而提高生产率:
(a)提供包括弹力纱线的纱线卷装;
(b)为弹力纱线选择选定的牵伸;
(c)在选定的牵伸下使来自纱线卷装的所述弹力纱线从从动辊退绕到纱线加工设备,所述选定的牵伸由纱线在纱线加工设备处的速度与从动辊的速度的比率确定;
(d)测量弹力纱线中的张力;
(e)当张力达到临界水平时提供警报。
选定的牵伸可为所需的最大牵伸或将被纱线加工设备生产的所需产品需要的其他牵伸。警报可满足多个目的中的任一个,如通知操作者可能会发生纱线断裂;通知人工操作者应该减少纱线张力;和/或提供将自动调整纱线张力的信号,等等。

具体实施方式
一种使弹力纱线退绕的方法包括:(a)提供包括弹力纱线的纱线卷装;(b)为所述弹力纱线选择选定的牵伸;(c)在所述选定的牵伸下使来自所述纱线卷装的所述弹力纱线从从动辊退绕到纱线加工设备,所述选定的牵伸由所述纱线在纱线加工设备处的速度与从动辊的速度的比率确定;(d)测量所述弹力纱线中的张力;(e)当所述张力达到临界水平时提供警报。这一临界水平可为临界高张力水平或临界低张力水平。
用于使纱线退绕以便在纱线加工或纺织品制造设备中使用的这一方法可用在各种不同的最终用途或应用中。一种合适的退绕方法被称为是越端退绕,也被称为越端退纱(OETO)。在越端退纱方法中,丝线的卷装固定地安装在退绕架上,使得卷装的旋转轴指向丝线从卷装拉出时将行进的路径的总体方向。然而,在越端退纱方法中,在丝线从卷装拉出时丝线的卷装不会旋转。相反地,丝线在线轴的端部上脱离所述线轴。在丝线离开线轴时,离开轨迹绕线轴的周长旋转,使得丝线最初行进的路径本质上是旋转的。在较低速度下,丝线刚好经过线轴上的12点钟位置,并下降到6点钟位置。在较高速度下,丝线旋转动作体现了向心力,所述向心力本质上垂直于丝线行进的总体方向起作用,由此丝线离开线轴的动作看上去很像回路、跳绳、或环或膨胀动作。在将丝线的动作指为“回路”(loping)动作时,意图包括所有此类动作。必须控制、减缓此类回路动作,使得可在控制的张力和沿预定路径的方向下引导丝线,以这样的方式在控制且一般恒定(尽管可改变)的张力水平下输送、喂入到制造过程。在实现张力的一般恒定水平时,在这种粘性丝线的越端分配中为固有的张力峰值和其他张力变化必须在退绕和进给机构内耗散。
因为线轴被固定在位置中,所以操作者可将第一主动线轴的后端系到下一个储备线轴的前端,使得当主动线轴用尽时,主动线轴的后端自动地将料转移到储备线轴,由此不需要停止制造过程来改变线轴。因此,越端进给固有地避免上文提到的在丝线供给没有全部用完的情况下改变线轴时的丝线浪费,以及与这种线轴改变相关联的关闭、启动时间。因此,越端进给体现了与材料使用和生产输出相关的内置成本节省,由此越端退绕为使粘性线退绕并将这种粘性线喂入制造过程中所需要的技术。添加剂也被认为是减少纱线的粘性。一些方面的纱线可包括抗粘添加剂。
本发明从附图中将更加显而易见,所述附图通过非限制性实例提供,并且在其中仅有的图是一个实施方案的装置的示意图。
参考所述图,本发明的装置用于控制纱线F喂入纺织机器T,例如尿布生产机器,即纺织机器,其中由所述机器加工的对应纱线从其退绕的每一个线轴定位在可从一米变化到几十米的距离处。在实例中,纱线F从线轴2退绕,所述线轴2以已知的头-尾方式连接到另一个线轴1。这使纱线能够被纺织机器连续加工,因此避免了线轴空筒时的停机。可通过上文描述的越端退纱方法来使纱线退绕。在离开线轴2之后,纱线F穿过可定位在两个线轴1和2前面的常规的导丝器3,使得所述线轴的两个轴线均与导丝器的中心一致,以便当第一个线轴空筒时允许两个线轴的正常切换和退绕。在与导丝器3配合之后,纱线F与装置10配合,以用于测量张力并调整纱线牵伸。这种已知类型的装置10在图中示出的实例中包括:从动辊4,所述从动辊4包括旋转元件4A,纱线F在其上由从动辊4自身的例如无刷类型的电机4B在侧面上被驱动;以及常规的张力传感器5。装置10的这些部件4和5连接到如微处理器类型6的控制电路或单元,所述微处理器6基于由传感器5测量的张力数据可提供对纱线牵伸的调整。纱线牵伸被计算并可由微处理器6控制,所述微处理器6与旋转元件速度信号9A和生产线速度信号9B联接。速度信号(9A)从旋转元件电机(4B)中获取并与生产线速度信号(9B)进行比较。控制算法(控制回路12)将旋转元件电机(4B)的速度设置成通常为生产线速度的几分之一的预定设定值。这样弹性丝线的伸长将作为主要控制回路而被管理。
