本发明的目的在于解决现有低摩尔比胶黏剂的胶合强度不足,固化时间长的问题,通过改进低摩尔比胶黏剂的生产工艺,克服上述缺陷。本发明一种超低摩尔胶的制胶工艺,其特征在于甲醛与尿素的摩尔比控制为0.98。本发明中,甲醛与尿素的摩尔比控制为0.98,胶固体含量≥64%,游离醛≤0.06%,固化时间≤60秒。

一种超低摩尔胶的制胶工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及人造板生产领域,尤其是超低摩尔胶制胶工艺。
背景技术
采用低摩尔比改性脲醛胶黏剂虽然能够有效降低人造板产品的甲醛释放量,但是产品的胶合强度也往往下降,不能满足要求,而且胶黏剂固化时间延长,生产效率低。脲醛树脂胶甲醛与尿素的摩尔比接近或小于1时,胶的各方面性能将发生较大变化,不容易生产出质量稳定的胶粘剂产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有低摩尔比胶黏剂的胶合强度不足,固化时间长的问题,通过改进低摩尔比胶黏剂的生产工艺,克服上述缺陷。
本发明公开了一种超低摩尔胶的制胶工艺,其特征在于甲醛与尿素的摩尔比控制为0.98,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入浓度质量为48-55%的甲醛,调节pH=9.0,加入PVA、浓度20%氨水、三聚氰胺、尿素,按照重量份比,甲醛100份,PVA0.15份,氨水1-2份,尿素50-55份;
(2)靠自身放热反应升温;
(3)当反应液温度升至85℃时,保温30 Min,调节pH=5.4;
(4)当反应液温度升至90℃时,用涂-4杯检测反应液在90℃时的粘度;
(5)当粘度达到23~25S/90℃时,调节pH=8.0~8.5,再次加入尿素28份,保温40Min;
(6)第三次加入尿素,尿素添加量为20份,于55℃保温30Min;
(7)调节pH=8.5~9.0,冷却至50℃以下放胶,即得到所需的超低摩尔胶。
本发明中,甲醛与尿素的摩尔比控制为0.98,胶固体含量≥64%,游离醛≤0.06%,固化时间≤60秒,使用该胶已生产超E0级刨花板(甲醛释放量≤3mg/100g)1多万M³,实现产值1500多万元。
具体实施方式
实施例1、甲醛与尿素的摩尔比控制为0.98,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入浓度质量为50%的甲醛,调节pH=9.0,加入PVA、氨水、三聚氰胺、尿素,尿素添加量为甲醛质量的 55 %;
(2)靠自身放热反应升温;
(3)当反应液温度升至85℃时,保温30 Min,调节pH=5.4;
(4)当反应液温度升至90℃时,用涂-4杯检测反应液在90℃时的粘度;
(5)当粘度达到23~25S/90℃时,调节pH=8.0~8.5,再次加入尿素,尿素添加量为甲醛质量的28% ,保温40Min;
(6)第三次加入尿素,尿素添加量为甲醛质量的20%,于55℃保温30Min;
(7)调pH=8.5~9.0,冷却至50℃以下放胶,即得到所需的超低摩尔胶。
上述生产出的超低摩尔胶固体含量≥64%,游离醛≤0.06%,固化时间≤60秒,使用该胶已生产超E0级刨花板(甲醛释放量≤3mg/100g)1多万M³,实现产值1500多万元。

Claims (1)

1.一种超低摩尔胶的制胶工艺,其特征在于甲醛与尿素的摩尔比控制为0.98,具体步骤如下:
(1)在反应釜中加入浓度质量为48-55%的甲醛,调节pH=9.0,加入PVA、浓度20%氨水、三聚氰胺、尿素,按照重量份比,甲醛100份,PVA0.15份,氨水1-2份,尿素50-55份;
(2)靠自身放热反应升温;
(3)当反应液温度升至85℃时,保温30 Min,调节pH=5.4;
(4)当反应液温度升至90℃时,用涂-4杯检测反应液在90℃时的粘度;
(5)当粘度达到23~25S/90℃时,调节pH=8.0~8.5,再次加入尿素28份,保温40Min;
(6)第三次加入尿素,尿素添加量为20份,于55℃保温30Min;
(7)调节pH=8.5~9.0,冷却至50℃以下放胶,即得到所需的超低摩尔胶。
