本发明涉及共享单车领域,尤其涉及一种带风力发电装置及毛刷的共享单车车篮。
背景技术:
近两年共享单车迅速占领了各个城市,目前,共享单车基本采用太阳能发电对蓄电池进行补充充电,但是仅仅采用太阳能受到比较受天气及环境的影响,而且太阳能板容易被灰尘污染,发电效率变低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种带风力发电装置及毛刷的共享单车车篮,风力发电,不受环境天气影响,设置毛刷可以除去灰尘,提高太阳能发电效率。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种带风力发电装置及毛刷的共享单车车篮,包括车篮框架,太阳能板,安装底板,还包括发条机构、牵引绳、毛刷、小套管、大套管、风叶、发电机;
所述毛刷包括毛刷柄、毛刷体;
所述牵引绳一端连接毛刷柄尾部,另一端连接发条机构;
所述毛刷柄能穿过小套管,所述毛刷体不能穿过小套管,所述毛刷体能穿所述大套管;
所述发电机有两个,分别在所述车篮框架前方左右两侧相对设置,所述发电机包括轴心,所述轴心与风叶固定连接,所述发电机电连接蓄电池。
作为优选,所述发条机构包括发条、发条罩壳。
作为优选,所述毛刷体前端超出大套管。
作为优选,所述风叶外部设有风叶罩壳,所述风叶罩壳为镂空结构。
作为优选,所述车篮框架下方设有走线槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、增加风力发电作用在于:通过用户使用共享单车过程中,共享单车与空气产生相对流动,使风叶旋转,从而带动发电机发电,只要有人使用共享单车,就能持续充电,不受环境天气影响,降低了单纯使用太阳能板发电的局限性。
2、两个发电机分别在所述车篮框架前方左右两侧相对设置作用在于;首先采用两个发电机相对设置具有结构稳定,发电效率高的优点;其次放置在车篮前方,保证了骑行过程中风叶前方无遮挡,发电效果好。
3、镂空罩壳,壳体起到对发电机及风叶防护的作用,镂空是为了能让空气前后相对流动。
4、篮框架下方设有走线槽方便电线走线。
5、用户可以在使用车篮前用毛刷刷去太阳能板上的灰尘,这样既方便了用户使用,又有益于太阳能板有效的发电。
6、采用发条结构,毛刷可以自动收回,使用方便。
7、大套筒、小套筒结合发条结构牵引力实现了毛刷自动规范放置。
8、毛刷体前端超出大套管,使用时毛刷方便抽出。

如图1到图3所示,一种带风力发电装置及毛刷的共享单车车篮,包括车篮框架1,太阳能板2,安装底板15,其特征在于:还包括发条机构8、牵引绳4、毛刷5、小套管13、大套管14、风叶6、发电机9;
所述毛刷5包括毛刷柄51、毛刷体52;
所述牵引绳4一端连接毛刷柄51尾部,另一端连接发条机构8;
所述毛刷柄51能穿过小套管13,所述毛刷体52不能穿过小套管13,所述毛刷体52能穿所述大套管14;
所述发电机9有两个,分别在所述车篮框架1前方左右两侧相对设置,所述发电机包括轴心7,所述轴心与风叶6固定连接,所述发电机9电连接蓄电池。

所述牵引绳(4)一端连接毛刷柄(51)尾部,另一端连接发条机构(8);
所述毛刷柄(51)能穿过小套管(13),所述毛刷体(52)不能穿过小套管(13),所述毛刷体(52)能穿所述大套管(14);
所述发电机(9)有两个,分别在所述车篮框架(1)前方左右两侧相对设置,所述发电机包括轴心(7),所述轴心与风叶(6)固定连接,所述发电机(9)电连接蓄电池。
