Abstract
本发明一种模块化的吸声墙,包括吸声墙本体,吸声墙本体上设有凹槽,凹槽呈方形结构,凹槽内设有吸音模块,吸声墙体内部设有加强构件,加强构件为截面呈锯齿形的钢板;吸音模块包括隔音棉板,隔音棉板底部设置有石棉橡胶板,顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵;隔音棉板内设有第一加强钢板、第二加强钢板以及玻璃纤维棉层,第一加强钢板呈平板型结构,玻璃纤维棉层数量为两个,分别位于第一加强钢板两侧,玻璃纤维棉层由多层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成;第二加强钢板在膈应棉板内部位于第一加强钢板下方位置,第二加强钢板截面呈S形结构,吸音模块通过胶粘的方式固定在凹槽内部。

本发明涉及一种模块化的吸声墙。
背景技术
随着现代化社会的不断发展,人们对噪声污染的治理越来越重视。吸声墙作为现代人处理噪音的重要手段,其缺点为需要现场制作,工序复杂,耗时耗力,难以满足现代人快速搞笑的生活节奏。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种模块化的吸声墙,模块化吸音结构采用多层不同的隔音构件,大大提高吸声墙的使用效果。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种模块化的吸声墙,其特征在于,包括吸声墙本体,所述吸声墙本体上设有凹槽,所述凹槽呈方形结构,所述凹槽内设有吸音模块,所述吸声墙体内部设有加强构件,所述加强构件为截面呈锯齿形的钢板;所述吸音模块包括隔音棉板,所述隔音棉板底部设置有石棉橡胶板,顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵;所述隔音棉板内设有第一加强钢板、第二加强钢板以及玻璃纤维棉层,所述第一加强钢板呈平板型结构,所述玻璃纤维棉层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强钢板两侧,所述玻璃纤维棉层由多层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成;所述第二加强钢板在所述膈应棉板内部位于所述第一加强钢板下方位置,所述第二加强钢板截面呈S形结构,所述吸音模块通过胶粘的方式固定在所述凹槽内部。
上述一种模块化的吸声墙,其中,所述玻璃纤维棉层有5层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成。
本发明的有益效果为:
采用多层不同的吸音构件,大大提高吸音模块的使用效果,在隔音棉板底部设置石棉橡胶板,其橡胶天然的弹性结构,可起到减震的效果。顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵,构成外部的吸音层,因此能够产生很好的吸音效果,做到有效降噪。
内部设置双重钢板结构,独特的S型结构第二加强钢板,承压力度大,有利于隔音模块强度的增加,不易损坏。
特殊的凹槽设计,使得吸音模块能够很好的嵌合在吸声墙内,且吸声墙内部设置的锯齿形加强构件,也能很好的加强墙体的强度和承压性能。
