Description

Conveying device for packaging devices
Technical Field
The invention relates to a conveying device for packaging devices. By means of which in particular a large number of medication packaging devices can be delivered.
Background
From the prior art, a plurality of different transport devices for packaging components are known. The packaging means are in particular glass containers which carry the pharmaceutical product. The packaging devices should preferably not touch each other during transport. For this purpose, various systems are known from the prior art. For example, the packaging means can be lifted by a ram inside the holding device, removed from the packaging aids by a robot and inserted into the screw conveyor. On the other hand, it is known to strip the packaging components from the packaging aids by means of separate machines and to dispense them by means of 45 ° wheels (45 ° -Rad) in order to subsequently load the packaging components into a lattice-like strip. The lattice-like strip has a plurality of individual segments which can each receive a packaging element and which are connected by a hinge.
Special care is required if sensitive products are packaged in the packaging device in order to exclude damage to the packaging device. This cannot be achieved with the known transport systems.
Disclosure of Invention
The transport device according to the invention allows simple and safe handling, in particular transport, of the packaging means. The packaging means are arranged in a contactless manner with respect to one another. The transport device for the packaging means comprises at least one carriage module, a lattice belt and a transfer module. The slide module is used for receiving a plurality of packaging devices. The packaging devices may be suspended into a lattice-like strip. The transfer module is configured for transferring the packaging devices from the sledge module into the lattice-like belt. In this arrangement, the carriage module exhibits an access opening through which the packaging means can be inserted into the conveying device. The packaging devices can be transported to another work station by means of the lattice-like belt. The carriage module is movably configured. The carriage module is thus movable in order to transport the packaging means. In this manner, the wrapper may be transported to the take-out region. The packaging component can be gripped by the transfer module at the removal region. The packaging components can therefore be transferred from the slide modules into the lattice-like strip only when the slide modules are located in the removal region. The removal region is in particular a single removal position in which the carriage module must be located. The packaging devices are arranged in a contactless manner with respect to one another both in the carriage module and in the lattice belt and transfer module. In this way it is ensured that the packaging devices can be kept out of contact with each other during the entire transport inside the transport device. Furthermore, a protective handling of the packaging device is ensured.
In addition, a development of the invention is provided.
Preferably, the transport device has a plurality of carriage modules. In this case, it is provided in particular that the carriage modules are coupled in terms of their mobility. In this way, a plurality of packaging devices can be transported successively to the removal area. The plurality of slides can simultaneously achieve a damping, so that the packaging means is reliably present at the removal region. Thus, the transfer device may continuously transfer wrapper elements into the grid belts. In this way, a high throughput of packaging devices for transport is ensured.
The transport device can particularly advantageously be filled manually by a user for packaging the components. This means that the sledge module can be equipped by the user. Thus, the user can provide the carriage without the packaging means with the packaging means. The slide then transports the packaged device to a take-out area. If, as mentioned above, advantageously a plurality of slide modules are present, the user can gradually fill all the slide modules, wherein the slide modules gradually feed the packaging means onto the removal region. It is thus ensured that there is always a slide module filled with packaging components in the removal region.
Preferably, the carriage module can be moved from the loading area to the removal area and from the removal area via the return area back to the loading area. Thus, the slider module goes through a cycle. Along the equipping zone, the slide modules can be equipped with packaging means. As mentioned above, the slide module can be filled manually by a user in particular for packaging the components. In the interior of the assembly area, there are advantageously several carriage modules, which are all continuously moved in the direction of the removal area. When the removal region is reached, the carriage modules are emptied by the transfer device, wherein the carriage modules are moved back into the loading region via a return region which is advantageously located below the loading region.
The transfer module is advantageously designed to transfer the individual packaging elements of a carriage module or all packaging elements simultaneously into the lattice belt. In this way, the carriage module can be emptied, whereby the packaging means of the carriage module are all located in the lattice-like strip after the transfer. In this case, it is ensured at any time that the packaging components do not touch one another. Thus, there is a protective transport of the packaging device.
The conveying device also has a control device. The control device is used for operating the sliding seat module and/or the transfer module and/or the lattice belt. Preferably, the carriage module, the transfer module and the lattice-like belt have a common control device. In addition, it is particularly advantageously provided that a common control device is present for actuating the transport device and the other workstations present.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the control device is designed to move the carriage module away from the removal region when all packaging means of the carriage module have been transferred by the transfer module. In this way, it is ensured that all the packaging elements of a carriage module are transferred into the lattice-like strip. The carriage module can then be returned for further assembly, in particular via the aforementioned return region.
It is furthermore preferably provided that the lattice-like strip comprises a plurality of receiving elements. The control device is designed to continue the movement of the lattice-shaped strip after the transfer of the packaging means from the carriage module into the lattice-shaped strip by the transfer module. Here, the lattice-like belt is stationary during the transfer process by the transfer module. Said further movement after transfer goes through the same number of receiving elements as the packaging devices that have been transferred into the lattice-like belt by the transfer module. It is thus ensured that always enough receiving elements are free to receive all the packaged components that can be transferred simultaneously from the slide module into the lattice strip by the transfer module.
