本发明涉及一种镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法,是用粘接剂将镀锌膜、瓦楞纸和面纸依次粘贴为一整体板,制作简单、成本低,是一种环保防水包装材料和装饰材料。

本发明涉及一种防水包装材料和装饰材料,尤指镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前突出的问题是如何解决在保证质量的前提下降低防水包装材料成本的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法,该方法是用一层镀锌膜、一层瓦楞纸、一层面纸和粘接剂为原材料,用粘接剂将镀锌膜、瓦楞纸和面纸依次粘贴在一起,使其成为一整体板,以期解决在保证质量的前提下降低防水包装材料成本的问题。
为此,本发明解决所述问题的技术方案是:镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法,包括步骤:准备一层镀锌膜、一层瓦楞纸、一层面纸和粘接剂,将瓦楞纸置于一层镀锌膜和一层面纸之间,用粘接剂将镀锌膜、瓦楞纸和面纸粘贴在一起,使其成为一整体板,即制作成一种镀锌膜单向防水板;
优选的,所述瓦楞纸是制作纸箱的瓦楞纸;
优选的,所述面纸是制作纸箱的面纸;
相比现有技术,本发明具有的积极效果是:该方法改变了用镀锌膜、一层面纸、一层瓦楞纸和另一面纸粘贴的工艺过程,采用镀锌膜直接与瓦楞纸粘贴工艺,降低了材料成本、粘接剂成本、人工成本和时间成本,且同时满足防水质量的要求。本制备方法涉及的工艺流程步骤清晰、简洁,省工省料省时;本制备方法涉及的工艺,减少了镀锌膜与面纸直接粘贴工艺,采用镀锌膜与瓦楞纸直接粘贴,在回收利用方面,镀锌膜与瓦楞纸容易分离,可以二次回收利用,可以避免废料对环境造成污染。

以下实施例进一步说明本发明制备方法流程:参见附图1,本发明可以根据图1的制备方法流程实施一种镀锌膜单向防水板的制作。具体步骤是,用一层镀锌膜1、一层瓦楞纸2,一层面纸3和粘接剂4,将瓦楞纸2置于一层镀锌膜1和一层面纸3之间,用粘接剂4将镀锌膜1、瓦楞纸2和面纸3粘贴在一起,使其成为一整体板,即制作成一种镀锌膜单向防水板,干燥后就可以使用了。
结合图1并参见图2的实施例,可以进一步阐述镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法:用一层镀锌膜1、一层瓦楞纸2、一层面纸3和粘接剂4为原材料,将瓦楞纸2置于一层镀锌膜1和一层面纸3之间,用粘接剂4将镀锌膜1、瓦楞纸2和面纸3粘贴在一起,使其成为一整体板,即制作成一种镀锌膜单向防水板,干燥后就可以使用了。

3.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法,其特征是,所述一层面纸可以是制作纸箱的面纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法,其特征是,所述一层面纸可以是柔软的一层纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌膜单向防水板及其制备方法,其特征是,所述一层面纸可以是有一定厚度和硬度的一层纸板。
