本发明公开了一种新型聚冷器,包括金属端面(1),在所述金属端面(1)上设有与其垂直且连为一体的热交换齿片(2):所述聚冷器还设有与端面(1)连为一体并呈近似喇叭形向另一端伸展的周边(3),所述周边(3)将所述齿片(2)包围在其中。这种新型聚冷器具有热交换效率高,能充分利用内胆空间,节约原材料等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于与液体进行热交换的装置,尤其涉及半导体制冷饮水器中向水传递冷量的装置。
背景技术
现有半导体制冷饮水器,一般在聚冷器的端面设有半导体制冷片,半导体致冷片的外侧面产生热量通过散热片及风扇排走,半导体制冷片的内侧面则产生冷量并通过聚冷器传入内胆内的水中。现有聚冷器一般整体上呈棒状,有较长一段伸入内胆中,在伸入部分设有垂直于棒轴的传热片。这种聚冷器由于传热片之间的空隙将聚冷器垂直于传热方向切断,因而热阻大;这种聚冷器工作时与水的热交换主要沿垂直于棒轴的方向进行,不便形成水的上下大循环,亦即不利于水的充分对流。这两种因素都降低了聚冷器的热交换效率。此外,这种聚冷棒长距离伸入内胆中,占用了内胆的有限空间,不经济;这种聚冷棒为一个长长的实心体,浪费了材料,也增加了产品的自重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种新型聚冷器,具有热交换效率高,能充分利用内胆空间,节约原材料等优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型聚冷器,其特征在于:包括金属端面,在所述金属端面上设有与其垂直且连为一体的热交换齿片;所述聚冷器还设有与所述端面连为一体并呈近似喇叭形向另一端伸展的周边,所述周边将所述齿片包围在其中。
如上所述的本发明聚冷器,由于其热交换齿片与端面垂直,齿片的导热方向与端面的导热方向一致,因而热阻小;这种聚冷器安装时位于内胆的上方,沿内胆轴向与水进行热交换,易于形成水的上下大循环,利于水的充分对流。因而这种聚冷器具有热交换效率高的优点。这种聚冷器勿须伸入内胆太多,能充分利用内胆的有限空间。齿片间隙可充分伸至端面内侧,能降低聚冷器材料用量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图2至图5所示的本发明聚冷器,包括金属端面1,在金属端面1上设有与其垂直且连为一体的热交换齿片2。聚冷器设有与端面1连为一体并呈近似喇叭形向另一端伸展的周边3,周边3将齿片2包围在其中。周边3的作用在于与内胆配合联接并实现水密封。在端面1一侧设有螺钉孔4,用于与散热风扇连接。此实施例聚冷器整体呈盘状,也可设计为立方体状或圆柱状。本发明聚冷器一般以铝合金制成较好。

1、一种新型聚冷器,其特征在于:包括金属端面(1),在所述金属端面(1)上设有与其垂直且连为一体的热交换齿片(2);所述聚冷器还设有与端面(1)连为一体并呈近似喇叭形向另一端伸展的周边(3),所述周边(3)将所述齿片(2)包围在其中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型聚冷器,其特征在于:在所述端面(1)一侧设有螺钉孔(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型聚冷器,其特征在于:所述聚冷器整体呈盘状。
