For example: starting up the dual-card terminal after inserting two user cards, wherein only the card 1 belongs to a little operator, and the voice connection function of the machine is in a standby state; the card 1 is using VoLTE voice service as the calling or called party, the local terminal determines that the MCC and MNC information of the card 1 belongs to the operator list only covered by the 4G network, and then the local voice connection function is activated and starts to detect the wireless index and A value of the 4G network to which the card 1 belongs; the voice service is interrupted and is not caused by hanging up of the local terminal, and meanwhile, the local terminal detects that the value A of the wireless index of the 4G network to which the card 1 belongs is smaller than N units; the local terminal automatically dials the opposite terminal user through the card 2, the opposite terminal user selects to answer, and the local terminal user communicates with the opposite terminal user through the card 2.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a dual card terminal, and since the principle of the dual card terminal for solving the problem is similar to the method for the voice service connection of the dual card terminal, the implementation of the dual card terminal may refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated parts are not described again.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention may specifically include:
a first determining unit 11, configured to determine whether a local voice connection function is in a standby state when a voice service is turned on;
a second determining unit 12, configured to determine whether the user card for starting the voice service belongs to an operator covered by only the 4G network when determining that the local voice connection function is in a standby state;
a detecting unit 13, configured to activate a local voice connection function when it is determined that the user card for starting the voice service belongs to an operator covered by only a 4G network, and detect a wireless indicator of the 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs;
and the calling unit 14 is used for calling the opposite terminal through another user card when the detected wireless index is determined not to meet the preset threshold value.
Further, the detecting unit 13 in the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically configured to determine whether the voice service is hung up by the local terminal while determining whether the detected wireless indicator satisfies the preset threshold.
Further, when the dual card terminal supports the dual voice service, the calling unit 14 in the dual card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically configured to hang up the call of the user card that opens the voice service or keep the call of the user card that opens the voice service while calling the opposite terminal through another user card.
Further, the calling unit 14 in the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically configured to call the opposite terminal through another user card when it is determined that the voice service is interrupted and not hung up by the local terminal, and the detected wireless indicator does not meet the preset threshold.
Further, the calling unit 14 in the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically configured to terminate calling the opposite terminal through another user card by dialing an on-hook key of an interface when the opposite terminal is called through another user card.
Further, in the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the dual-card terminal may further include: and a resetting unit 15, configured to restore the standby state of the local voice connection function when it is determined that the call is completed or the call fails after the opposite terminal is answered.
Further, in the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the dual-card terminal may further include: the setting unit 16 is used for reading the MCC and MNC information of two user cards inserted into the local computer after the local computer is started; determining whether the MCC and MNC information of only one user card belongs to an operator only covered by the 4G network according to the MCC and MNC information of two user cards and a pre-stored operator list only covered by the 4G network; if yes, the voice connection function of the local machine is set to be in a standby state; if not, the voice connection function of the local machine is set to be in a closed state.
