Abstract
本发明一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块,包括隔音棉板,所述隔音棉板底部设置有石棉橡胶板,顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵;所述隔音棉板内设有第一加强钢板、第二加强钢板以及玻璃纤维棉层,所述第一加强钢板呈平板型结构,所述玻璃纤维棉层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强钢板两侧,所述玻璃纤维棉层由多层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成;所述第二加强钢板在所述膈应棉板内部位于所述第一加强钢板下方位置,所述第二加强钢板截面呈S形结构。多层不同的隔音构件,大大提高隔音模块的隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块。
背景技术
目前声学实验测试窗由于其特殊的工作环境,需要添加隔音装置。市场上的隔音装置所用的隔音模块大多为单层或多层隔音垫或隔音棉构成,其质量难以满足越来越高的隔音要求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块,多层不同的隔音构件,大大提高隔音模块的隔音效果。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块,其特征在于,包括隔音棉板,所述隔音棉板底部设置有石棉橡胶板,顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵;所述隔音棉板内设有第一加强钢板、第二加强钢板以及玻璃纤维棉层,所述第一加强钢板呈平板型结构,所述玻璃纤维棉层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强钢板两侧,所述玻璃纤维棉层由多层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成;所述第二加强钢板在所述膈应棉板内部位于所述第一加强钢板下方位置,所述第二加强钢板截面呈S形结构。
上述一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块,其中,所述玻璃纤维棉层有5层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明相比于普通隔音棉构成的隔音装置,采用多层不同的隔音构件,大大提高隔音模块的隔音效果。
在隔音棉板底部设置石棉橡胶板,其橡胶天然的弹性结构,可起到减震的效果。顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵,构成外部的吸音层,因此能够产生很好的吸音效果,做到有效降噪。
内部设置双重钢板结构,独特的S型结构第二加强钢板,承压力度大,有利于隔音模块强度的增加,不易损坏。

1.一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块,其特征在于,包括隔音棉板,所述隔音棉板底部设置有石棉橡胶板,顶部和四周设置包覆有吸音多孔海绵;所述隔音棉板内设有第一加强钢板、第二加强钢板以及玻璃纤维棉层,所述第一加强钢板呈平板型结构,所述玻璃纤维棉层数量为两个,分别位于所述第一加强钢板两侧,所述玻璃纤维棉层由多层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成;所述第二加强钢板在所述膈应棉板内部位于所述第一加强钢板下方位置,所述第二加强钢板截面呈S形结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于声学实验测试窗的隔音模块,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维棉层有5层玻璃纤维棉堆叠而成。
