Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合过滤布,包括基布和过滤,基布是由单丝、复丝或纱线通过纺织而成的经纬交织结构;所述过滤布是由若干经线和纬线针刺成型的无纺布结构,所述基布和过滤布通过粘合或针刺连接复合为一体。本发明提供一种复合过滤布,本发明过滤布的表面设有若干凸体,即使在高速过滤、高含尘浓度的条件下工作,也能保持较好的集尘效果,同时粉尘的抖落效果良好,并且滤袋的过滤布不易堵塞,适用于各类工业除尘器,不仅有利于降低滤袋的破损率,延长滤袋的使用寿命,而且能够降低工业除尘器的能耗,提高除尘效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤布技术领域,尤其是一种用于工业除尘设备的一种复合过滤布。
背景技术
目前,现有工业除尘器使用的过滤布一般有长丝和短纤纱制成的过滤布,或者是由单丝和长丝织成的过滤布。前者由于硬度小、强度低,在除尘设备的喷吹除尘过程中容易损坏,使用寿命较短。后者的过滤布在除尘器的较大风压下单丝和长丝易滑移,造成过滤布的局部孔径增大,从而影响到过滤除尘效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,有必要提供一种能应对的技术方案。
本发明提供一种复合过滤布,粉尘抖动坠落效果较好、使用寿命长,过滤除尘效果较好。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种复合过滤布,包括基布和过滤布,所述基布是由单丝、复丝或纱线通过纺织而成的经纬交织结构;所述过滤布是由若干经线和纬线针刺成型的无纺布结构,所述基布和过滤布通过粘合或针刺连接复合为一体,所述过滤布的表面设有若干圆形、锥形、椭圆形或矩形结构的凸体。
作为本发明的进一步优化或改进,所述基布为由氯纶、 聚酯纤维或涤纶制成的布料,所述基布厚度为0.5mm-0.7mm。
作为本发明的进一步优化或改进,所述过滤布为由玻璃纤维、丙纶长丝或玄武岩纤维制成的布料,所述滤布厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
作为本发明的进一步优化或改进,所述凸体的高度为 0.35mm-3.0mm。
作为本发明的进一步优化或改进,所述过滤布的表面进行轧光或烧结处理,使其表面光滑、平整、坚固。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供一种复合过滤布,本发明过滤布的表面设有若干凸体,即使在高速过滤、高含尘浓度的条件下工作,也能保持较好的集尘效果,同时粉尘的抖落效果良好,并且滤袋的过滤布不易堵塞,适用于各类工业除尘器,不仅有利于降低滤袋的破损率,延长滤袋的使用寿命,而且能够降低工业除尘器的能耗,提高除尘效果。

实施例1
请参照图1,本优选的实施例提供一种复合过滤布,包括基布1和过滤布2,基布1是由单丝通过纺织而成的经纬交织结构;过滤布2是由多根经线和纬线针刺成型的无纺布结构,基布1和过滤布2通过粘合连接复合为一体,过滤布2的表面设有多个椭圆形结构的凸体3,凸体3的高度为 0.35mm。
进一步地,基布1为由氯纶制成的布料,基布1厚度为0.5mm。过滤布2为由玻璃纤维制成的布料,所述滤布2厚度为0.3mm。过滤布2的表面进行轧光处理,使其表面光滑、平整、坚固。
实施例2
请参照图1,本优选的实施例提供一种复合过滤布,包括基布1和过滤布2,基布1是由复丝通过纺织而成的经纬交织结构;过滤布2是由多根经线和纬线针刺成型的无纺布结构,基布1和过滤布2通过针刺连接复合为一体,过滤布2的表面设有若干椭圆形结构的凸体3,凸体3的高度为 1.3mm。
基布1为由聚酯纤维制成的布料,基布1厚度为0.6mm。过滤布2为由丙纶长丝制成的布料,滤布2厚度为0.4mm。过滤布2的表面进行烧结处理,使其表面光滑、平整、坚固。
实施例3
请参照图1,本优选的实施例提供一种复合过滤布,包括基布1和过滤布2,基布1是由纱线通过纺织而成的经纬交织结构;过滤布2是由若干经线和纬线针刺成型的无纺布结构,基布1和过滤布2通过针刺连接复合为一体,过滤布2的表面设有若干椭圆形结构的凸体3;凸体3的高度为 3.0mm。
基布1为由涤纶制成的布料,基布1厚度为0.7mm。过滤布2为由玄武岩纤维制成的布料,滤布2厚度为0.5mm。过滤布2的表面进行烧结处理,使其表面光滑、平整、坚固。

1.一种复合过滤布,包括基布(1)和过滤布(2),其特征在于:所述基布(1)是由单丝、复丝或纱线通过纺织而成的经纬交织结构;所述过滤布(2)是由若干经线和纬线针刺成型的无纺布结构,所述基布(1)和过滤布(2)通过粘合或针刺连接复合为一体所述过滤布(2)的表面设有若干圆形、锥形、椭圆形或矩形结构的凸体(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合过滤布,其特征在于:所述基布(1)为由氯纶、聚酯纤维或涤纶制成的布料,所述基布(1)厚度为0.5mm-0.7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合过滤布,其特征在于:所述过滤布(2)为由玻璃纤维、丙纶长丝或玄武岩纤维制成的布料,所述滤布(2)厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合过滤布,其特征在于:所述凸体(3)的高度为0.35mm-3.0mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合过滤布,其特征在于:所述过滤布(2)的表面进行轧光或烧结处理,使其表面光滑、平整、坚固。
