A cartridge cutting apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the reset assembly comprises a guide post (17-9) and a reset spring (17-8), wherein the guide post (17-9) is arranged on the back surface of the pressing plate (17-2), a guide groove is formed in the bottom of the groove (17-7), the reset spring (17-8) is sleeved on the guide post (17-9) and the right end of the guide post (17-9) penetrates through the guide groove, a locking nut (17-10) is arranged at the tail end of the guide post (17-9), the guide post (17-9) can move left and right in the guide groove, one end of the reset spring (17-8) is in contact with the back surface of the pressing plate (17-2), and the other end of the reset spring is in contact with the bottom of the groove (17-7).

A cartridge cutting apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the driving roller assembly comprises a bracket and a driving roller (3) arranged on the bracket, the carrier roller assembly comprises a bracket and a carrier roller (5) arranged on the bracket, and the driving motor (1) is connected with the driving roller (3) through a belt (2).
