Background
When the ball valve sealing performance is overhauled, the telescopic joint is required to be dismantled and moved to an overhauling site which does not prevent the working seal of the ball valve from being dismantled. The supporting block 3 comprises a supporting block body 301, and an arc-shaped supporting surface 302 is arranged on the inner wall of the supporting block body 301.

The side surface of the sliding seat 802 is also provided with a hydraulic cylinder 812, the extending end of the hydraulic cylinder 812 is provided with a push rod 813, and the push rod 813 is connected with the sliding seat 802; the sliding seat 802 is also provided with a limit sensor 814.
And a manual fine adjustment mechanism is further arranged between the two supporting blocks, and the lifting cylinder is positioned above the manual fine adjustment mechanism.
The manual fine adjustment mechanism comprises a transverse guide rail arranged between two supporting blocks, a transverse sliding seat is embedded on the transverse guide rail, a sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the transverse guide rail, a connecting rod connected with the transverse sliding seat is arranged in the sliding groove, and a transmission gear is arranged on the connecting rod; the lateral surface of the transverse guide rail is also provided with a transmission chain meshed with the transmission gear, the left end and the right end of the transmission chain are respectively provided with a main transmission shaft and a secondary transmission shaft, and the main transmission shaft is connected with a rotating handle.
The chute is of an inclined structure. The height of the lifting cylinder is beneficial to being adjusted.
The main transmission shaft and the auxiliary transmission shaft are respectively provided with gears meshed with the transmission chain.
The pressure sensor 904 is connected with a controller 10, and the controller 10 is respectively connected with an electromagnet 903 and a first hydraulic lifting rod 901.
The controller 10 is also connected with the lifting cylinder 4 and the bolt dismounting mechanism 8 respectively.
Connection relationship between the controller 10 and the components in the bolt attaching/detaching mechanism 8: the controller 10 is connected with a limit sensor 814, a second hydraulic lifting rod 803, a longitudinal driving motor 811, a bolt stretcher 805, an infrared laser centralizer 806 and a hydraulic cylinder 812.
The arc plate is provided with a second pressure sensor which is connected with the controller.
The transverse direction of the frame refers to the left-right direction of the frame, and the longitudinal direction of the frame refers to the front-rear direction of the frame.
The two transverse sliding rails are arranged in parallel front and back.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps: the frame is moved to the position below the telescopic joint to be disassembled, and the position is manually adjusted. The controller controls the lifting cylinder to ascend until the lifting cylinder contacts with the bottom of the telescopic joint, and the magnet adsorbs the telescopic joint; then, the controller controls the telescopic joint fixing mechanism at the right end of the frame to work, the first hydraulic lifting rod ascends until the arc clamp is contacted with the telescopic joint, the controller controls the electromagnet to be electrified, and the aim of fixing the telescopic joint at the right end is fulfilled. Then, the controller controls the bolt dismounting mechanism to work: firstly, a controller controls a hydraulic cylinder to output corresponding output force to adjust the transverse position of a sliding seat according to signals of a limit sensor, then the controller controls a second hydraulic lifting rod at the front side end to ascend to the highest position, a second hydraulic lifting rod at the rear side end to descend to the lowest position, then the controller respectively controls a longitudinal translation mechanism at the upper ends of the two second hydraulic lifting rods to work according to an infrared laser centering device to drive two bolt stretchers to respectively move to positions corresponding to bolts at the upper end and the lower end of a ball valve expansion joint, then the controller controls the hydraulic cylinder to work, the bolt stretchers are in contact with the bolts, and meanwhile the controller controls the bolt stretchers to work to detach the bolts. The two bolt stretchers symmetrically work, namely the bolt stretchers at the front side end work from top to bottom, and the bolt stretchers at the rear side end work from bottom to top to disassemble and assemble the bolts. After the bolts are removed, the lifting cylinder and the first hydraulic lifting rod are lowered simultaneously, the lifting cylinder is lowered continuously until the arc-shaped plate is separated from the telescopic joint, the telescopic joint is contacted with the supporting block, and the first lifting rod is lowered until the first lifting rod is leveled with the lowest point of the arc-shaped plate. The controller controls the electromagnet to output corresponding magnetic force according to the signal of the pressure sensor. Finally, manually pushing the telescopic joint away; when the longitudinal position of the telescopic joint needs to be finely adjusted, the rotary handle is rotated to drive the transmission chain to drive the transmission gear to rotate, so that the transverse sliding seat can move along the transverse guide rail.
