ムに取付けた可撓ガイドとそれに対向して設けた
スターホイールにより案内されて掻込まれるが、
その穀稈は可撓ガイドを押し拡げ可撓ガイドの後
端部を横送りされて来る穀稈の通路を閉鎖するご
とくなす。そのため横送りされて来た穀稈は可撓
ガイドにより通路を遮断されることになり、搬送
詰り、および搬送乱れを生じ円滑な搬送ができな
いという欠陥があつた。

ることになり、案内ガイド自体が穀稈により変形
を生じ、実質的に可撓ガイドのストツパとしての
作用を奏することができないという欠点があつ
た。
