The sealing member 300 of the present invention is prepared by the following method: firstly, mixing a sealing element 300 raw material which comprises 10 percent of polypropylene, 65 percent of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer and 25 percent of thermoplastic ethylene propylene diene dynamic vulcanized elastomer, pentaerythritol tetrakis- [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ] and tris- [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite additive by weight of 0.15 percent of the total weight of the mixture, feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder at 190 ℃, plasticizing and shearing the mixture by the extruder, finally conveying the mixture to a circular die, connecting the die with an underwater granulator, cutting the extruded strip fluid into particles by the underwater granulator by using water at the temperature of 20 ℃, dehydrating the particles by a centrifuge, conveying the particles by a pipeline, and conveying and drying the particles by air at the temperature of 40 ℃ in the conveying process, upon completion of drying, pellets of the sealer 300 were obtained.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 4, the infusion bag accessory of this embodiment has the same basic structure as the infusion bag accessory 100 of the first embodiment, but differs from the connection assembly 500 of this embodiment in that the structure thereof is changed.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connection assembly 500 includes a first interface 530 and a second interface 540, the first interface 530 is disposed at an end of the infusion tube 400 relatively far from the lower cover 220 and integrally formed with the infusion tube 400, an external thread 531 is disposed outside the first interface 530, an internal thread 542 is disposed at an end of the second interface 540, the first interface 530 and the second interface 540 are in threaded fit with the external thread 531 through the internal thread 542, and the other end of the second interface 540 is disposed in the infusion bag and welded to the infusion bag.
In conclusion, the parts of the infusion bag are sealed by the easily-torn film, so that the infusion bag is easy to open and convenient to use. The infusion mode breaks through the traditional puncture mode and adopts a novel structure to carry out infusion, the falling scraps in the puncture process of the infusion needle are avoided, and the safety of medication can be greatly improved. Meanwhile, the risk that the infusion apparatus falls off due to the fact that the infusion apparatus is fixed through puncture in the prior art is avoided, and the infusion bag accessory can further avoid the phenomenon that the contact area of the infusion apparatus and the gasket is loosened due to shaking of the infusion apparatus after puncture in the prior art. Meanwhile, the sealing element is formed by injection molding, the preparation process is simple, and the product precision is high. The infusion accessory has the advantages of no deformation, no discoloration, high strength and high safety in the sterilization treatment process at 121 ℃.

Claims (7)

1. An infusion bag accessory is characterized by comprising a cover body, a sealing piece for sealing the cover body, an infusion tube for transporting liquid and a connecting assembly for realizing connection of an infusion bag, wherein the sealing piece is arranged in the cover body and connected with the cover body;
the cover body comprises an upper cover body and a lower cover body, the upper cover body and the lower cover body are welded with the sealing elements which are arranged in the upper cover body and the lower cover body and are connected with the upper cover body and the lower cover body, the sealing elements are movably connected with the upper cover body, and the lower cover body is connected with one end of the infusion tube;
the upper cover body comprises a cover opening piece, a circular truncated cone piece and a first connecting piece connected with the lower cover body in sequence, and the cover opening piece, the circular truncated cone piece and the first connecting piece are movably connected with the sealing piece;
the inner surface of the circular truncated cone is provided with a convex component, and the convex component is movably connected with the sealing element;
the convex component can be displaced relative to the sealing element, so that a gap for liquid to flow out is formed between the upper cover body and the sealing element.

The accessory according to claim 1, wherein the sealing member comprises a soft plug for sealing the opening of the cover and an inner plug for sealing the inside of the cover, the soft plug and the inner plug are both connected to the cover, and one end of the soft plug is connected to the inner plug.
3. The accessory according to claim 2, wherein the outer surface of the inner plug on the side opposite to the soft plug is provided with a recessed component, and the recessed component is connected with the cover body.
4. The accessory of an infusion bag according to claim 1, wherein the coupling assembly comprises a second coupling member that is sleeved on an end of the infusion tube that is relatively far from the cover and is coupled to the infusion tube.
5. The accessory of claim 4, wherein the second connector is fusiform in cross-section.
6. The accessory for an infusion bag according to claim 4, wherein the second connector is provided with fins at opposite ends, the fins being connected to the second connector.
7. An infusion device comprising the infusion bag accessory of claim 1.