管理丝线的伸长是允许衣服/尿布生产商使弹性丝线的产量最大化(使消耗最小化)的主控制。张力控制回路的设定值和测量值可用于微调主纱线伸长控制回路并如所需的启动警报来避免因丝线断裂而产生的生产线停机时间。
当微处理器6感测到临界张力水平时,触发警报。这可为视觉警报、声音警报或信号。在警报提供信号的情况下,其可通过增加从动辊的速度来减少弹力纱线牵伸的张力。或者,可通过减少纱线加工设备的速度来减少牵伸。
除传感器5之外,或者作为传感器5的替代,也可使用将任选的第二传感器7。当第二传感器7替代传感器5时,其提供上文描述的相同的功能。当除传感器5之外包括第二传感器7时,其提供用于感测纺丝中的张力的另外的点,所述另外的点被传送到微处理器6来提供警报或信号以调整纱线的牵伸。
弹力纱线可为任何合适的弹力纱线,如弹性纤维、lastol或聚酯双组分纤维,如来自堪萨斯州(KS)威奇托(Wichita)的INVISTA公司的纤维。
牵伸可为纱线加工/制造设备的任何合适的牵伸。实例包括牵伸为约1.5到约5.5,或约2.5到约5,或约3到4的情况。选定的牵伸可为弹力纱线的最大牵伸。
可发生纱线断裂的临界高张力水平信号可能导致纱线加工设备的停机时间。临界高张力水平为约0.1gmf/分特或更高。临界低张力水平可为约0.02gmf/分特。
一些实施方案的方法还可包括:(f)在减少牵伸之后测量所述张力;以及(g)在张力减少到所述临界点下之后,将牵伸增加到选定的牵伸。
尽管已描述目前据信是本发明的优选实施方案的实施方案,但本领域技术人员将认识到可在不脱离本发明的精神下对所述实施方案进行变化和修改,并且意图将所有所述变化和修改包括为属于本发明的真实范围。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于使弹力纱线从纱线卷装退绕以便在纱线加工中使用的方法,其包括:
(a)提供包括弹力纱线的纱线卷装;
(b)为所述弹力纱线选择选定的牵伸;
(c)在所述选定的牵伸下使来自所述纱线卷装的所述弹力纱线从从动辊退绕到纱线加工设备,所述选定的牵伸由所述纱线在所述纱线加工设备处的速度与所述从动辊的速度的比率确定;
(d)测量所述弹力纱线中的张力;
(e)当所述张力达到临界水平时提供警报。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述临界水平为临界高张力水平或临界低张力水平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述牵伸为约1.5到约5.5。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述临界高张力水平为约0.1gmf/分特或更高。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述临界低张力水平为约0.02gmf/分特。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述警报为声音警报。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述警报提供信号以通过增加所述从动辊的速度来减少所述弹力纱线牵伸的所述张力。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中减少所述牵伸的所述信号包括当所述张力达到所述临界水平时自动调整所述牵伸。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中通过减少所述纱线加工设备的速度来减少所述牵伸。
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其还包括:
(f)在减少所述牵伸之后测量所述张力;以及
(g)在张力降低到所述临界点下之后,将所述牵伸增加到所述选定的牵伸。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述弹力纱线包括抗粘添加剂。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述选定的牵伸为所述弹力纱线的最大牵伸。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述警报警告人工操作者所述弹力纱线可能断裂。
