Abstract

湿拌砂浆是指用于建设工程中的各种砂浆拌合物,是当今较为主要的工程原料之一。但目前湿拌砂浆存在凝结时间短的缺陷,亟待解决。本发明公开了一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其原料按重量份包括:高炉矿渣20‑30份、戈壁沙砾60‑80份、水泥15‑25份、粉煤灰2‑8份、环氧大豆油1‑2份、稳塑剂1‑2份、微晶纤维素2‑4份、缓凝剂1‑2份、减水剂1‑2份、水30‑60份。本发明不仅实现了资源的合理利用,减少废弃石屑对环境污染,而且降低了砂浆的生产成本,而且增强砂浆的保水率、粘稠度,延长其凝结时间,保证砂浆的使用连续性。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿拌砂浆技术领域,尤其涉及一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆。
背景技术
湿拌砂浆是保证建筑工程质量、提高建筑施工现代化水平、减少城市污染的重要举措。湿拌砂浆是指用于建设工程中的各种砂浆拌合物,是当今较为主要的工程原料之一。但目前湿拌砂浆存在凝结时间短的缺陷,亟待解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,不仅实现了资源的合理利用,减少废弃石屑对环境污染,而且降低了砂浆的生产成本,而且增强砂浆的保水率、粘稠度,延长其凝结时间,保证砂浆的使用连续性。
本发明提出的一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其原料按重量份包括:高炉矿渣20-30份,戈壁沙砾60-80份,水泥15-25份,粉煤灰2-8份,环氧大豆油1-2份,稳塑剂1-2份,微晶纤维素2-4份,缓凝剂1-2份,减水剂1-2份,水30-60份。
优选地,高炉矿渣、戈壁沙砾的重量比为22-28:65-75。
优选地,水泥、粉煤灰、环氧大豆油的重量比为18-22:4-6:1.2-1.8。
优选地,环氧大豆油、稳塑剂、微晶纤维素的重量比为1.2-1.8:1.3-1.7:2.5-3.5。
本发明采用取材方便且价格低廉的高炉矿渣、戈壁沙砾配合,不仅实现了资源的合理利用,减少废弃石屑对环境污染,而且降低了砂浆的生产成本;通过合理优化砂浆的配比,在降低生产成本的同时,保证本发明所得湿拌砂浆的性能指标,增强砂浆的保水率、粘稠度,延长其凝结时间,保证砂浆的使用连续性。
本发明采用环氧大豆油与高炉矿渣、戈壁沙砾、水泥、粉煤灰配合,在降低上述物料含量的基础上,强度高,具有轻质、高强度的优点,可有效降低骨料与水泥的添加量,降低成本投入,同时可在搅拌时增加骨料与水泥的粘结力,使体系增稠效果好,具有分散砂浆胶凝材料、保持砂浆塑性的作用,同时保证了其流动性和粘结力,从而有效地避免砂浆空鼓、开裂现象的发生,可有效降低砂浆24h后的稠度损失率,延长砂浆的施工可操作时间,方便现场施工。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:高炉矿渣20g,戈壁沙砾80g,水泥15g,粉煤灰8g,环氧大豆油1g,稳塑剂2g,微晶纤维素2g,缓凝剂2g,减水剂1g,水60g。
实施例2
一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:高炉矿渣30g,戈壁沙砾60g,水泥25g,粉煤灰2g,环氧大豆油2g,稳塑剂1g,微晶纤维素4g,缓凝剂1g,减水剂2g,水30g。
实施例3
一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:高炉矿渣22g,戈壁沙砾75g,水泥18g,粉煤灰6g,环氧大豆油1.2g,稳塑剂1.7g,微晶纤维素2.5g,缓凝剂1.8g,减水剂1.3g,水50g。
实施例4
一种凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:高炉矿渣28g,戈壁沙砾65g,水泥22g,粉煤灰4g,环氧大豆油1.8g,稳塑剂1.3g,微晶纤维素3.5g,缓凝剂1.2g,减水剂1.7g,水40g。

2.根据权利要求1所述凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其特征在于,高炉矿渣、戈壁沙砾的重量比为22-28:65-75。
3.根据权利要求1所述凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其特征在于,水泥、粉煤灰、环氧大豆油的重量比为18-22:4-6:1.2-1.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述凝结时间长的湿拌砂浆,其特征在于,环氧大豆油、稳塑剂、微晶纤维素的重量比为1.2-1.8:1.3-1.7:2.5-3.5。
