技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,具体为一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜。
背景技术
塑料薄膜,即用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成的薄膜,用于包装,以及用作覆膜层。塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
可降解薄膜既具有传统塑料的功能和特性、又可在达到使用寿命之后,通过土壤和水中的微生物作用或通过阳光中的紫外线的作用,在自然环境中分裂降解,最终以还原形式重新进入生态环境中,回归大自然。国内研发的品种已涵盖光降解、光生物降解、光氧化生物降解、高淀粉含量型生物降解、高碳酸钙填充型光氧降解、全生物降解等。目前可降解材料市场有很多材料,但大致分为光热降解塑料及纯生物降解塑料,但是现有降解产品只顾及降解环境的一个方面,而产品的机械强度不高、且易撕裂,不能满足最终产品的实际物理性能需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提出的一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,机械强度高、不易撕裂,而且能够完全降解,不会污染环境。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
聚乙烯40-60份,乙烯醇17-25份,聚乳酸13-19份,乙基纤维素10-16份,羟基纤维素6-10份,植物纤维12-18份,壳聚糖2-4份,麦饭石颗粒6-12份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂4-8份,聚丙烯树脂8-14份,聚烯烃蜡1-3份,氧化硅3-5份,乳化剂2-6份,增塑剂2-4份,絮凝剂2-3份,抗氧剂3-5份。
优选地,一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
聚乙烯50份,乙烯醇21份,聚乳酸16份,乙基纤维素13份,羟基纤维素8份,植物纤维15份,壳聚糖3份,麦饭石颗粒9份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂6份,聚丙烯树脂11份,聚烯烃蜡2份,氧化硅4份,乳化剂4份,增塑剂3份,絮凝剂2.5份,抗氧剂4份。
优选地,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
优选地,所述增塑剂为甘油。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,以聚乙烯、乙烯醇、聚乳酸、乙基纤维素、植物纤维为主要原料,并添加壳聚糖、麦饭石颗粒、亚磷酸脂类稳定剂、聚丙烯树脂、聚烯烃蜡等,生产的塑料薄膜,不仅机械强度高、不易撕裂,而且能够完全降解,不会污染环境。

聚乙烯40份,乙烯醇25份,聚乳酸13份,乙基纤维素16份,羟基纤维素6份,植物纤维18份,壳聚糖2份,麦饭石颗粒12份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂4份,聚丙烯树脂14份,聚烯烃蜡1份,氧化硅3份,乳化剂6份,甘油增塑剂4份,絮凝剂2份,抗氧剂168 3份。
实施例2:
一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
聚乙烯60份,乙烯醇17份,聚乳酸19份,乙基纤维素10份,羟基纤维素10份,植物纤维12份,壳聚糖4份,麦饭石颗粒6份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂8份,聚丙烯树脂8份,聚烯烃蜡3份,氧化硅5份,乳化剂2份,甘油增塑剂2份,絮凝剂3份,抗氧剂168 5份。

一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
聚乙烯60份,乙烯醇20份,聚乳酸15份,乙基纤维素10份,羟基纤维素10份,植物纤维16份,壳聚糖3份,麦饭石颗粒10份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂5份,聚丙烯树脂9份,聚烯烃蜡3份,氧化硅5份,乳化剂5份,甘油增塑剂4份,絮凝剂2份,抗氧剂168 4份。

一种易分解的环保塑料薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