Further, the detecting unit 13 in the dual-card terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically configured to detect RSRP and SINR reference values of a 4G network to which a user card that starts a voice service belongs.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
The method for voice service connection of the dual-card terminal and the dual-card terminal provided by the embodiment of the application determine whether the voice connection function of the local machine is in a standby state when the voice service is started; after determining that the voice connection function of the local machine is in a standby state, determining whether a user card for starting a voice service belongs to an operator only covered by a 4G network; when determining that the user card for starting the voice service belongs to an operator only covered by the 4G network, activating the voice connection function of the local machine, and detecting the wireless index of the 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs; and calling the opposite terminal through another user card when the detected wireless index is determined not to meet the preset threshold value. Therefore, whether the opposite terminal is called through another user card is determined by detecting the wireless index of the 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs and comparing the wireless index with the preset threshold, so that the operation of manually dialing by the user after the call quality is reduced in the area to which the user belongs because the wireless index of the 4G network is smaller than the preset threshold is avoided, and the experience of the terminal user is improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (14)

1. A method for voice service connection of a dual card terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when starting voice service, determining whether the voice connection function of the local machine is in a standby state;
when the voice connection function of the local machine is in a standby state, determining whether the user card for starting the voice service belongs to an operator only covered by the 4G network;
when the user card for starting the voice service is determined to belong to an operator only covered by the 4G network, activating a local voice connection function, and detecting a wireless index of the 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs;
calling an opposite terminal through another user card when the detected wireless index is determined not to meet a preset threshold;
wherein the other user card belongs to an operator of the multi-network overlay.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the local device supports dual-call voice service, while calling the opposite terminal through another user card, the method further comprises:
hanging up the call of the user card for starting the voice service, or keeping the call of the user card for starting the voice service.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein while the determining whether the detected wireless metric satisfies a preset threshold, further comprising: determining whether the voice service is hung up by a local machine;
when it is determined that the detected wireless indicator does not meet the preset threshold, calling the opposite terminal through another user card specifically includes:
and calling the opposite terminal through another user card when the voice service is determined to be interrupted and not hung up by the local device and the detected wireless index does not meet the preset threshold value.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein when the calling of the opposite terminal is performed through another user card, further comprising:
and terminating the call of the opposite terminal through another user card by dialing an on-hook key of the interface.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the calling the opposite terminal through another user card:
and when the communication is finished or the call is failed after the opposite terminal is answered, restoring the standby state of the local voice connection function.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, further comprising, prior to said initiating voice service:
after the machine is started, reading the information of mobile country codes MCC and mobile network codes MNC of two user cards inserted into the machine;
determining whether the MCC and MNC information of only one user card belongs to the operator covered by the 4G network according to the MCC and MNC information of the two user cards and a pre-stored operator list covered by the 4G network;
if yes, the voice connection function of the local machine is set to be in a standby state; if not, the voice connection function of the local machine is set to be in a closed state.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the detecting the radio indicator of the 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs specifically comprises:
and detecting reference information received power (RSRP) and a signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) reference value of a 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs.
8. A dual card terminal, comprising:
a first determining unit, for determining whether the local voice connection function is in a standby state when the voice service is started;
a second determining unit, configured to determine whether the user card for starting the voice service belongs to an operator covered by only a 4G network when determining that the local voice connection function is in a standby state;
the detection unit is used for activating the local voice connection function and detecting the wireless index of the 4G network to which the user card for starting the voice service belongs when the user card for starting the voice service belongs to the operator only covered by the 4G network;
the calling unit is used for calling the opposite terminal through another user card when the detected wireless index is determined not to meet the preset threshold value;
wherein the other user card belongs to an operator of the multi-network overlay.
9. The dual-card terminal according to claim 8, wherein, when the dual-card terminal supports a dual-call voice service, the calling unit is specifically configured to hang up the call of the user card with the voice service enabled or maintain the call of the user card with the voice service enabled while calling the opposite terminal through another user card.
10. The dual-card terminal of claim 8, wherein the detecting unit is specifically configured to determine whether the voice service is hung up by the local device while determining whether the detected wireless indicator satisfies a preset threshold;
the calling unit is specifically configured to call the opposite terminal through another user card when it is determined that the voice service is interrupted and not hung up by the local device and the detected wireless indicator does not meet a preset threshold.
11. The dual-card terminal according to claim 8, wherein the calling unit is specifically configured to terminate the call to the opposite terminal via the other user card by dialing an on-hook key of the interface when the opposite terminal is called via the other user card.
12. The dual card terminal of claim 8, further comprising: and the resetting unit is used for recovering the standby state of the local voice connection function when the communication is finished or the call is failed after the opposite terminal is answered.
13. The dual card terminal of any of claims 8-12, further comprising: the setting unit is used for reading MCC and MNC information of two user cards inserted into the local machine after the local machine is started; determining whether the MCC and MNC information of only one user card belongs to the operator covered by the 4G network according to the MCC and MNC information of the two user cards and a pre-stored operator list covered by the 4G network; if yes, the voice connection function of the local machine is set to be in a standby state; if not, the voice connection function of the local machine is set to be in a closed state.
14. The dual-card terminal according to any of claims 8 to 12, wherein the detecting unit is specifically configured to detect RSRP and SINR reference values of a 4G network to which the user card that opens voice service belongs.
