A turn-dividing disc 2 is arranged above one end of the conveyor belt 6 through a turn-dividing motor 8; the turn-dividing disc 2 is in the shape of a spiral blade. The turn dividing motor 8 is a stepping motor, and the turn dividing motor 8 can drive the turn dividing disc 2 to rotate according to a certain frequency and a certain rotating speed.
An output device is arranged on the frame 1 at one side of the turn dividing disc 2; the output device consists of an output motor 10, a guide roller 11, a conveyor belt 12 and an extrusion conveying roller 13; the frame 1 is provided with a conveyer belt 12 through a driving roller 14 and a driven roller 15; the conveyor belt 12 is disposed in a cross-like manner with the conveyor belt 6.
Guard plates 7 are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying belt 12; the purpose of the shield 7 is to: so that the processed single-turn burned paper can be smoothly output by the conveyer belt 12 under the guidance of the guard plate 7; thereby avoiding the problem of derailment of the burnt paper.
Squeeze conveying rollers 13 are symmetrically arranged between guard plates 7 above one end of the conveying belt 12; the two extrusion conveying rollers 13 are in contact connection; one end of each extrusion conveying roller 13 is meshed with each other through a transmission gear 16. When the two extrusion conveying rollers 13 rotate, the single-turn burned paper can be conveyed onto the conveying belt 12 by a double-roller conveying mode.
Guide rollers 11 are symmetrically arranged above the extrusion conveying rollers 13; a certain gap exists between the two guide rollers 11; the purpose of this arrangement is that: so that the paper folding knife 3 can conveniently drive the single-turn paper to be inserted between the guide rollers 11.
One end of the extrusion conveying roller 13 is connected with the driving roller 14 through a driving belt 17; the drive roller 14 is connected to the output motor 10 via a belt 17. When the output motor 10 rotates, the driving roller 14 and the conveyer belt 12 can be driven to rotate by the driving belt 17; the drive roller 14 can drive the extrusion conveying roller 13 to rotate through the transmission belt 17 in the rotating process.
A paper folding knife 3 is arranged above one end of the output device through a lifter; the paper folding knife 3 corresponds to the middle position between the guide rollers 11.
The lifter consists of a guide slide bar 23, a slide block 24, a driving rack 25 and a paper folding motor 9; a sliding block 24 is arranged on the frame 1 in a sliding way through a guide sliding rod 23; one end of the sliding block 24 is fixedly provided with a paper folding knife 3; the paper folding knife 3 corresponds to the paper folding through hole 22 on the paper receiving box 4; the purpose of this arrangement is that: so that the paper folding knife 3 can pass through the paper folding through hole 22 smoothly in the working process, and further the problem that the paper folding knife 3 collides with the paper receiving box 4 is avoided.
The other end of the sliding block 24 is fixedly provided with a driving rack 25; the driving rack 25 is meshed with a driving gear assembled on the paper folding motor 9. When the paper folding motor 9 rotates, the driving gear drives the driving rack 25 and the sliding block 24 to move up and down along the guiding sliding rod 23.
The paper receiving box 4 is arranged between the paper folding knife 3 and the output device through a rotator, and the rotator consists of a rotating motor 18, a rotating shaft 19, an assembling disc 20 and a supporting rod 21; a rotating shaft 19 is arranged on the frame 1 at one end of the conveying belt 12 through a rotating motor 18; the two ends of the rotating shaft 19 are fixedly provided with assembly discs 20.
The assembling tray 20 is fixedly provided with a paper receiving box 4 through a supporting rod 21. The middle part of the paper receiving box 4 is provided with a paper folding through hole 22; the inside dimensions of the paper cassette 4 correspond to the dimensions of the burned paper.
The paper receiving box 4 is in intermittent contact connection with the end of the conveyor belt 6; the sheet cassette 4 is in contact with the end of the conveyor belt 6 in the initial state (see fig. 3 of the description).
The driving motor 5, the turn dividing motor 8, the output device, the rotator and the paper folding motor 9 are respectively and electrically connected with the controller. The controller can control each component to act according to a set program.
When the automatic paper folding machine works, firstly, the whole circle of paper is required to be placed on the conveyor belt 6 between the guard plates 7 in a vertical mode manually, and the whole circle of paper is pressed from left to right, so that the front end of the paper is in abutting connection with the rear end face of the turn dividing disc 2.
After the paper is placed, starting the paper folding machine, and at the moment, under the control of a controller, driving the driving roller 14 and the conveying belt 12 to rotate by the output motor 10 through the driving belt 17; the drive roller 14 can drive the extrusion conveying roller 13 to rotate through the transmission belt 17 in the rotating process.
The turn-dividing motor 8 then drives the turn-dividing disc 2 to rotate one turn. In this process, the spiral blade-shaped divided-turn sheet 2 is cut into a certain thickness of the burned paper and the whole-turn burned paper to form a single-turn burned paper, and is driven onto the paper receiving box 4. Since the sheet cassette 4 is in an inclined state and is in contact with the end of the conveyor belt 6 (see fig. 3 of the specification), when the single turn of burned paper enters the sheet cassette 4 under the drive of the turn-dividing plate 2, it is "laid flat" inside the sheet cassette 4.
And then the driving motor 5 drives the conveyor belt 6 to act, and when the conveyor belt 6 drives the rest whole turn of burned paper to collide with the rear end face of the turn dividing disc 2, the driving motor 5 stops acting. In the process, the tail end of the whole circle of paper is needed to be pressed manually, so that the problem of scattered falling of the paper is prevented. The rotary motor 18 then drives the rotary shaft 19 to rotate clockwise; the assembly disc 20 and the support rod 21 drive the paper receiving box 4 to rotate in the clockwise rotation process of the rotating shaft 19; when the paper receiving cassette 4 is positioned above the guide roller 11, the rotary motor 18 stops (see fig. 1 of the specification).
After the above process is finished, the paper folding motor 9 drives the rack 25, the sliding block 24 and the paper folding knife 3 to move downwards along the guide sliding rod 23 through the driving gear; when the paper folding knife 3 moves to the lower part of the guide roller 11 through the paper folding through hole 22 on the paper receiving box 4, the paper folding motor 9 stops acting.
In the process that the paper folding knife 3 passes through the paper folding through hole 22 in a connecting way, the paper folding knife 3 presses down the single-turn paper burning from the middle part, so that the single-turn paper burning and the paper folding knife 3 pass through the paper folding through hole 22 together, and therefore the single-turn paper burning is folded in half; then the paper folding knife 3 drives the single-turn paper to pass through the guide roller 11; the guide roller 11 compresses the single-turn burned paper and is connected with the single-turn burned paper in a rolling way. So as to ensure that the folded single-turn paper-burning and paper folding knife 3 are tightly attached together, and prevent the problem of scattering.
The rotary extrusion conveying roller 13 conveys the folded single-turn burned paper to the conveying belt 12 in a double-roller conveying mode, and the conveying belt 12 conveys the single-turn burned paper to the next process.
Then the paper folding motor 9 acts to drive the paper folding knife 3 to reset, the rotating motor 18 acts to drive the paper receiving box 4 to reset, so that the paper receiving box contacts with the conveyor belt 6 again, and the automatic paper folding machine can enter the next working cycle.
The automatic paper folding machine is simple in structure and convenient to use, can automatically finish the turn division and folding work of paper burning, solves the problems of high labor intensity and low working efficiency existing in the prior manual work when the work is finished, and meets the use needs of enterprises.
