背景技术
栏杆是桥梁和建筑上的安全设施。栏杆在使用中起分隔、导向的作用,使被分割区域边界明确清晰。节间式栏杆由立柱、扶手及横挡组成。栏杆常见材料有木制栏杆、石栏杆、不锈钢栏杆、铸铁栏杆、铸造石栏杆和水泥栏杆等。其中采用玻璃纤维增强水泥制成水泥栏杆由于具有轻质高强、装饰效果突出、易于构建异形结构等特性而被广泛应用。
现有的水泥栏杆生产主要采用模具成型,如中国专利文献记载的水泥栏杆模具(授权公告号CN2447155Y),包括两个相同能相对并合在一起的模壳。采用该模具制造的水泥栏杆上具有明显地两个模壳合模线痕,甚至出现错位端面;即存在着水泥栏杆合格率低的不足;为了消除合模线痕必须进行后续加工,因而存在着生产周期长,生产成本高等问题。该模具的模壳一般采用玻璃钢,玻璃钢模具存在着制备工作周期长,玻璃钢模具制造成本高,加工精度低等不足。玻璃钢模具还存在着使用周期短,一般仅能浇筑10模,再者玻璃钢很难实现材料的循环再利用,产生大量废品。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种栏杆柱模具,本发明要解决的技术问题是如何避免在水泥栏杆上产生合模线痕。

本发明的要解决的技术问题可通过下列技术方案来实现:本栏杆柱模具为采用塑料材料制成呈管状的薄壁构件,栏杆柱模具的径向尺寸沿轴芯线有变化,栏杆柱模具的内腔为成型腔。
本栏杆柱模具主要用于生产宝瓶型栏杆柱,即栏杆柱模具的成型腔形状和大小与带加工的宝瓶型栏杆柱相同。
本栏杆柱模具的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:第一步,吹塑成型,将软化状态的管坯放入吹塑模内并迅速向管坯内注入压缩空气使管坯被吹胀形成中部与栏杆柱模具相同的瓶子;第二步,切除瓶子的底部和顶部,得到栏杆柱模具。
吹塑成型工艺成熟,因而本领域技术人员根据栏杆柱模具的形状可方便地制造出瓶子的吹塑模以及设计或采购所需的管坯。采用吹塑成型工艺制作栏杆柱模具具有生产成本低,生产效率高,尤其适合大批量生产的优点。
本栏杆柱的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:第一步,将上述栏杆柱模具竖直放置在地面上;第二步,从栏杆柱模具的上端口注入水泥浆;第三步,水泥浆凝固后在栏杆柱模具的侧壁上至少割出一条轴向贯通的裂口;第四步,将栏杆柱模具从栏杆柱上剥离,得到栏杆柱。
与现有技术相比,本栏杆柱模具通过吹塑成型,因而具有内壁光滑无合模线痕,精度高,制作成本低,可批量生产等优点。
利用本栏杆柱模具和本方法制作的水泥栏杆柱具有无合模线痕,表面光洁,外形美观等优点。
本栏杆柱模具可采用透明塑料材料制成,这样浇筑水泥浆时可及时查看表面是否具有气泡,若有气泡可通过振动排出气泡,进而有效地提高了产品的合格率。
本栏杆柱模具虽然为一次性模具,但从栏杆柱上剥离出来已报废的栏杆柱模具并不影响塑料再回收利用,因而显著地降低了资源消耗。
本栏杆柱模具既适合单独成型栏杆柱,也可在施工现场与横档和扶手等部件一起浇筑。在施工现场制作的栏杆,栏杆柱模具可在其他工序完成后剥离,这样栏杆柱模具能对栏杆柱起到保护作用,有效避免油漆、水泥浆等物质粘在栏杆柱上。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,栏杆柱呈柱状,截面呈圆形,栏杆柱的径向尺寸沿轴芯线有变化。
如图2和图3所示,本栏杆柱模具1为呈管状的薄壁构件,栏杆柱模具1的壁厚为1~3㎜。本栏杆柱模具1采用塑料材料制成,如聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯。
本栏杆柱模具1的内腔为成型腔1a,成型腔1a的形状和大小与图1所示的栏杆柱相同,那么本栏杆柱模具1的径向尺寸沿轴芯线有变化,且本栏杆柱模具1的径向尺寸沿轴芯线变化与栏杆柱的径向尺寸沿轴芯线变化相同。
本栏杆柱模具1的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:第一步,吹塑成型,将软化状态的管坯放入吹塑模内并迅速向管坯内注入压缩空气使管坯被吹胀形成中部与栏杆柱模具1相同的瓶子;如图4所示;第二步,沿如图4中点划线所示位置切除瓶子的底部和顶部,得到如图2所示的栏杆柱模具1。
本栏杆柱的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:第一步,如图5所示,将上述栏杆柱模具1竖直放置在地面2上。第二步,如图6所示,通过导料斗3从栏杆柱模具1的上端口注入水泥浆4并注满;查看栏杆柱模具1内表面上是否具有气泡,可通过拍打栏杆柱模具1有气泡区域,或将振动棒插入水泥浆4内并导至有气泡区域,通过振动排出气泡。第三步,静置水泥浆4便凝固成型。水泥浆4凝固后采用火焰枪在栏杆柱模具1的侧壁上割出一条或两条轴向贯通的裂口5,如图7所示。第四步,可手工或借助钳子等工具轻松地将栏杆柱模具1从栏杆柱上剥离,得到如图1所示的栏杆柱。
实施例二
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,基本相同之处不再累赘描述,仅描述不一样的地方,不一样的地方在于:本栏杆柱模具1的侧壁上具有两条轴向贯通的易撕裂线1b,两条易撕裂线1b周向均匀分布;易撕裂线1b可采用激光切割形成。
本栏杆柱的制作方法中割开栏杆柱模具1与剥离栏杆柱模具1同时进行,即牵扯栏杆柱模具1的同时用刀沿着易撕裂线1b辅助割切。水泥硬化会膨胀,在部分水泥型号以及环境下,栏杆柱模具1会沿着易撕裂线1b破裂,进而避免栏杆柱模具1无规则破裂而造成剥离栏杆柱模具1不方便等问题产生。