The delivery device advantageously constitutes a packaging means for delivering the drug. It is therefore provided, inter alia, that the packaging device contains a pharmaceutical product. Due to the contactless delivery, the delivery device is optimally suited for delivering sensitive pharmaceutical products.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 schematically shows a conveying device 1 according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 and 3 show a detailed view of the conveyor 1 in fig. 1.
The transport device 1 comprises a plurality of slide modules 3. This can be seen in particular in fig. 3. The slide module 3 is intended to receive a packaging device 2. The packaging means 2 are removed manually from the storage, in particular by means of a gripper 13, and inserted into the carriage module 3. In this case, it is provided that the packaging components that can be received by each carriage module 3 are an integer multiple of the number of packaging components 2 to be gripped by the gripper 13. The packaging means 2 can be transported by means of the carriage module 3 to the removal region 6. This can be seen advantageously in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 shows a side view of the conveying device 1. The plurality of carriage modules 3 are coupled to one another in motion and successively pass first through the loading region 8 and then through the removal region 6 in order finally to be returned to the loading region 8 via the return region 9. In the mounting region 8, each carriage module 3 can be mounted, in particular by means of a gripper 13 shown in fig. 1, for packaging the components 2. Thus, the equipping is advantageously carried out manually.
Fig. 2 shows an exemplary illustration of seven carriage modules 3 in total inside the assembly region 8. Thus, there is a damping action, by which it is ensured that the loaded slide modules 3 can be guided to the removal region 6 at any time.
On the removal region 6, the packaging devices 2 can be gripped by the transfer module 4 and can be suspended into the lattice-like belt 5. The lattice belt 5 is used to transport the packaging devices 2 to another work station 12. Further processing of the packaging devices 2 can be effected in said further work station 12.
Both inside the lattice-like strip 5 and inside the carriage module 3 and inside the transfer module 4 ensure that the packaging components 2 are arranged in a contactless manner. Thus, the following transport of the packaging device can be achieved: careful handling of the packaged device 2 is achieved in this transport. Furthermore, by suspending the packaging devices 2 into the lattice-like strips 5, damage to the closure of the packaging devices is avoided. The diameter of the packaging device closure may also be larger than the diameter of the packaging device 2 itself.
The packaging device 2 is in particular a packaging device 2 for pharmaceutical products. The packaging device 2 is substantially cylindrically configured. Particularly advantageously, the packaging device 2 is a medical syringe. Especially in the case of highly sensitive and/or expensive pharmaceutical products, a safer and more reliable delivery is advantageous. This is ensured by a contactless arrangement inside the conveying device 1.
In particular, all packaging means 2 of a carriage module 3 can be suspended simultaneously in the lattice strip 5 by the transfer module 4. The lattice-like strip 5 has a plurality of receiving elements 11, wherein each packaging element 2 can be suspended into one receiving element 11. The carriage modules 3 can thus be emptied simply and quickly, so that the movement of the carriage modules 3 can take place, in particular during the transfer process of the packaging means 2 from the carriage modules 3 to the lattice strips 5, so that after the transfer has ended, i.e. in particular after the suspension of the packaging means 2 into the lattice strips 5, new carriage modules 3 which have been filled with packaging means 2 are ready on the removal region 6.
The transport device 1 also has a control device 10. The control device 10 serves in particular to actuate the carriage modules 3, the transfer modules 4 and the lattice belts 5. Furthermore, the control device 10 is designed to control the further workstation 12. The control device 10 is in particular part of an overall control device for an overall installation into which the conveying device 1 is inserted.
The control device 10 serves in particular to control the lattice strip 5 after the packaging means 2 have been transferred out of the slide module 3. In particular, the control device 10 is provided here to move the lattice belt 5 past a certain number of receiving elements 11 after the transfer. This number corresponds to the number of packaging devices 2 transferred simultaneously into the lattice-like band 5 by the transfer module 4. It is thus ensured that sufficient space is available inside the lattice-like strip 5 for a further transfer process by means of the transfer module 4.
The control device 10 is also used in particular to control the movement of the carriage module 3. Advantageously, the movement of the carriage module 3 can be a continuous movement, wherein it is ensured that the carriage module 3 is emptied by the transfer module 4 within the removal region 6. Alternatively, the carriage modules 3 are moved in sections, so that one carriage module always rests on the removal region 6 until the transfer process is completed. In this case, a sufficiently large buffer area is always available via the mounting area 8, in which buffer area the carriage modules 3 can be filled with new packaging means 2 from a magazine or the like.
The conveyor 1 enables fully automatic handling of the packaging devices 2. Only the insertion into the transport device 1 is carried out manually. All further processes, in particular all further processes, can be automated and are therefore operator-independent. It is thus ensured that the packaging devices are always arranged in a contactless manner within the conveying device. Thus, damage to the packaged device is almost eliminated.
