Abstract
本发明的一种切割机,包括工作台,工作台上设置有传送带,传送带上方设置传送辊,工作台上位于穿送带的末端设置有切割台,切割台上表面和传送带处于同一水平面,切割台上均布若干切割槽,切割槽沿着传送带传送方向设置;切割台上方设置有滚刀,滚刀上设置有驱动滚刀上下移动的驱动装置,滚刀包括辊筒和刀刃,刀刃与切割槽一一对齐。本发明能够解决滚刀变钝后切割不完全的问题。

本发明属于机械加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种切割机。
背景技术
废旧橡胶轮胎的回收再利用需要将废旧的橡胶进行初加工,初加工主要是通过机械设备将废旧的橡胶轮胎进行分解,其中将橡胶轮胎通过橡胶轮胎切条机将废旧的橡胶轮胎切成条状后,为了更好地达到后续橡胶精炼的效果,需要将条状的轮胎切割成微小的粒状,然而,现有的设备复杂,而且大多是每次只能切割一个轮胎条,切割效率低,费时费力,而且存在安全隐患。
公共号为CN203579934U的中国专利公开了一种废旧轮胎条切粒机。它包括支撑架,支撑架上设置有传送带,在传送带一端的支撑架上设置有转筒,转筒的旋转方向与传送带的传送方向相同,转筒上方设置有与转筒位置匹配的滚刀,转筒的旋转中心与滚刀旋转中心位于同一竖直平面内,转筒的旋转方向与滚刀的旋转方向相反,传送带上方设置有驱动辊,且驱动辊和滚刀沿废旧轮胎的运行方向依次设置,驱动辊的旋转方向与滚刀的旋转方向相同,转筒的下方设置有接料槽。本实用新型安全可靠,结构简单、实用性好,而且能够同时对多条废旧轮胎条进行切粒加工,作业效率高,省时省力。
这种切粒机存在以下不足:利用滚刀和辊筒的相对转动来切割轮胎,为了使得滚刀不至于切到橡胶层,滚刀和橡胶层保留一定间隙,当滚刀变钝后,该间隙将会变大,导致轮胎底部切割不完全,无法切断。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术的不足提供了一种,其能够解决滚刀变钝后切割不完全的问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种切割机,包括工作台,工作台上设置有传送带,传送带上方设置传送辊,工作台上位于穿送带的末端设置有切割台,切割台上表面和传送带处于同一水平面,切割台上均布若干切割槽,切割槽沿着传送带传送方向设置;切割台上方设置有滚刀,滚刀上设置有驱动滚刀上下移动的驱动装置,滚刀包括辊筒和刀刃,刀刃与切割槽一一对齐。
进一步的,辊筒外壁设置有橡胶层。
进一步的,橡胶层的表面设置有凸点。
进一步的,切割槽的下方设置有集尘罩。
进一步的,在集尘罩内位于刀刃的两侧设置有刷毛。
进一步的,驱动装置为气缸。
本发明采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:
1、利用气缸驱动滚刀向下运动,并使得辊筒和轮胎抵触,辊筒表面的橡胶层提供了一定的弹性和摩擦力,能够趋势轮胎向前移动,在辊筒驱动轮胎移动的同时,刀刃不断地对轮胎进行切割,由于刀刃穿过和切割槽,使得轮胎可以被完全割断;
2、在切割的过程中会产生大量的碎屑,集尘罩可以用来收集这些碎屑,并且,集尘罩内设置有刷毛,刀刃在切割轮胎后刀刃上会残留少量的碎屑,当刀刃转动至集尘罩内时,刷毛能够将刀刃上的碎屑刷下并落在集尘罩中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明:
一种切割机,如图1、2和3所示,包括工作台1,工作台1上设置有传送带2,传送带2上方设置传送辊21,工作台1上位于穿送带的末端设置有切割台3,切割台3上表面和传送带2处于同一水平面,切割台3上均布若干切割槽31,切割槽31沿着传送带2传送方向设置;切割台3上方设置有滚刀4,滚刀4上设置有驱动滚刀4上下移动的气缸,滚刀4包括辊筒41和刀刃42,刀刃42与切割槽31一一对齐。辊筒41外壁设置有橡胶层43,橡胶层43的表面设置有凸点44。 切割槽31的下方设置有集尘罩5,在集尘罩5内位于刀刃42的两侧设置有刷毛51。
具体实施说明:
将轮胎放在传送带2上,利用传送带2和传送辊21的相对转动将轮胎传送到切割台3上,同时利用气缸驱动滚刀4向下运动,并使得辊筒41和轮胎抵触,辊筒41表面的橡胶层43提供了一定的弹性和摩擦力,能够趋势轮胎向前移动,同时,凸点44也进一步的增加了摩擦力。在辊筒41驱动轮胎移动的同时,刀刃42不断地对轮胎进行切割,由于刀刃42穿过和切割槽31,使得轮胎可以被完全割断。
在切割的过程中会产生大量的碎屑,集尘罩5可以用来收集这些碎屑,并且,集尘罩5内设置有刷毛51,刀刃42在切割轮胎后刀刃42上会残留少量的碎屑,当刀刃42转动至集尘罩5内时,刷毛51能够将刀刃42上的碎屑刷下并落在集尘罩5中。

1.一种切割机,包括工作台,工作台上设置有传送带,传送带上方设置传送辊,其特征在于:工作台上位于穿送带的末端设置有切割台,切割台上表面和传送带处于同一水平面,切割台上均布若干切割槽,切割槽沿着传送带传送方向设置;切割台上方设置有滚刀,滚刀上设置有驱动滚刀上下移动的驱动装置,滚刀包括辊筒和刀刃,刀刃与切割槽一一对齐;辊筒外壁设置有橡胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机,其特征在于:橡胶层的表面设置有凸点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机,其特征在于:切割槽的下方设置有集尘罩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种切割机,其特征在于:在集尘罩内位于刀刃的两侧设置有刷毛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机,其特征在于:驱动装置为气缸。
