本发明公开了一种防霉橡胶,由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶80‑130重量份、聚氯丁二烯2‑8重量份、纳米氧化锌3‑7重量份、硬脂酸1‑5重量份、硫磺粉末0.5‑3重量份、炭黑22‑28重量份、磷酸铝9‑12重量份、木质素1‑4重量份、四氯化碳2‑5重量份、特丁基对苯二酚3‑7重量份。本发明采用环氧天然橡胶、聚氯丁二烯、纳米氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺粉末、炭黑、磷酸铝、木质素、四氯化碳、特丁基对苯二酚等原料制得的橡胶,各组分相互影响,防霉效果好,且具有良好的耐腐蚀、耐热等特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体涉及一种防霉橡胶。
背景技术
天然橡胶属于天然高分子物质,其主要成分是聚异戊二烯,但仍含有少量的蛋白质、脂肪酸、糖分等有利于霉菌繁殖的物质,对微生物的敏感性较大,易受到霉菌的侵蚀。因此在天然橡胶加工生产过程中就必须考虑到防霉问题,这方面比较经典的例子就是在烟片胶的加工工艺中有熏烟工序,其目的是利用烟中所含的有机酸和酚类物质作防霉剂,避免生胶发霉。合成橡胶通常是不易受霉菌分割的但由于制品中往往加入了增塑剂、稳定剂、填充剂、润滑剂等加工助剂,尤其是增塑剂,这类物质对霉菌较敏感,致使合成橡胶制品也易受到霉菌侵蚀而破坏。一般来说,在橡胶制品加工过程中加入的增塑剂的分子量较低,如邻苯二甲酸酯类的分子量不超过400,它们会随着使用时间的延长由制品内部迁移到制品表面,特别是在温度高、湿度大、背阴等条件下更易受到霉菌、细菌的攻击,助长它们的繁殖,使制品的表面变色,产生斑点,甚至出现细孔,从而影响橡胶制品的正常作用。由于配合剂的使用对橡胶制品的质量影响很大,因而在防霉剂的选择应用时不仅要考虑到对霉菌的灭杀或抑制,还需要考虑高分子材料或其它助剂相容性,以及对人体健康和环境的影响。对于橡胶行业来主产,理想的防霉剂应具有以下的特点:对侵蚀聚合物材料的霉菌有极高的灭杀力,应用范围广,效力持久;对人、畜的毒性小,无恶臭,对人的皮肤无损害作用;与高分子材料及其它加工助剂有很好的相容性,相互之间不发生化学反应,加入后不影响制品的物理化学性能;升佛性、水溶性小,外观为无色或淡色,对制品无污染;具有良好的光、热及化学稳定性,在贮藏及应用环境中稳定;使用方便,价格便宜。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种使用安全、效果好的防霉橡胶。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种防霉橡胶,由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶80-130重量份、聚氯丁二烯2-8重量份、纳米氧化锌3-7重量份、硬脂酸1-5重量份、硫磺粉末0.5-3重量份、炭黑22-28重量份、磷酸铝9-12重量份、木质素1-4重量份、四氯化碳2-5重量份、特丁基对苯二酚3-7重量份。
作为优选的技术方案,该防霉橡胶由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶90-120重量份、聚氯丁二烯4-6重量份、纳米氧化锌4-6重量份、硬脂酸2-4重量份、硫磺粉末1.5-2重量份、炭黑24-26重量份、磷酸铝10-11重量份、木质素2-3重量份、四氯化碳3-4重量份、特丁基对苯二酚4-6重量份。
作为更优选的技术方案,该防霉橡胶由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶105重量份、聚氯丁二烯5重量份、纳米氧化锌5重量份、硬脂酸3重量份、硫磺粉末1.75重量份、炭黑25重量份、磷酸铝10.5重量份、木质素2.5重量份、四氯化碳3.5重量份、特丁基对苯二酚5重量份。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用环氧天然橡胶、聚氯丁二烯、纳米氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺粉末、炭黑、磷酸铝、木质素、四氯化碳、特丁基对苯二酚等原料制得的橡胶,各组分相互影响,防霉效果好,且具有良好的耐腐蚀、耐热等特性。

1.一种防霉橡胶,其特征在于由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶80-130重量份、聚氯丁二烯2-8重量份、纳米氧化锌3-7重量份、硬脂酸1-5重量份、硫磺粉末0.5-3重量份、炭黑22-28重量份、磷酸铝9-12重量份、木质素1-4重量份、四氯化碳2-5重量份、特丁基对苯二酚3-7重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防霉橡胶,其特征在于由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶90-120重量份、聚氯丁二烯4-6重量份、纳米氧化锌4-6重量份、硬脂酸2-4重量份、硫磺粉末1.5-2重量份、炭黑24-26重量份、磷酸铝10-11重量份、木质素2-3重量份、四氯化碳3-4重量份、特丁基对苯二酚4-6重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防霉橡胶,其特征在于由以下组分原料制成:环氧天然橡胶105重量份、聚氯丁二烯5重量份、纳米氧化锌5重量份、硬脂酸3重量份、硫磺粉末1.75重量份、炭黑25重量份、磷酸铝10.5重量份、木质素2.5重量份、四氯化碳3.5重量份、特丁基对苯二酚5重量份。
