本发明公开了一种密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,包括主动带轮轴、门轴和电机,主动带轮轴与门轴平行设置,电机上设有电机齿轮,主动带轮轴上设有主动带轮轴齿轮,电机齿轮与主动带轮轴齿轮相啮合,主动带轮轴两端各设有一个主动带轮,门轴两端各设有一个门轴带轮,同一端的主动带轮与门轴带轮通过皮带连接,门轴设置在门扇上,电机和主动带轮轴设置在底座上,底座通过焊接方式固定在门框上,底座上腰型孔,门轴通过腰型孔固定在底座上,本发明的一种密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置能允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性,同时能满足180°范围的转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密闭门技术领域,尤其是一种密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置。
背景技术
现有的密闭门的传动机构的输入端为蜗杆传动,输出端为连杆机构或是齿轮齿条副,蜗杆副的传动效率低;并且连杆机构结构复杂、铰点多,容易产生偏载,在锁紧力较大时,齿轮齿条副的承载较大,尺寸规格较大;防潮密闭门从完全关闭到完全打开需要满足180°范围的转动。在关闭时,防潮密闭门的门轴并非在一个固定的位置,而是允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,平开门的自动启闭装置必须针对上述两个特征做出改进才能满足驱动防潮密闭门启闭的要求。
如中国发明专利CN104314394B所公开的一种密闭门的传动机构,包括:门扇、手轮、链条、减速器及至少一个锁紧单元。手轮与减速器连接,减速器设置在门扇上;锁紧单元设置在门扇上;链条安装在减速器的输出端和锁紧单元上。本发明提供的密闭门的传动机构,减速器与锁紧单元之间采用链传动方式,锁紧单元内部采用丝杆传动方式,通过链传动与丝杆传动相结合的形式具有较高的传动效率,该发明的传动机构不能满足密闭门180°范围的转动。
又如中国实用新型专利CN205531843U所公开的一种密闭门,解决了需分别开启关闭每个部分开关,操作过程繁琐的问题,其技术方案要点是一种密闭门,包括门板、门栓和开关,所述门板上安装有与门板转动连接的转盘和用于驱动门栓启闭的连杆组件,所述门栓通过连杆组件与转盘连接,所述转盘与开关之间设有传动机构,所述开关通过传动机构驱动转盘转动连接,该实用新型专利不能使密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,保证密封性。
发明内容
一、要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是针对现有技术所存在的上述缺陷,特提供一种密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,解决防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,并且同时能满足180°范围的转动的问题。
二、技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,包括主动带轮轴、门轴和电机,主动带轮轴与门轴平行设置,电机上设有电机齿轮,主动带轮轴上设有主动带轮轴齿轮,电机齿轮与主动带轮轴齿轮相啮合,主动带轮轴两端各设有一个主动带轮,门轴两端各设有一个门轴带轮,同一端的主动带轮与门轴带轮通过皮带连接,门轴设置在门扇上,电机和主动带轮轴设置在底座上,底座通过焊接方式固定在门框上,底座上腰型孔,门轴通过腰型孔固定在底座上,因此,门轴除绕轴方向的转动外,还能沿腰型孔做短距离的移动,从而实现防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调。
并且,在底座上设有惰轮,惰轮作为通过皮带连接的主动带轮与门轴带轮之间的张紧轮,用以实现皮带的更好运转,还能通过调节惰轮大小应对不同皮带的情况,保证电机动力的正常传输;门轴带轮的腰型孔设在以主动带轮和惰轮为焦点的椭圆轨迹上,因为椭圆上每一点与两个焦点距离的和不变,因此选择合适的安装位置和尺寸,便能保证门轴在腰型孔中运动时皮带不会发生松动,保证传动的平稳性。
其中,门轴通过两端的门轴带轮固定,并在其中转动,门轴焊接在所述门扇上,门轴转动时带动门扇同时转动。
其中,主动带轮轴通过两端的主动带轮固定,并在其中转动,保证了主动带轮的灵活性,使得电机的动力传输稳定。
其中,电机齿轮与主动带轮轴齿轮为斜齿轮,斜齿轮其啮合性好,传动过程平稳、运转噪声小,而且因为重合度大,降低了每对齿轮的载荷,提高了齿轮的承载能力。
