The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1-3, a first embodiment of a conveying device 100 of a sugar cane harvester of the present invention is shown, in which the conveying device 100 of the sugar cane harvester comprises a driving member 10, a transmission member 20, a conveying belt 30 and a plurality of positioning members 40.
The driver 10 includes a first gear 12 and a third gear 16. The transmission member 20 is a chain. Each positioning member 40 includes a locking portion 44 and two elastic portions 46. Each elastic portion 46 includes an elastic plate 460 and a plurality of elastic protrusions 462. A plurality of elastic protrusions 462 are fixed to the elastic plate 460 and the ends of the plurality of elastic protrusions 462 away from the elastic plate 460 are V-shaped (i.e., the length of the elastic protrusions 462 at both ends is greater than the length of the middle elastic protrusion 462). The latch portion 44 is U-shaped, and two elastic plates 460 are fixed to the end of the latch portion 44. The latch portion 44 and the elastic portions 46 form a housing portion 45. The two elastic plates 460 are located on the same straight line. In one embodiment, the locking portion 44 and the two elastic plates 460 are integrally formed. The plurality of elastic protrusions 462 are made of rubber.
When the conveying device 100 of the sugar cane harvester is assembled, the transmission member 20 is engaged with the first gear 12 and the third gear 16, and the conveyor belt 30 is mounted on the transmission member 20. The buckling part 44 of each positioning member 40 is fixedly connected with the conveying belt 30, and the included angle between each positioning member 40 and the conveying belt 30 is 60-120 degrees. The positioning members 40 are divided into a plurality of rows and fixed on the conveyer belt 30, and the connecting line of the accommodating part 45 of each row of positioning members 40 is parallel to the moving direction of the conveyer belt 30. The opening of each receiving portion 45 faces the extending direction of the conveyor belt 30.
When the conveying device 100 of the sugarcane harvester is used, sugarcane crops fall onto the conveying belt 30 after being cut, and at the moment, the elastic bulge 462 is in contact with the sugarcane, so that the acting force generated by collision is reduced, and the sugarcane is prevented from being damaged by collision. And after the sugarcane contacts with the elastic bulge 462, the elastic plate 460 deforms, so that the sugarcane rolls to the accommodating part 45, and the stem leaves of the sugarcane are abutted against the edge of the buckling part 44, so that the sugarcane is buckled on the positioning part. The sugar cane on the elastic part 46 is buckled with the V-shaped elastic lug, so that the sugar cane can be prevented from rolling off the conveying belt 30.
With continued reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a second embodiment of a conveying device 100 for a sugar cane harvester of the present invention, in which the conveying device 100 for a sugar cane harvester has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, except that: the latch portion 44 is V-shaped.
With continuing reference to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5-6 illustrate a third embodiment of a conveying device 100 for a sugar cane harvester of the present invention, in which the conveying device 100 is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that: the direction of fixing the plurality of positioning members 40 to the conveyer belt 30 is different from the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the plurality of positioning members 40 are divided into a plurality of rows and fixed to the conveyer belt 30, and the connection line of the receiving portion 45 of each row of positioning members 40 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the conveyer belt 30. The opening of each accommodating portion 45 faces the width direction of the conveyor belt 30.
With continuing reference to fig. 7-9, fig. 7-9 illustrate a fourth embodiment of a sugar cane harvester conveyor 100 of the present invention, in which the conveyor 100 is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that: each positioning member 40 includes a locking portion 44 and a resilient portion 46. The elastic portion 46 includes an elastic plate 460, a first fixing piece 463, and a second fixing piece 465. The first fixing piece 463 and the second fixing piece 465 are fixed at both ends to the fastening portion 44. The elastic plate 460 is fixed between the first fixing piece 463 and the second fixing piece 465. The dry positioning members 40 are divided into a plurality of rows and fixed on the conveyer belt 30, and the connecting line of the accommodating parts 45 of each row of positioning members 40 is vertical to the moving direction of the conveyer belt 30. The opening of each accommodating portion 45 faces the width direction of the conveyor belt 30.
With continuing reference to fig. 10, fig. 10 shows a fifth embodiment of a conveying device 100 for a sugar cane harvester of the present invention, in which the conveying device 100 for a sugar cane harvester has substantially the same structure as that of the first embodiment, except that: the buckling part 44 is linear, and the number of the elastic parts 46 is one.
The conveying device 100 of the sugarcane harvester can prevent the sugarcane from rolling off from the conveying belt through the positioning piece 40, and the elastic part 46 reduces the acting force generated by the collision of the sugarcane and the conveying belt 30 and prevents the sugarcane from being damaged by collision.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
