The invention discloses a control box with fire extinguishing and smoke discharging functions, which comprises a control box, smoke discharging holes, a mounting plate, a packing box, a cover plate, a connecting sheet, a gas filling cavity, a vertical connecting rod, a sealing plate, a connecting column, a horizontal connecting rod, a fixing connecting rod, a baffle plate, a fire extinguishing bottle, a high-pressure spray head and a fixing sleeve. The fire extinguishing device is reasonable in structural design, and the fire extinguishing device in the whole box body does not need an extra electrical control structure, so that other devices needing power supply are prevented from being arranged in the controller, the circuit structure of the control box is simplified, and meanwhile, the situation that the fire extinguishing device is out of order after devices such as a sensor are damaged in the ignition process is avoided; besides fire extinguishing, the smoke dust generated by fire can be discharged out of the box body under the condition of not affecting the integral structure of the control box, so that the maintenance of workers is facilitated.