其中,皮带材料为橡胶,并且门扇边框设有橡胶密封条,保证了闭合状态下门扇的密封性。
三、有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明特提供一种带传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,能允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性,同时能满足180°范围的转动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明实施例的一种带传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,如图1至图4所示,包括主动带轮轴1、门轴2和电机3,主动带轮轴1与所述门轴2平行设置,电机上设有电机齿轮4,主动带轮轴1上设有主动带轮轴齿轮5,电机齿轮4与主动带轮轴齿轮5相啮合,主动带轮轴1两端各设有一个主动带轮6,门轴2两端各设有一个门轴带轮7,同一端的主动带轮6与门轴带轮7通过皮带8连接,门轴2设置在门扇20上,电机3和主动带轮轴1设置在底座30上,底座30通过焊接固定在门框40上,底座30上腰型孔9,门轴2通过腰型孔9固定在底座30上,因此,门轴2除绕轴方向的转动外,还能沿腰型孔9做短距离的移动,从而实现防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,能把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性。
如图2所示,在底座30上设有惰轮10,惰轮10作为通过皮带8连接的主动带轮6与门轴带轮7之间的张紧轮,用以实现皮带8的更好运转,还能通过调节惰轮10大小应对不同皮带8的情况,保证电机3动力的正常传输;同时,将门轴带轮7的腰型孔9设在以主动带轮6和惰轮10为焦点的椭圆轨迹上,因为椭圆上每一点与两个焦点距离的和不变,因此选择合适的安装位置和尺寸,保证腰型孔9的中心线与此椭圆的轨迹近似重合,便能保证皮带8长度的需求不变,从而使得门轴2在腰型孔9中运动时皮带8不会发生松动,保证传动的平稳性;同时满足防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调以及180°范围的转动的要求。
如图5所示,其中门轴2通过两端的门轴带轮7固定,并在其中转动,门轴2焊接在所述门扇20上,门轴2转动时带动门扇20同时转动;并且主动带轮轴1通过两端的主动带轮6固定,并在其中转动,保证了主动带轮6的灵活性,使得电机的动力传输稳定、持续。
其中,电机齿轮4与主动带轮轴齿轮5为斜齿轮,斜齿轮其啮合性好,传动过程平稳、运转噪声小,而且因为重合度大,降低了每对齿轮的载荷,提高了齿轮的承载能力,相较于直齿轮效果更佳。
其中,皮带8材料为橡胶,使用寿命长;门扇20边框设有橡胶密封条,保证了闭合状态下门扇20的密封性,同时起到保护门扇20边框的作用。
当门停止在关闭位置时,门轴2可以在腰型孔9中有微小的沿腰型孔9方向的位移,门锁紧可以使橡胶密封条很好的贴合,保证良好的密封效果。当门需要自动开启时,电机3接收到开启信号,带动电机齿轮4转动,电机齿轮4驱动主动带轮轴齿轮5转动,主动带轮轴齿轮5带动两端的主动带轮6转动,驱动对应的惰轮10和门轴带轮7转动,门轴2两端的门轴带轮7带动门轴2转动从而使门扇20开启,如图5所示,当门扇20开度达到180°时,电机3停止转动。当门需要自动关闭时,电机3从接受到关闭信号,反方向转动,从而通过上述的装置带动门扇20反向转动,当门完全关闭时,电机3停止转动。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,所述密封好的传动防潮密闭门自动启闭装置包括主动带轮轴(1)、门轴(2)和电机(3),其特征在于:所述主动带轮轴(1)与所述门轴(2)平行设置,所述电机上设有电机齿轮(4),所述主动带轮轴(1)上设有主动带轮轴齿轮(5),所述电机齿轮(4)与主动带轮轴齿轮(5)相啮合,所述主动带轮轴(1)两端各设有一个主动带轮(6),所述门轴(2)两端各设有一个门轴带轮(7),同一端的所述主动带轮(6)与门轴带轮(7)通过皮带(8)连接,所述门轴(2)设置在门扇(20)上,所述电机(3)和主动带轮轴(1)设置在底座(30)上,所述底座(30)固定在门框(40)上,所述底座(30)上腰型孔(9),所述门轴(2)通过腰型孔(9)固定在底座(30)上;
底座(30)上设有惰轮(10),所述惰轮(10)作为通过皮带(8)连接的主动带轮(6)与门轴带轮(7)之间的张紧轮;腰型孔(9)设在以主动带轮(6)轴心和惰轮(10)轴心为焦点的椭圆轨迹上;
所述门轴(2)通过两端的门轴带轮(7)固定,并在其中转动;
所述主动带轮轴(1)通过两端的主动带轮(6)固定,并在其中转动。
