The first weighing and conveying device and the second weighing and conveying device are placed in parallel and aligned, and the lengths of the first weighing and conveying device and the second weighing and conveying device are consistent, so that the transportation and the screening of separated products are facilitated.
The first screening device and the second screening device are identical in component parts and comprise a connecting block and a universal wheel. The universal wheels are connected with the connecting blocks in linear arrangement and are positioned in holes above the connecting blocks. The first screening device and the second screening device are consistent in size and are placed in parallel and aligned, the running speed of universal wheels of the two screening devices is linearly related to the speed of the universal wheels in the separating device, and qualified products can be conveniently returned to the second conveying device one by one in order.

The following describes the device for on-line parallel weighing and detecting of small-sized products in detail by means of specific examples and drawings, but it does not limit the claims of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention relates to an online parallel weighing detection device for small-size products (a weighing detection device is shown in fig. 1 and 2 for short), which comprises a first conveying device 1, a separation device 2, a first weighing conveying device 3, a second weighing conveying device 4, a first screening device 5, a second screening device 6 and a second conveying device 7.
The first conveyor 1 is located the initial position, separator 2 is located the end of first conveyor 1 and links to each other with it, first weighing conveyor 3 is located separator 2 left side, its initial end is dependent with the end of first conveyor 1, the second weighing conveyor 4 is located separator 2's right-hand member, its initial end is parallel and level with the initial end of first weighing conveyor 3, first sieving mechanism 5 is located the end of first weighing conveyor 3 and links to each other with it, second sieving mechanism 6 is located the end of second weighing conveyor 4 and links to each other with it, second conveyer 7 is located between two sieving mechanisms, and lie in straight line with first conveyor 1.
The first conveyor 1 comprises a motor 1.1, a support 1.2, an initial shaft 1.3, a conveyor belt 1.4, a terminal shaft 1.5. The initial shaft 1.3 and the tail end shaft 1.5 are positioned at two ends and connected through the conveyor belt 1.4, and the bracket 1.2 is positioned below the conveyor belt 1.4 for supporting. The first conveyor end shaft 1.5 is connected with the connecting block 2.1 of the separating device 2, so that the small-sized products 8 can be transported stably and excessively to the separating device 2 without damaging the products.
The separating apparatus 2 comprises a connecting block 2.1 and a castor 2.2. The universal wheel 2.2 is connected with the connecting block 2.1 in a linear arrangement and is positioned in a hole above the connecting block 2.1. The first weighing and conveying device 3 and the second weighing and conveying device 4 are identical in component parts, except that serial numbers are different, and the working principles are the same. The first weighing conveyer 3 comprises a motor 3.1, an initial shaft 3.2, a weighing conveyer belt 3.3, a bracket 3.4 and a terminal shaft 3.5. The second weighing conveyer 4 comprises a motor 4.1, an initial shaft 4.2, a weighing conveyer belt 4.3, a bracket 4.4 and a terminal shaft 4.5. The first weighing and conveying device 3 and the second weighing and conveying device 4 are placed in parallel and aligned, the lengths of the first weighing and conveying device and the second weighing and conveying device are consistent, and the small-size products 8 can be conveniently transported and screened after being separated.
The first screening device 5 and the second screening device 6 are identical in component parts, but different in serial number, and the working principle is the same. The first screening device 5 comprises a connecting block 5.1 and a universal wheel 5.2, wherein the universal wheel 5.2 is connected with the connecting block 5.1 to form linear arrangement, and the linear arrangement is positioned in a hole above the connecting block 5.1. The second screening device 6 comprises a connection block 6.1 and a universal wheel 6.2. The first screening device 5 and the second screening device 6 are consistent in size and are placed in parallel and aligned, the running speed of the universal wheels of the two screening devices is in linear correlation with the speed of the universal wheels 2.2 on the separating device 2, and qualified small-specification products 8 can be orderly returned to the second conveying device 7 one by one.
The second conveying device 7 is identical to the first conveying device 1 in structural shape and size, the second conveying device 7 comprises a motor 7.1, a bracket 7.2, an initial shaft 7.3, a conveying belt 7.4 and a tail end shaft 7.5, and the working principle of the second conveying device is the same except that the serial numbers are different.
The working principle of the weighing detection device of the invention is as follows:
after the device is electrified and operated, small-specification products 8 are transported forwards under the action of the first conveying device 1, the small-specification products 8 are stably transited to the separating device 2 under the action of the first conveying device 1 when passing through the tail end shaft 1.5 of the first conveying device 1, the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the universal wheels 2.2 are set according to the transporting speed of the small-specification products 8 on the production line, so that the small-specification products 8 can sequentially leftwards and rightwards respectively enter the first weighing conveying device 3 and the second weighing conveying device 4 one by one, the small-specification products 8 are weighed in an on-line parallel manner, detection of each product is realized, the small-specification products 8 on the first weighing conveying device 3 and the second weighing conveying device 4 respectively enter the first screening device 5 and the second screening device 6 after being weighed, the qualified small-specification products 8 sequentially return to the second conveying device 7 through the universal wheels 5.2 and the universal wheels 6.2, and the unqualified small-specification products 8 are removed through the universal wheels in the screening devices, and accordingly the on-line weighing detection of the small-specification products 8 on the production line is realized.

the separating device comprises a connecting block and universal wheels, wherein the universal wheels are connected with the connecting block and are arranged in a linear manner and are positioned in holes above the connecting block; the rotation direction of the universal wheel in the separating device is determined according to the conveying speed of the products on the production line, so that the small-specification products can be separated one by one in sequence leftwards and rightwards;
the first screening device and the second screening device are identical in component parts and comprise a connecting block and a universal wheel; the universal wheels of the two screening devices are connected with the connecting block to form linear arrangement and are positioned in the hole above the connecting block; the first screening device and the second screening device are consistent in size and are placed in parallel and aligned, the running speed of universal wheels of the two screening devices is linearly related to the speed of the universal wheels in the separating device, and qualified products can be conveniently returned to the second conveying device one by one in order.