本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,基本相同之处不再累赘描述,仅描述不一样的地方,不一样的地方在于:
本栏杆柱模具1的侧壁上具有两条轴向贯通的易撕裂线1b,两条易撕裂线1b相邻设置形成易撕裂带1c。本栏杆柱的制作方法中裂口5通过撕去易撕裂带1c形成。

1.一种栏杆柱模具,其特征在于,本栏杆柱模具为采用塑料材料制成呈管状的薄壁构件,栏杆柱模具的径向尺寸沿轴芯线有变化,栏杆柱模具的内腔为成型腔;所述栏杆柱模具的侧壁上具有两条轴向贯通的易撕裂线(1b),两条易撕裂线(1b)周向均匀分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的栏杆柱模具,其特征在于,所述栏杆柱模具的壁厚为1~3㎜。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述栏杆柱模具的制作方法,其特征在于,本栏杆柱模具的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:
第一步,吹塑成型,将软化状态的管坯放入吹塑模内并迅速向管坯内注入压缩空气使管坯被吹胀形成中部与栏杆柱模具相同的瓶子;
第二步,切除瓶子的底部和顶部;
第三步,采用激光沿着栏杆柱模具的轴向切割形成易撕裂线(1b),得到栏杆柱模具。
4.一种栏杆柱的制作方法,其特征在于,本栏杆柱的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:
第一步,将权利要求1或2所述栏杆柱模具竖直放置在地面上;
第二步,从栏杆柱模具的上端口注入水泥浆;
第三步,牵扯栏杆柱模具的同时用刀沿着易撕裂线辅助割切,使得栏杆柱模具被割开;同时栏杆柱模具被剥离。
5.一种栏杆柱模具,其特征在于,本栏杆柱模具为采用塑料材料制成呈管状的薄壁构件,栏杆柱模具的径向尺寸沿轴芯线有变化,栏杆柱模具的内腔为成型腔;所述栏杆柱模具的侧壁上具有两条轴向贯通的易撕裂线(1b),两条易撕裂线(1b)相邻设置形成易撕裂带(1c)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的栏杆柱模具,其特征在于,所述栏杆柱模具的壁厚为1~3㎜。
7.一种如权利要求5或6所述栏杆柱模具的制作方法,其特征在于,本栏杆柱模具的制作方法是依次按以下顺序步骤进行的:
第一步,吹塑成型,将软化状态的管坯放入吹塑模内并迅速向管坯内注入压缩空气使管坯被吹胀形成中部与栏杆柱模具相同的瓶子;
第二步,切除瓶子的底部和顶部;
