本发明具体公开了一种环保机床切削液,其由以下按重量份数计算的组分制成:氨基硫脲30‑50份,丁酸乙酯3‑6份,碳酸钾2‑5份,水溶性防锈剂4‑6份,聚烷二醇10‑15份,水80‑150份,非离子表面活性剂5‑7份,十二碳二元酸2‑4份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1‑5份。本发明提供的环保机床切削液不仅能在金属表面上形成长久有效的保护膜,使得机床免受周围介质的影响如腐蚀受损,而且该切削液对环境、人体健康无害无毒,非常适用于钢、不锈钢等金属的切削加工工作中。

一种环保机床切削液
技术领域
本发明涉及机床保养技术领域,特别涉及一种环保机床切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
在金属切削过程中,工件要与环境介质及切削液组分分解或氧化变质而产生的油泥等腐蚀性介质接触而腐蚀,与切削液接触的机床部件表面也会因此而腐蚀。此外,在工件加工后或工序之间流转过程中暂时存放时,也要求切削液有一定的防锈能力,防止环境介质及残存切削液中的油泥等腐蚀性物质对金属产生侵蚀。
随着机械工业整体技术的发展,机床切削速度更快,切削负荷更大,切削温度更高,同时不断有新工艺出现来适应新材料的加工,这都需要新型的高性能切削液满足加工要求;同时根据劳动卫生和环境保护的要求,切削液中应尽量不含有危害人体健康和生态环境的物质。我国进口的数控机床、加工中心等先进设备越来越多,其使用的切削液若从国外进口,运输不便,成本很高,因此,研制高性能、环保无害的切削液以替代进口产品已是我国的当务之急。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保机床切削液,具有较好的保护金属能力及绿色环保的优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种环保机床切削液,由以下按重量份数计算的组分制成:氨基硫脲30-50份,丁酸乙酯3-6份,碳酸钾2-5份,水溶性防锈剂4-6份,聚烷二醇10-15份,水80-150份,非离子表面活性剂5-7份,十二碳二元酸2-4份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1-5份。
所述的环保机床切削液中,所述组分按照重量份数计算为:氨基硫脲40份,丁酸乙酯5份,碳酸钾3份,水溶性防锈剂5份,聚烷二醇12份,水120份,非离子表面活性剂6份,十二碳二元酸3份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵3份。
所述的环保机床切削液中,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述的环保机床切削液中,所述聚烷二醇为聚丙二醇。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种环保机床切削液,不仅能在金属表面上形成长久有效的保护膜,使得机床免受周围介质的影响如腐蚀受损,而且该切削液对环境、人体健康无害无毒,非常适用于钢、不锈钢等金属的切削加工工作中。

本发明提供的一种环保机床切削液,由以下按重量份数计算的组分制成:氨基硫脲30份,丁酸乙酯3份,碳酸钾2份,水溶性防锈剂4份,聚烷二醇10份,水80份,非离子表面活性剂5份,十二碳二元酸2份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1份。
作为优选地,非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
作为优选地,聚烷二醇为聚丙二醇。

本发明提供的一种环保机床切削液,由以下按重量份数计算的组分制成:氨基硫脲50份,丁酸乙酯6份,碳酸钾5份,水溶性防锈剂6份,聚烷二醇15份,水150份,非离子表面活性剂7份,十二碳二元酸4份,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵5份。
作为优选地,非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
作为优选地,聚烷二醇为聚丙二醇。

3.根据权利要求2所述的环保机床切削液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
