Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，由多层弹性复合材料组成，依次包括超疏水材料层、隔热层、细钢丝网层、隔热层和超疏水材料层，所述汽车遮阳挡雨板包括前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板共五块，在上述各块板的连接处设有折叠线，每块板上均设有吸盘，可紧紧吸附在汽车车体上。用细钢丝网层作为遮阳板的基板层，强度较好，增加牢固性，细刚丝网层两侧分别设有隔热层，双层隔热，加强了隔热效果，最外侧为超疏水材料层，可以防尘防水防潮，延长了遮阳挡雨板的使用寿命，结构简单、紧凑，可折叠，拆卸方便快捷，连接可靠，生产成本低，重量轻，适用范围广。

一种基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车遮阳装置技术领域，尤其是一种基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板。
背景技术
汽车若长时间暴晒在太阳底下，不仅会造成汽车元件及外观的老化损坏，影响到其使用寿命，而且夏天车内温度极高，用户在使用时必须先开空调降温，油耗量大，因此在夏日汽车遮阳必不可少。而在雨雪天气时，汽车经历雨雪冲刷，日积月累也会加速汽车原件的老化以及损坏，同时路边扬起的灰尘会影响汽车外观。现有的可随车携带的汽车遮阳装置，一般包括汽车遮阳布、布体支撑架、收卷机构，所述的汽车遮阳布上设置有相互平行的间隔排列的条形布套，所述的布体支撑架安装在封闭的条形布套里，两侧的汽车遮阳布均可翻转折叠在中间的汽车遮阳布上，折叠后的汽车遮阳布体可收卷在收卷机构上。但是，结构复杂，体积大，安装、拆除、维修都不方便，同时在存放时零部件容易受潮损坏，不便于汽车的日常使用，实际起遮阳作用的只是一层遮阳布，遮阳的效果差，碰到雨雪天气不能抵御雨雪的冲刷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单，易于折叠收放且能有效增强遮阳挡雨效果，兼具防水防尘功能，并能延长装置使用寿命的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的一种基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于由弹性复合材料相连而成，依次包括疏水材料层、隔热层、钢丝网层、隔热层和疏水材料层。
优选地，所述钢丝网层的钢丝直径范围为0.3-0.5mm。
优选地，对所述疏水材料层进行90级泼水实验静水压达到800m/m～1400m/m。
优选地，所述遮阳挡雨板上固定连接有吸盘或磁铁。
优选地，所述吸盘为真空吸盘。
优选地，所述遮阳挡雨板至少包括前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板，所述顶板为矩形，所述前板、后板分别连接在所述顶板的前后端，所述左侧板、右侧板分别连接在所述顶板的两侧。
优选地，所述前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板的连接处设有折叠线。
优选地，所述折叠线处的复合材料层中不含钢丝网层。
本发明提供的所述基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，具有如下有益效果：
1.最外侧为疏水材料层，可以防水防潮，同时还可以防御灰尘，使用钢丝直径0.3-0.5mm的细钢丝网层作为汽车遮阳挡雨板的基板层，强度较高，不易断裂和损坏，增加了牢固性，中间采用双层隔热，加强了装置的隔热效果，遮阳隔热效果更好，这种遮阳挡雨板结构简单紧凑，遮阳防晒效果好，又兼具防水防潮防尘的功能，不需要额外设计加工遮阳布支撑架，生产成本低。
2.行车时，可将吸盘或磁铁拔下，将所述遮阳挡雨板沿连接处折叠收存，重量轻体积小可随车携带，放在后背箱里或行李架上，拆装方便快捷，连接可靠，同时由于所述遮阳挡雨板具有疏水性，不必担心装置在存放时受潮而损坏，装置的使用寿命长。
3.所述遮阳挡雨板为弹性薄板，可产生一定的弯曲变形，贴合车身，可覆盖全部车身，通过所述吸盘或磁铁牢牢吸附于车身上，不会被风吹走，使用简便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于由五层弹性复合材料相连而成，依次包括超疏水材料层4、隔热层2、细钢丝网层1、隔热层3和超疏水材料层5，所述超疏水材料层可选用纳米材料、拉金阻燃材料、PEVA材料，对所述超疏水材料层进行90级泼水实验静水压达到800m/m～1400m/m，所述细钢丝网层1的钢丝直径范围为0.3-0.5mm，所述隔热层可选用玻璃纤维棉材料、聚氨酯发泡材料或真空隔热板。如图2所示，所述遮阳挡雨板上固定连接有吸盘7或磁铁，所述吸盘7一般为真空吸盘，可以选用可拆卸和不可拆卸两种，不可拆卸真空吸盘即将固定端直接粘接固定在所述遮阳挡雨板上，可拆卸真空吸盘为带燕尾的吸盘结构，需要在所述遮阳挡雨板上打孔，使用时捏住吸盘燕尾插入孔中进行固定，展开所述遮阳挡雨板后只需将吸盘的另一端或磁铁按在车身上即可，使用方便，不会损坏车身。所述遮阳挡雨板至少包括前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板，所述顶板为矩形，安置在车顶上即可，所述前板、后板分别连接在所述顶板的前后端，所述前板用于遮挡前挡风玻璃和引擎盖，所述后板用于遮挡后挡风玻璃和后备箱，所述左侧板、右侧板分别连接在所述顶板的两侧，用于分别遮挡车身的两侧，所述前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板还可以分别分为若干块，所述遮阳挡雨板为有一定弹性的薄板，可产生一定的弯曲变形，贴合车身，可覆盖住整个车身。
如图2和3所示，所述前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板的连接处均设有折叠线6，所述折叠线6处的复合材料层中不含细钢丝网层4，为柔性材料，折叠部位通常为容易损坏的部位，采用柔性材料可延长其使用寿命。
夏天或是雨雪天汽车需要长时间停放在露天场所时，只需将所述遮阳挡雨板取出，放置在车顶上，沿所述折叠线6展开其他四块弹性薄板，在车身上固定好所述吸盘7，所述遮阳挡雨板就被牢牢吸附在车身上了，大风天气也不用担心会被吹走。使用完毕后沿所述折叠线6收存也方便，重量轻体积小，可放在后背箱里或行李架上随车携带，拆装方便快捷，连接可靠。同时由于所述遮阳挡雨板具有疏水性，不必担心所述遮阳挡雨板在存放时受潮而损坏，使用寿命长。所述遮阳挡雨板强度高，兼具双层遮阳隔热和防水防潮防尘的功效，结构简单，使用简便，不需要额外设计加工遮阳布支撑架，生产成本低，可用于各种车型，适用范围广。

1.一种基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于由弹性复合材料相连而成，依次包括疏水材料层、隔热层、钢丝网层、隔热层和疏水材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于所述钢丝网层的钢丝直径范围为0.3-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于对所述疏水材料层进行90级泼水实验静水压达到800m/m～1400m/m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于所述遮阳挡雨板上固定连接有吸盘或磁铁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于所述吸盘为真空吸盘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于所述遮阳挡雨板至少包括前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板，所述顶板为矩形，所述前板、后板分别连接在所述顶板的前后端，所述左侧板、右侧板分别连接在所述顶板的两侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于所述前板、后板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板的连接处设有折叠线。
8.根据权利要求7所述的基于多层复合材料的汽车遮阳挡雨板，其特征在于所述折叠线处的复合材料层中不含钢丝网层。
