Abstract

本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,其特点为采用超细矿物掺合料和高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐,适量掺加低弹性模量的有机合成纤维和高效减水剂,混合粉磨制成;用本发明掺量为10~35%制成的彩色混凝土地面砖可保证色彩均匀,降低面层退色速度,降低面层的渗透性,避免有害质的侵入,从而提高地面砖的耐久性,延长其使用寿命。

Description

混凝土彩色地面砖抗碱防裂专用外加剂及其使用方法
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,特别涉及一种新型防止混凝土彩色地面砖开裂返碱的外加剂的制备。
混凝土彩色地面砖表面返碱是一个普遍问题。它将严重影响其外观质量。其原因是在混凝土水化硬化期间,生成大量氢氧化钙。这些氢氧化钙顺硬化混凝土中的毛细孔道渗出表面,与空气中的二氧化碳反应,生成碳酸钙沉淀,导致返碱。混凝土彩色地面砖的面层与基层的配方不同。当二者的收缩系数相差较大时,将导致混凝土彩色地面砖表面开裂,会影响其使用寿命。
国内外针对上述两个问题曾研究了一些解决办法。主要是采用有机聚合物乳液掺入混凝土拌合物中,堵塞硬化混凝土的毛细孔道,使氢氧化钙不能渗出,从而避免返碱现象的发生。同时增加地面砖的表面光洁度。如苏州水泥混凝土制品研究院的混凝土地面砖光亮剂。但经地面砖生产厂家试用,这种光亮剂对于棰击成型的干硬性混凝土地面砖的返碱,抑制效果不好。对于面层开裂,则尚未有专门的防止办法。
本发明为克服已有技术的不足之处,采用消堵结合的新技术思路,将有机——无机材料复合掺加到混凝土中,使之与氢氧化钙反应,生成不溶于水的产物;同时有机物质与纤维可堵塞毛细孔道,增加面层的抗裂能力,从而达到防止混凝土彩色地面砖开裂返碱的目的。
本发明提出一种混凝土彩色地面砖抗碱防裂专用外加剂,其特征在于,采用超细矿物掺合料和高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐,适量掺加低弹性模量的有机合成纤维和高效减水剂,混合粉磨制成;各组分的配方为:
超细矿物掺合料:                  100份
高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐:        2~7份
有机合成纤维                      0~0.2份
高效减水剂                    0~2份
本发明所说的超细矿物掺合料可为磨细矿渣、粉煤灰、沸石粉、硅灰等之一种或多种复合。
高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐可为:硬脂酸,软脂酸,硬脂酸镁,硬脂酸锌之一种。
有机合成纤维可为聚丙烯纤维(单丝,磨裂),尼龙纤维之一种。
本发明的使用方法为:所说的抗碱防裂专用外加剂等量替代混凝土彩色地面砖面层混凝土中的水泥量的10~35%;将抗碱防裂专用外加剂与面层混凝土的其它组分及65%~90%的水泥同时加入搅拌机中,预拌后加水搅拌;调整加水量,以保证混凝土拌合物具有同样的工作度;砖成型后在潮湿环境中养护。
混凝土彩色地面砖基层混凝土的配比中,在不影响地面砖的强度的前提下,可用超细矿物掺合料。
采用本发明可保证彩色混凝土地面砖的色彩均匀,降低面层退色速度,降低面层的渗透性,避免有害质的侵入,从而提高地面砖的耐久性,延长其使用寿命。如采用磨细矿渣为主的配方,产品的材料成本基本相同,但售价可提高1~~2元/平方米。
本发明配方的实施例为:
配方1:磨细矿渣100份,硬脂酸3份,萘系高效减水剂0.5份,掺量30%。
配方2:沸石粉100份,硬脂酸7份,杜拉(Dura)纤维1份,萘系高效减水剂1.0份,掺量10%。
配方3:一级粉煤灰90份,硅灰10份,硬脂酸镁4份,聚丙烯纤维1份,三聚氰胺系高效减水剂0.5份,掺量20%。
本发明使用方法的实施例为:用上述两种配方之一种与面层混凝土的其它组分及水泥同时加入搅拌机中,预拌一分钟后加水。调整加水量,以保证混凝土拌合物具有同样的工作度。砖成型后应在温度高于15℃的潮湿环境中养护三天以上。

Claims (3)

1.一种混凝土彩色地面砖抗碱防裂专用外加剂,其特征在于,采用超细矿物掺合料和高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐,适量掺加低弹性模量的有机合成纤维和高效减水剂,混合粉磨制成;各组分的配方为:
超细矿物掺合料:                 100份
高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐:        2~7份
有机合成纤维:                   0~0.2份
高效减水剂:                     0~2份。所说的超细矿物掺合料可为磨细矿渣、粉煤灰、沸石粉、硅灰等之一种或多种复合。所说的高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸盐可为:硬脂酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌之一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的混凝土彩色地面砖抗碱防裂专用外加剂,其特征在于,所说的有机合成纤维可为聚丙烯纤维、尼龙纤维之一种。
3.采用如权利要求1所述的混凝土彩色地面砖抗碱防裂专用外加剂的使用方法,包括用所说的抗碱防裂专用外加剂等量替代混凝土彩色地面砖面层混凝土中的水泥量的10~35%;将抗碱防裂专用外加剂与面层混凝土的其它组分及65%~90%的水泥同时加入搅拌机中,预拌后加水搅拌;调整加水量,砖成型后在潮湿环境中养护。
